Toothpaste purchase
I recently bought a tube of toothpaste for $15 on March 6th. At first, they said it wouldn't be shipped until the end of the month. But even after getting a tracking number on March 28th, I still didn't have the toothpaste by April 10th. So, I reached out to customer support to try and fix the problem. The person I talked to didn't seem to have read my email and just gave a generic response. After a bit more explaining, they said they'd send a replacement, but then a few days later said it wouldn't be until May. The whole situation was frustrating and really disappointed me with their service.

Laptop purchase with credit account
I just bought something from this company using my pre-approved credit account, and man, it was a disaster. I paid extra for fast shipping on the laptop, but guess what? It didn't show up on time, causing me a ton of problems. I tried to cancel the order before it got sent out, but the customer service reps gave me all sorts of different answers. And in the end, the laptop still arrived at my door even though I thought I had cancelled it.

Quick purchase, high-end specs
I lost my glasses and needed a replacement real quick, so I went online and found some specs that said they'd show up in 24 hours. The website had this cool feature where I could see what the glasses would look like on my face, which I thought was pretty cool. I ordered them on a Monday morning and by Tuesday afternoon, they were at my hotel. The glasses were really good, with a cool tortoise shell design and a protective coating. Overall, I was super impressed with how nice they were and how fast they got to me.

Unfriendly website causing wrong product order
I had a really bad experience with their website, it wasn't mobile-friendly at all. It kept refreshing on its own, so I ended up ordering the wrong product by mistake. I tried giving their customer service a call, but it just went straight to voicemail. And to top it off, they wouldn't let me return or exchange the item. It was super frustrating and disappointing, and I won't be shopping with them anymore.
