Four items, gifts for others
I just bought some stuff from this jewelry place to give out as presents, and I gotta say, I'm super pleased with how it all went down. The items came in pretty fast, just three weeks after I ordered them. The jewelry itself is really high quality, and I really like that the company has a good repair and warranty policy. I've already given one of the gifts, a necklace, to someone, and she absolutely loved it. She got tons of compliments on it, which made her day, and that made me really happy too.

Overcharged and Poor Customer Service
I had a really frustrating time trying to return a DVD at the kiosk in my neighborhood. No matter how many times I tried, the dang machine just wouldn't take it back, and I ended up getting charged too much. I tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times to fix things, but I never got a response. It's been a real headache not hearing back and not getting this sorted out. I'm pretty annoyed and let down by the whole experience. I'm definitely not planning on using this service again down the road.

Ugh, these folks keep sending me emails even though I never signed up for anything! They keep insisting that I did, but I know for a fact that I didn't. I've attempted to unsubscribe twice now, but the spam just keeps on coming. It's incredibly frustrating and honestly gives me the creeps. I really wish they'd just back off and leave me be!
