    LED lamp

    A complete nightmare. The bottom line is that there is no customer service, only a defective ChatBot. My item was damaged during shipping and UPS sent it back. I tried to get a replacement but couldn't contact any representative through their website, only the defective ChatBot. Fortunately, I used AMEX to challenge the charge since Food52 doesn't have customer service. I would avoid these folks at all cost.

    Great shopping experience, Disappointing free shipping policy

    I had a really good time shopping at that store. They had a lot of different products to pick from and the website was easy to get around. But, I was kind of bummed when I found out that they only give free shipping if you spend a certain amount. If you use a coupon to save money and it brings your total below that amount, you lose the free shipping. I think that's not really fair, especially since most online stores give free shipping based on the subtotal before any discounts. It's pretty disappointing to get punished for trying to save a little cash with a coupon.

    Misleading online figure

    Mo, the staff member, was super helpful and gave me his honest opinion, which I really liked. But, the estimate we got online wasn't on the money compared to the final offer we got. We ended up losing out on about $1,500 from what we thought we'd be getting, which was a bummer. On top of that, the website didn't clearly say there was a £99.99 admin fee, so we were surprised when it came out of our final payout. It would have been way better if all the fees and deductions were upfront from the get-go before we agreed to sell.

    swimming pool robot

    I bought a swimming pool robot from this store for about £950. Unfortunately, it stopped working after only a few months. Worried about the quality, I sent it back to the store three weeks ago for a return. I've sent several messages asking about my return, but I haven't heard anything back. This lack of communication is really frustrating, and now I'm starting to question if this store is legit or if I got scammed. My pool is still dirty, and I'm not sure if I should get a new robot or not.

    Washer part purchase

    I bought a washer part from this website not too long ago and it was a pretty bad experience. I called to place my order and was told I could get a lower price, which was nice, but then I noticed I got charged twice on my card. On top of that, the part I got was broken and didn't even work, so I had to go to another company to buy the same part all over again.

    I really like using this shipping service! They have the best rates for shipping packages worldwide. I live in the US and I send packages to Australia, the UK, Canada, and some countries in Europe. ParcelABC is always reliable with next day pickup for DHL, which is great! I love using their service and will keep using it. Their customer service is awesome too, always helpful when I have questions or need assistance.

    Subscription order mishap

    Customer service is so bad. I've been a loyal customer for years, but then they went and shipped my subscription order to the wrong address without even letting me know. I'm done. When I reached out to cancel, they said it was too late even though the package hadn't even been sent out. They said they could change the address instead, but it's been a month and my item still hasn't shown up and the address hasn't been updated. The toothpaste is fine, but the whole customer service fiasco has totally put me off from buying from them in the future.

    Unwanted monthly charge

    I'm really bummed out because I got signed up for this rewards program that I didn't even know about. It turns out they've been charging me $14.99 every month without asking me first, and that just doesn't sit right with me. I hardly ever buy anything, so having these charges pop up every month for no reason is getting on my last nerve. Feels like a total rip-off, if you ask me. Watch out, folks - don't let yourself get roped into this mess like I did.
