    My Experience with Redbox's Online Streaming Service

    I have been a long-time user of Redbox's online streaming service, and overall, I have been very pleased with my experience. The selection of movies and TV shows is quite extensive, and I appreciate that there are both newer releases as well as older classics available.

    One of my favorite features of the service is the ability to rent or purchase digital copies of movies and shows. This is particularly convenient for me since I travel frequently and don't always have access to a physical Redbox location.

    Another thing I appreciate is the user interface of the website and the app. It's easy to navigate and find what I'm looking for, and the recommendations based on my viewing history are spot on.

    One downside, however, is that the pricing for some of the newer releases can be a bit high, especially when compared to other streaming services. But overall, I find Redbox to be a great option for movie and TV rentals.

    Latest movie rentals

    The movies at Redbox aren't as special as they used to be. I used to enjoy checking out the newest releases there, but now I can just watch them on places like Amazon Prime. It's kind of sad to see that Redbox is losing its uniqueness and blending in with all the other streaming services out there. I miss the thrill of searching through the Redbox machines and stumbling upon great finds that aren't so easy to come by elsewhere. It's a bummer that Redbox is heading down the same path as Blockbuster did and fading from the spotlight.

    I rented a movie from this service recently and I have to say, I was really impressed with how easy it was. They had a wide variety of movies to choose from, which made it super easy for me to find something I wanted to watch. Checking out was fast and the confirmation email came right away. The DVD was in great shape and played perfectly, so I had a great time watching it. Overall, I was really happy with my rental and I would definitely use this service again in the future.

    Promo code issue for movie selection

    I had a problem with a promo code I got in an email for a $1.25 discount on streaming or rentals. The email mentioned two movies, one of them was "Kingsman." I was pumped to watch it, so I logged in to use the promo code. Turns out, it wasn't good for that movie! Kind of felt like a bait and switch move, which was pretty disappointing, especially from Redbox.

    This company is just awful. They totally took advantage of me and charged me way too much on my credit card. When I tried to get a refund, they wouldn't even listen. It's terrible that they would do this to someone like me who is retired. I wasted so much time on the phone trying to fix it, but they said there was nothing they could do. They wouldn't even give me a credit for later. It's obvious that this company is not honest and is stealing from people. Don't let yourself get caught up in their shady dealings. Just a heads up, steer clear.

    I tried renting a movie online, but it turned out to be a total scam! I can't believe how much time I wasted just trying to watch a movie. The website was so confusing, I couldn't even figure out how to rent the movie I really wanted. It was such a letdown, I felt like I was just wasting my time with this service.     Refund for broken DVD

    I was so unlucky - I got a busted DVD from Redbox. I tried to give it back several times, but that kiosk was always out of order. Finally, when I did return it, I hopped on the chat to reach customer service. They came through for me in just 5 minutes and got me that refund without any trouble. That's what I call top-notch customer service!

    The delivery service was great! They texted me two hours before my stuff got here, and it came right when they said it would. The delivery guy was really careful when loading everything, and it all got here safe and sound.     Streamer Disappointment

    During times like these, a lot of people turn to streaming movies at home for comfort. It's a nice way to take our minds off things and stay safe and healthy. But it's pretty annoying when companies don't do anything to help their customers during a crisis. Lowering the cost of streaming could have really helped out a lot of folks who are having a tough time right now. It's sad to see money being more important than kindness.

    Experience with customer service

    My recent customer service experience was really disappointing. I had some problems with my order and when I asked for help, the person I talked to was straight up rude. They wouldn't let me finish my sentences, kept interrupting me, and didn't even try to fix the mistake. I was on the phone for an hour and a half, trying to stay calm, but their lack of empathy and professionalism just made me even more mad. It's just not right to treat customers like that, especially when it's something that could have been sorted out if they had just listened and helped out.

    My Redbox DVD rental

    Oh my gosh, I can't believe how terrible the service was! I went to the Redbox closest to me to get my DVD rental, but they sent me to another one without telling me first. And when I called customer service for assistance, nobody picked up! I mean, come on, how can they help me if they don't even answer the phone?! This was the worst experience ever, and I'm definitely not using this service again.

    Unauthorized double charge

    I just got hit with an unexpected double charge from a service provider. They first charged me an authorization fee that was supposed to be taken off later. But that never happened, so now I got hit with two charges on my account. I've been trying to reach customer service multiple times, but I keep getting stuck with people who can't help me and keep hanging up on me. It's really frustrating to deal with this lack of transparency and bad customer service because it makes me worried that they might be up to something fishy. I recommend others keep a close eye on their bank statements to make sure they're not getting hit with surprise charges like this.

    Unexpected charges on account

    I was pretty pleased with the service at first, but then things took a turn when I saw a random charge on my account. So, I decided to contact customer service to get some answers, only to be fed a bunch of lies about extra charges that were never even mentioned to me before. It's just really disappointing to see a company stoop to being dishonest in their business dealings. Like, if you can't follow through with your promotions, then maybe just don't offer them at all.

    I just got this app to watch movies on my TV and honestly, I like it a lot. The ads are kind of bothersome, but I've learned to deal with them. However, what really bugs me is that I keep getting ads in Spanish. I'm Mexican-American, and I really don't like that at all. It's not cool to have to see ads in Spanish, especially since we're in America. They need to fix this ASAP.

    Online movie rental experience

    My experience with online movie rentals was pretty disappointing. The promo codes I tried never seemed to work, and I never saw any promotions show up in my accounts. It was a pain not having a chat feature for customer service when I needed help. The TV app didn't make it clear which movies were actually eligible for promotions until after I inputted all my info, which was annoying. Basically, my whole online movie rental experience was just not great and I ended up feeling pretty frustrated.

    I was really bummed out about my experience with that app, streaming service, and kiosks. The customer service was terrible, the DVDs I rented were all messed up, they wouldn't give me my money back, and the streaming service was super slow and kept pausing, even though my internet was fine. Basically, I thought the whole thing was unprofessional and just not up to par.
