Unauthorized double charge
I just got hit with an unexpected double charge from a service provider. They first charged me an authorization fee that was supposed to be taken off later. But that never happened, so now I got hit with two charges on my account. I've been trying to reach customer service multiple times, but I keep getting stuck with people who can't help me and keep hanging up on me. It's really frustrating to deal with this lack of transparency and bad customer service because it makes me worried that they might be up to something fishy. I recommend others keep a close eye on their bank statements to make sure they're not getting hit with surprise charges like this.

Expensive hoodie
Oh my goodness, I just got this really expensive hoodie from that store in New York. It's super soft and cozy, like wearing a cloud! The design is awesome and I feel really confident wearing it. The only bummer is that it was kinda pricey, but I think it's totally worth it because I feel amazing in it. Plus, that store had tons of other cool clothes that I wish I could get my hands on too!
