Recent gear purchase
I just bought some stuff from this company, and let me tell you, I was really impressed with the quality of the gear I got. It was exactly like they said on the website, and even nicer in person. I had a little problem with the delivery, but the customer service team was super quick to help me out and fix everything in a really professional and efficient way. I'm totally happy with how everything went, and I'll definitely be shopping here again.
Colorful and durable outdoor gear
I really like this brand's outdoor gear. It's super durable and the colors are spot-on - not too crazy but really fun combinations. I've worn their clothes for all sorts of outdoor activities, like running, climbing, and biking, and they've never let me down.
Pinion Down Parka
I just got the Pinion Down Parka and I gotta say, it's even better than I expected. The quality is top-notch, with awesome design and functionality details. It's super warm, but also light and easy to pack, making it ideal for chilly outdoor outings. I'm really impressed with how well it performs and I definitely suggest it to anyone looking for a good winter jacket.
colorful outdoor clothing
I just got some really cute outdoor clothes and I am totally obsessed with them. They're super high quality and really comfy to wear. The colors are so bright and give my outdoor outfits a fun vibe. The jacket keeps me warm without being bulky, the vest is light but still cozy, and the shirts are great for any outdoor stuff. And the shoes I got are seriously amazing - I never wanna take them off. They work year-round and are comfy enough to wear all day long.
Overpriced "eco" outdoor gear
I am so fed up with this company that says they care about the environment, but keeps sending me unwanted catalogs even after I've asked them to stop. It's just ridiculous that they promote outdoor stuff while wasting paper and causing deforestation with all those catalogs. And on top of that, their prices are way too high. It's like a slap in the face. Just save your money and buy from companies that actually do what they say they will.
Unsolicited catalog
I got a catalog from this company out of nowhere. And when I tried to tell them I didn't want it, they didn't even respond. Their process for getting off their mailing list is way too complicated and takes up too much time. It's frustrating to have to go through all of that just to avoid getting bothered by a company I never wanted to hear from in the first place.
Colter Shoes
I am loving the Colter shoes I bought! They fit perfectly and the quality is top-notch. I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived just a week after I ordered them. I will definitely be coming back to buy more in the future.
Jacket purchase
I just bought a jacket from this company, and I gotta say, I totally agree with everyone else about how terrible the customer service is. Trying to get help with my order has been beyond frustrating. My jacket never showed up, and I can't get a hold of anyone to help me out. If good customer service is important to you, I suggest checking out a different place for your outdoor gear.
Winter parka purchase
My folks got me this great parka when I first moved up to New York from down South. I've had it for 3 years now and it's been awesome. It's perfect for keeping me cozy in the blustery winter weather, and I really appreciate all the roomy pockets it has for carrying all my things around.
Nice products but TERRIBLE service
I wanted to share my recent experience with this company. I bought some items from them and they were good quality, but the customer service was actually really bad. They charged my credit card, but then didn't ship my stuff and didn't even tell me. I tried calling customer service, but nobody answered, so I had to send an email instead. They wouldn't let me cancel my order, even though it hadn't been shipped and they didn't have a shipping date. They still had my money, though. Even though their product reviews are always good, they never talk about these service problems. It makes me wonder if the reviews are real. It seems like their service has gotten a lot worse.
Lightweight jacket purchase
I just had to say, the customer support I got was absolutely top-notch. They were so professional, always on the ball, and super helpful. I mean, they really knew their stuff when it came to the materials and what the products were best used for. It made my decision a whole lot easier, especially because I couldn't just pop into a store. And let me tell you, the delivery came crazy fast, which I was definitely grateful for.
Parka purchase
I just got a new parka and man, let me tell you, it's hands down the best one I've ever had. It fits just right, the quality is top-notch, and I have a feeling it's gonna last me a lifetime. I've tried out a bunch of brands over the years, but none of them even come close to the quality and comfort of this parka. The size guides on the website really helped me figure out which size to get, and when I called customer service for some extra help, they were super nice and knew what they were talking about. Quality technical gear
I absolutely love the technical gear I bought! The customer service was fantastic and they really knew their stuff when it came to taking care of the different materials. I'm definitely pleased with my purchase and will definitely be coming back for more!
Fleece vest that pilled
I picked up this vest thinking it was gonna keep me toasty, but it started getting all pilled after just a few months! I was so bummed because I was expecting better quality, especially with the good ratings it had online. And to top it off, when I tried leaving a negative review, it never even showed up on the site. So sketchy!
CFS Shoes
I just got my new CFS shoes from here and they are awesome! Stio has got the greatest gear for any activity, all year round. They're really killing it. And their Customer Experience team is so friendly and helpful whenever I have a question.
Jackets, shoes, t-shirt, hydro flask
Stio jackets and shoes are so comfy and stylish, I wear them all the time. They seriously go with everything and are great for any outdoor adventure. The folks at the Bend, OR store were super nice and really helped me out, which made shopping there a breeze. And that t-shirt I got? It's made of the softest material ever and now I wear it all the time. Oh, and that hydro flask? Can't live without it, keeps me hydrated all day long.
New Dawner clothing
I really liked the website cuz it was so easy to find my way around, and they had a ton of clothes to choose from. The colors they have are super cool and fresh. I can't wait to rock the Dawner I bought - it's gonna be a go-to in my closet for sure. Stio really wowed me, giving me those WY vibes from back in the day.
Environ kit purchase
Oh my gosh, I am totally in love with my new Environ kit from this place! It's seriously the best gear ever and I always get compliments on the color. The quality is so amazing, it feels like a warm hug. I wear it on all my hikes and ski trips and it never disappoints. Stio is hands down my favorite store for outdoor gear, I can't recommend them enough!
its really good
I really like the options i have here . ist comfortable for me . The clothes are god fr my body type and i feel comfortable when i wear it. not just that the price si good and the quality is really amazing.
i am thinking to purchase something more from here and if you are thinking that you should try it out or not then i highly recommend you to do it.
Apart from men , they have good collections for kids as well as women.
the appeal are really good and comfortable which is suitable for the budget as well.
