    A Positive Experience with Boka Online Shopping

    As a client of Boka, I have had a fantastic experience with the company. Their online ordering system is user-friendly and easy to navigate. The selection of products is extensive and the prices are very reasonable. I love that they have a wide range of products from different categories, it makes it easy for me to find what I am looking for.

    The delivery process is also top-notch. My orders have always arrived on time, and the packaging is always secure. I have never had any issues with any of my orders being damaged during transit.

    The customer service team at Boka is also excellent. Any time I have had a question or concern, they have been quick to respond and have always been able to resolve any issues I have had.

    Overall, I highly recommend Boka as an online shopping destination. They have a great selection of products, competitive prices, and excellent customer service.

    Mint toothpaste

    I've been getting mint toothpaste from this place for a while now, and I have to say, it's really top-notch. The minty flavor makes my mouth feel so fresh and clean, and I've definitely seen an improvement in my oral health since I started using it. But, I've run into a little problem with the ordering process. I never get any confirmation after I place an order, and I don't get any shipping or tracking info either. It makes it hard to know when my package is going to show up. Sometimes it takes longer than I thought it would, which can be kind of annoying. But, despite all that, I keep buying the mint toothpaste because it's just that good.

    I really like the idea of toothpaste without fluoride, especially the Na-H formula. When I first ordered it, I had a little trouble because my package got delayed. But when I contacted customer service, they quickly sent me another package without charging me extra, and I got it pretty quickly. I wasn't a big fan of the coco ginger flavor, but I thought the lemon lavender was okay and the ela mint was really good. Oh, and my kid really liked the orange kids paste. Overall, I'm pretty happy with this brand, especially after they fixed the delivery issue. I'm curious about their new watermelon mint flavor and might try that next time.

    Whitestrips

    I bought some whitestrips from this brand and it didn't go well. After using them, my teeth looked blotchy, which has never happened with other whitestrips I've used. When I contacted customer service for a refund, they were not helpful at all. Because of this, I won't be buying from them again. I've switched to Risewell toothpaste, which not only has a great product, but also provides top-notch customer service.

    I had a really bad time with the customer service at this place. I had to wait for three whole months for my order and they kept telling me it wasn't in stock yet. Finally, I had to switch up my order just to get something. And to make matters worse, the product I got, an ela mint toothpaste, isn't even that good. It leaves this weird taste in my mouth for days, almost like I singed my tongue. It definitely wasn't worth all that waiting or money.

    I recently bought a tube of toothpaste for $15 on March 6th. At first, they said it wouldn't be shipped until the end of the month. But even after getting a tracking number on March 28th, I still didn't have the toothpaste by April 10th. So, I reached out to customer support to try and fix the problem. The person I talked to didn't seem to have read my email and just gave a generic response. After a bit more explaining, they said they'd send a replacement, but then a few days later said it wouldn't be until May. The whole situation was frustrating and really disappointed me with their service.

    "Overpriced toothpaste"

    Don't bother with this overpriced toothpaste, trust me! I made the mistake of buying the COCO GINGER flavor, and it was a total disaster. It seriously tasted like a bad Thai curry and didn't even make my mouth feel clean no matter how much I used. The only good thing was the mint flavor, but it definitely wasn't worth the high price tag. Save your money and go with trusted brands like RISEWELL or GREAT ORAL HEALTH for a quality nano hydroxyapatite toothpaste. This product is just a gimmick and not worth the hype or the money. And to make matters worse, their customer service is awful. They really don't care about fixing any problems and treat people terribly. With that attitude, they're going to lose customers quickly. Treating people this way is just not right!

    Replacement heads purchase gone wrong

    If you don't like being ignored and treated poorly by customer service, then this is not the place for you. I can't believe how little they care about loyal customers. I bought replacement heads that never showed up and they wouldn't resend them or refund me. It's like they don't even care about fixing problems or keeping customers satisfied. Don't waste your time or money here, go somewhere else instead.

    The toothpaste I picked up was okay, but honestly, it didn't taste anything like the flavor they claimed. It's pretty expensive, but I enjoyed the orange flavor so I suppose it's not that terrible. The shipping took forever since they went with DHL, and my package basically just sat at the facility for an entire month. When I tried reaching out to customer service, they didn't even bother trying to help me out. And let me tell you about their website - they only showcase positive reviews and filter out all the negative ones. I wrote a review for a supposedly cinnamon flavor that tasted nothing like it, and they didn't even publish it. I had a subscription for a few years, but after experiencing all these problems, I decided to cancel. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

    I got some dental floss from this company and man, it really messed up my gums! They're always bothering me now. And on top of that, they're constantly taking down negative reviews on their social media! That's just sketchy. I wouldn't chance it with this company, guys.

    Subscription order mishap

    Customer service is so bad. I've been a loyal customer for years, but then they went and shipped my subscription order to the wrong address without even letting me know. I'm done. When I reached out to cancel, they said it was too late even though the package hadn't even been sent out. They said they could change the address instead, but it's been a month and my item still hasn't shown up and the address hasn't been updated. The toothpaste is fine, but the whole customer service fiasco has totally put me off from buying from them in the future.

    I just bought this electric toothbrush from this company and was really excited about it at first. But man, was I let down. The toothbrush ended up staining my front tooth black, yikes! And to make matters worse, when I left a review about it, they blocked it! I tried reaching out to them through email, and they did give me back some of my money, but I still feel like they didn't handle the situation very well.<br><br>As a customer, I think it's super important for companies to be open and honest about reviews and feedback. It's a real bummer to see a company trying to hide negative reviews instead of dealing with the issues their customers are facing.

    Electric toothbrush

    I recently bought an electric toothbrush from this company and I was pretty disappointed with the whole thing. The brush started having charging problems after just a few uses. So, I reached out to the company for help, and they told me to send it back. But when they got it, they said they couldn't find any issues and just sent it right back to me. The brush kept acting up randomly, so I ended up chucking it. On top of that, the company kept bugging me to write a positive review, but when I gave them an honest and mostly negative one, they didn't want to post it. Makes you wonder about their honesty, right? And to top it off, when I shared my not-so-great review on Instagram, they went ahead and blocked me. All in all, my time with this company has left me pretty unimpressed and I think there are better options out there.

    Toothbrush, Cancelled Order

    I attempted to cancel my recurring order with this company because I didn't need any more toothbrushes. Can you believe it? They still went ahead and charged my credit card! What a rip-off! I had to go back and forth with my bank to get my money back. And on top of that, they had the audacity to claim that the order had already been shipped when it was actually sent weeks after I requested the cancellation. So sneaky!
