    Windbreaker jacket purchase

    I bought this windbreaker jacket for an upcoming trip, but it arrived damaged. Can you believe it? The string was broken, and to top it off, someone had the nerve to tie a knot in it to try and make it look okay. Seriously messed up. I reached out to them via email AND message, sent over pictures of the damage, and requested a replacement or a refund ASAP. They completely ignored me, didn't even acknowledge it. Outrageous! Finally, when I managed to get someone on the phone, the customer service rep had the audacity to say I had to return the item. Excuse me, but I shouldn't have to pay for return shipping on something that was already messed up when it arrived. After going back and forth, they did give me a code to return it for free, but wouldn't let me talk to a supervisor. Talk about a customer service fail, right?

    Mom's gift clothes

    I ordered some clothes for my mom's birthday and let me tell you, they never showed up! Can you believe it? First, they ended up at some random college in California. Seriously, how does that even happen? Then they said they would send them again, but nope, didn't happen. When I called to complain, they just casually said, "Oops, we'll refund your money." Seriously, it was so not cool! My mom ended up with nothing for her birthday thanks to them.

    Overseas customer service, poorly made clothes

    The customer service at this company has really gone downhill in recent years. It was great before, but now it feels like they've moved everything overseas. Trying to find someone who speaks English well is a hassle, and forget about getting a quick response. And as for the clothes, they used to be good quality and worth the price. But now? Not even close. The clothes are poorly made and look cheap. I definitely won't be shopping here again.

    Winter coat purchase

    I recently bought a winter coat from this store, hoping it would keep me warm during chilly times. The coat seemed well-constructed and stylish, so I was pretty pumped to wear it. But, after just a few months, I noticed the lining starting to fray and tear at the seams. That was a letdown, considering I was hoping for better quality from a store known for its clothes. When I reached out for help, I got a generic response saying their return policy only covered 90 days, leaving me in a bind. I get policies and all, but I think a product's quality should stand on its own, no matter the time limit. Overall, I was bummed about the lack of durability in this coat and the lack of help from customer service.

    Overpriced clothing

    After Coldwater Creek shut down their stores, I thought I'd give their online shop a try. I bought a few things and when they came, they seemed nice in the photos. But when I really checked them out, the clothes and fabric quality wasn't any better than what I could get at Target for less money. And to make matters worse, I unknowingly joined some sketchy membership thing that was charging me $14.99 a month for "rewards" that definitely weren't worth it.

    Got clothes, returned, no refund

    I ordered a bunch of clothes and had to return them. It's been four weeks and I still haven't gotten my money back! Can you believe it? I even used USPS to track the return and made sure it was insured. They confirmed they got it, but I have to go through Small Claims Court and talk to my credit card company just to get my money back. It's been such a headache, ugh. My advice? Stay away from this company!

    I just bought something online and man, was I let down. The size was all wrong and the material was just terrible. I had to return it because I couldn't even put it on - it was that bad. And then I checked the tag and saw it was made in a country with a rep for shoddy sizing and cheap materials. I'm not gonna lie, I was super bummed about the whole thing and I definitely won't be shopping there again.

    Defective jeans purchase

    I bought a pair of jeans from your store not too long ago and I was pretty bummed when they started falling apart after just a few months. Holes started showing up along the pockets and back seam, which made me have to contact your customer service for help. Unfortunately, I was told that I couldn't get a refund or exchange because it had been too long since I made the purchase. This policy kind of left me feeling unhappy and unsure about shopping at your store again in the future.

    My recent online shopping experience was a total letdown. I got an email on October 7th confirming my order, but then I was totally left in the dark with no updates. They kept sending me texts pushing more stuff to buy, which just made me more irritated. Some stuff from my order showed up over a week later, but the rest seemed to be lost somewhere. After waiting for two weeks, I finally called customer service for help. We had a long chat with a bunch of verifications, but they couldn't tell me when the rest of my order would show up. So I sadly decided to cancel the rest. But then, of course, one of the items randomly arrived, leaving me even more confused and annoyed. When I tried to return it, I found out that the return code they gave me was no good, making things even more frustrating and disorganized.

    I just bought something from this store and decided to go all out with the 3-day shipping. But man, was I let down when it didn't show up on time.     Oversized sweater

    I got this huge sweater and the company screwed up the shipping address. I reached out to them and we went back and forth for weeks trying to fix it.     I ordered an All Season jacket, but man, when it showed up, it was way too big. Instead of giving up on it, I decided to swap it for a smaller size. But, big mistake - I only filled out the form and didn't call the customer service number for a fast exchange. Even though I did everything the form said, my exchange never actually happened. I waited 3 whole weeks and still didn't get the right size. It was frustrating to figure out that just filling out the form wasn't enough - I had to call customer service to fix it. They really gotta update their form and make it clear that you need to call for a quick exchange.

    Sweaters purchase

    The sweaters I bought from the store were a huge letdown. They didn't fit well at all, and the quality was super low. When I tried to return a couple of them, I found out I had to pay for the return shipping, which was unexpected. The only sweater I kept fell apart after just one wash. The material was so cheap and the stitching was awful, there was a huge hole under the arm and yarn was hanging loose everywhere. For what I paid for those sweaters, I was expecting way better quality and customer service. Needless to say, I won't be buying anything else from that store.

    I bought some clothes recently from this store and was pretty bummed to find out that a few things I picked out weren't actually available because they haven't been made yet. Like, why have stuff on the website that's not even ready to ship? Feels kind of like a trick to me. Plus, the cost of shipping and returning things is way too high, which just makes matters worse.     I bought some stuff from this company not too long ago, and man was I bummed out with what I got. The prices they’re charging just don’t match up with the quality of their products. It felt like a total rip off if you ask me. When I tried reaching out to customer service to let ‘em know how I felt, they were not willing to budge on the $9.95 return fee and the $12.95 shipping fee. It was pretty obvious they didn’t care about what their customers had to say. I really wish I had looked into this company more before I bought anything, ‘cause their reviews are consistently awful.

    I ordered a top and matching capris. I told them not to ship either item without the other. They shipped the capris and the matching top was no longer available. I shipped back the capris months ago with a return label and never received my credit. After being a customer for over 15 yrs., I am completely unsatisfied.
