Refrigerator and Ipad
I bought a refrigerator from Chino Hills location but here was an issue with the refrigerator and so at the beginning I had hard time with the customer service to resolve my issue. However, Patricia Yon the store manager at chino hills helped me resolve my issue smoothly and she was very understanding and knowledgeable. She resolved the issue with my account too and she provided excellent service. She also helped me o replace my damaged iPad by providing excellent service in a timely manner. She is a professional manager and a sweet person. I recommend working with Chino Stores and specifically wit Patricia.
ThanksVariety and pricing
I gotta tell ya, my shopping trip the other day was actually pretty awesome. They had a ton of stuff to choose from, like sunglasses all the way to big appliances. The people working there were super nice and made everything easy. The coolest part was when I found a better price on my phone and they not only matched it but also gave me an additional discount right then and there. Now that's what I call top-notch customer service!
Electronics and appliances
I've been shopping at this store for a couple of years now, mostly getting electronics and appliances. The folks working there are always super friendly and willing to help out, giving top-notch customer service. And when I've had to bring something back, they've been quick to sort it out, making things super easy for me. The store manager is really great too, always making sure customers are happy and taken care of.
PS5
We came in tonight to get a PS5 for our son. We were greeted by an employee by the name of Maria Guadiana She was very respectful and kind and good at her job position she treated us very kind .with a great attitude She treated us like family just because of her attitude we will be back again and most definitely recommend this company to our family and friends.
Online payment issue
This company really messed up my credit because they wouldn't let me pay the full balance online. It's so frustrating dealing with a system that's faulty and stops me from making a simple payment. I definitely recommend not doing business with them.
A new phone case
I went to your store to get a new phone case and I gotta say, I had the best customer service ever! The lady who helped me, let's call her Mirna, was super friendly and really took the time to help me find the perfect case for my phone. She was patient and answered all my questions. Thanks to her, it was a really great shopping experience!
Samsung 8k smart tv
Excellent service from Jared Ramirez in the electronics area (northridge store ) he answered all our questions convincing us to make the purchase, he also followed up on a purchase of another product that they didn’t have in the store at that time until they received it, very good seller, highly recommended =D thanks !!
Electronics purchase
Man, I gotta tell ya, the time I spent at that store was awesome. As soon as I stepped in, the staff was so welcoming and they had a ton of different products to check out. The prices were fair and the quality of the stuff they had was amazing. Anybody in need of electronics should definitely hit up this store.

Laptop purchase with credit account
I just bought something from this company using my pre-approved credit account, and man, it was a disaster. I paid extra for fast shipping on the laptop, but guess what? It didn't show up on time, causing me a ton of problems. I tried to cancel the order before it got sent out, but the customer service reps gave me all sorts of different answers. And in the end, the laptop still arrived at my door even though I thought I had cancelled it.
Coffee machine purchase
I bought a coffee machine from the store recently, but on the second day, it started leaking water from the bottom. My family went back to the store to try and get it swapped out or get a refund, but at first, they said no. After a bunch of tries and talking to a Manager, we were finally able to trade it in for a new machine. The whole thing took forever and was such a hassle.
New dryer purchase
I tried to buy a new dryer from this store after getting credit approval. I was so excited to finally get it, but when it arrived, it was missing important parts! I mean, how am I supposed to use it without a plug? And they didn't even say anything about that in the description. I asked for a refund, and it's been a total nightmare. They keep saying I'm calling the wrong department, and nobody gets what I'm saying because of the language barrier. It's been two months now, and I still haven't gotten my money back. It's beyond frustrating!
Home appliances
My experience with the company was so disappointing. I felt like their service was lacking in every way, from customer support to delivery. There was not enough communication during the ordering process, and when I had questions, it was hard to get a straight answer. The prices weren't great, and I felt like they were trying to pull one over on me. The delivery was delayed several times, and when the products finally came, they weren't in the best shape. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone looking for home appliances.
New headphones and a phone case
I got these new headphones and a phone case from the store, but lemme tell ya, I was so not satisfied with the service. They said they'd give me a certain credit limit, but then they only gave me half! And when I wanted to raise my credit, they wanted my whole family tree as "references", like, really?! Plus, they didn't follow through on their promise to refund me the difference when I found the same stuff cheaper elsewhere. It's just not right, dude.
Printer purchase
I went to the store not too long ago to get a printer, and man, the service was just terrible. The sales rep, I think her name was Yazmin, was super rude and not helpful at all. Every time I asked a question or needed help, she either acted like I didn't exist or sent me somewhere else. It was like she didn't care about helping me and only cared about talking to her coworkers. And when I didn't want to buy something extra she suggested, she got all mean and gave me a nasty look. That's just not okay in customer service, and I won't be going back to that store again, that's for sure.
electronics purchase
As someone who's been around the block in the finance industry, I gotta say, the customer service at this company was just plain terrible. I was just trying to buy a $700 piece of electronics and it felt like pulling teeth every step of the way. I had to call customer service a ridiculous nine times just to get through the order, and even then, it didn't work out. From not being able to confirm my shipping address to getting put on hold rudely in the middle of a conversation, the lack of attention to detail was mind-blowing. I've dealt with a lot of companies in my time, and this one was by far the worst I've ever seen.
Credit card purchase
I had a really bad experience with this company. Their misleading ads and sudden price changes really got me mad. The customer service and management team didn't respond to me and didn't follow through like they said they would. I've never had any problems with my other credit cards, which I always pay off completely every month. I'm not going to make any payments to this company until they listen to my complaints and fix the problem. If I have to, I'll take legal action because I have all the proof to back up my argument.

Trying to use there system for help, NEVER EVER WORKS ......
Hi today I went to la curaçao in San Bernardino this is my second time I go and there’s a cashier named Maria Navarro and Laura that where there I asked Maria do you think there someone to help me out in a department she said right now there is no one to help you out it was around 11:55 am so me and my mom went to go look at the exercise items and then we see Laura walking by with a cart with items and my mom asked her excuse is there someone to help me out Laura responded on what or what!! My mom said just the instructions on the item she said we can’t helped you we only stuck here you could just look at the item and go and purchase it then she help out a little and said this item is not for heavy ppl it’s for light ppl so I said thank we are ok now we go back to the Cashier and here we come Again to the cashier Laura had very bad customer service and the first time I came Maria was the cashier too and had really bad customer service and was very rude first curaçao I come to and very bad customer service thank you for your attention!
