    Black hoodie with red logo

    I got this awesome black hoodie with a red logo that I was all pumped to rock. But when I brought it home, it was way too big for me! So I tried to take it back, but man, it was a hassle. I sent it back on February 14th, but they kept saying they refunded me when they really didn't. I asked for some evidence and they had nothing to show me. It's been 3 months and still no refund! Terrible service, won't be shopping there again.

    I really like using this shipping service! They have the best rates for shipping packages worldwide. I live in the US and I send packages to Australia, the UK, Canada, and some countries in Europe. ParcelABC is always reliable with next day pickup for DHL, which is great! I love using their service and will keep using it. Their customer service is awesome too, always helpful when I have questions or need assistance.

    As someone who doesn't have insurance right now, HealthTap has been a real lifesaver for me. I had a chat with a doc who really listened to me, took the time to get my medical background, and gave me some super helpful advice. They didn't just rush through the appointment, but actually talked to me like a person and made me feel like they really cared. HealthTap totally went above and beyond what I expected and I definitely suggest their services to anyone dealing with the same stuff.

    DIY home theater components

    I just bought some stuff for my home theater project and man, I was really let down by this company's new management. Seems like they're all about their online store now and not as into selling top-notch audio gear like they used to be. They charge your card right when you order, even if they don't know when it'll actually ship, which isn't how legit electronics stores usually do it. And it's annoying how they keep changing the dates when things will be back in stock. Plus, the store managers don't seem to care much about the online side of things, which isn't a good sign. The whole customer experience was pretty underwhelming, to be honest.

    Subscription order mishap

    Customer service is so bad. I've been a loyal customer for years, but then they went and shipped my subscription order to the wrong address without even letting me know. I'm done. When I reached out to cancel, they said it was too late even though the package hadn't even been sent out. They said they could change the address instead, but it's been a month and my item still hasn't shown up and the address hasn't been updated. The toothpaste is fine, but the whole customer service fiasco has totally put me off from buying from them in the future.

    Unwanted monthly charge

    I'm really bummed out because I got signed up for this rewards program that I didn't even know about. It turns out they've been charging me $14.99 every month without asking me first, and that just doesn't sit right with me. I hardly ever buy anything, so having these charges pop up every month for no reason is getting on my last nerve. Feels like a total rip-off, if you ask me. Watch out, folks - don't let yourself get roped into this mess like I did.
