    Defective coffee maker purchase

    I recently bought a coffee maker from this store and unfortunately, it had a leak when it arrived, so I couldn't even use it. When I tried to return it, they said no because I was apparently just four days past the return time. I got it on 2/24 and got it five days later, and I opened it on 3/15 since it was a birthday present. How was I supposed to know it was broken before that? Even going by the delivery date, I was still in the return timeframe. They totally ignored me and my customer loyalty - I've been shopping there for years. This store has the worst customer service and rules I've come across. Don't waste your money, buy from somewhere else.

    This company really messed up my credit because they wouldn't let me pay the full balance online. It's so frustrating dealing with a system that's faulty and stops me from making a simple payment. I definitely recommend not doing business with them.

    I went to your store to get a new phone case and I gotta say, I had the best customer service ever! The lady who helped me, let's call her Mirna, was super friendly and really took the time to help me find the perfect case for my phone. She was patient and answered all my questions. Thanks to her, it was a really great shopping experience!

    I recently bought a watch from this online store, and man, it was not a great experience. I didn't do enough research before ordering on Black Friday, so I assumed I'd get my watch quick. Nope, it showed up two weeks late, making me go through the hassle of returning it. Trying to send back the watch, which I hadn't worn, was a nightmare. They kept giving me all sorts of reasons why they couldn't process the return right away, even though their Returns Policy said unworn watches could be returned. Every time I called customer service, I got a different excuse, and it felt like nobody there knew what was going on. After a bunch of calls and waiting a week, I finally got the return label from a very rude agent. Now, all I can do is wait and see if they'll actually give me my refund. Overall, this whole situation has been super disappointing, and I really hope they step up their game when it comes to customer service and communication in the future.

    Laptop purchase with credit account

    I just bought something from this company using my pre-approved credit account, and man, it was a disaster. I paid extra for fast shipping on the laptop, but guess what? It didn't show up on time, causing me a ton of problems. I tried to cancel the order before it got sent out, but the customer service reps gave me all sorts of different answers. And in the end, the laptop still arrived at my door even though I thought I had cancelled it.

    I bought a coffee machine from the store recently, but on the second day, it started leaking water from the bottom. My family went back to the store to try and get it swapped out or get a refund, but at first, they said no. After a bunch of tries and talking to a Manager, we were finally able to trade it in for a new machine. The whole thing took forever and was such a hassle.

    I got this laptop from a store and man, it was a mess. I thought signing up for their CCS program would be great for some extra money, but nope! They said no to me even though I gave them everything they needed. And then they hit me with those annoying late fees. I was so let down by their service that I'm never going back to them.

    I tried to buy a new dryer from this store after getting credit approval. I was so excited to finally get it, but when it arrived, it was missing important parts! I mean, how am I supposed to use it without a plug? And they didn't even say anything about that in the description. I asked for a refund, and it's been a total nightmare. They keep saying I'm calling the wrong department, and nobody gets what I'm saying because of the language barrier. It's been two months now, and I still haven't gotten my money back. It's beyond frustrating!

    My experience with the company was so disappointing. I felt like their service was lacking in every way, from customer support to delivery. There was not enough communication during the ordering process, and when I had questions, it was hard to get a straight answer. The prices weren't great, and I felt like they were trying to pull one over on me. The delivery was delayed several times, and when the products finally came, they weren't in the best shape. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone looking for home appliances.

    I got these new headphones and a phone case from the store, but lemme tell ya, I was so not satisfied with the service. They said they'd give me a certain credit limit, but then they only gave me half! And when I wanted to raise my credit, they wanted my whole family tree as "references", like, really?! Plus, they didn't follow through on their promise to refund me the difference when I found the same stuff cheaper elsewhere. It's just not right, dude.

    I gotta tell ya, my shopping trip the other day was actually pretty awesome. They had a ton of stuff to choose from, like sunglasses all the way to big appliances. The people working there were super nice and made everything easy. The coolest part was when I found a better price on my phone and they not only matched it but also gave me an additional discount right then and there. Now that's what I call top-notch customer service!

    I went to the store not too long ago to get a printer, and man, the service was just terrible. The sales rep, I think her name was Yazmin, was super rude and not helpful at all. Every time I asked a question or needed help, she either acted like I didn't exist or sent me somewhere else. It was like she didn't care about helping me and only cared about talking to her coworkers. And when I didn't want to buy something extra she suggested, she got all mean and gave me a nasty look. That's just not okay in customer service, and I won't be going back to that store again, that's for sure.

    As someone who's been around the block in the finance industry, I gotta say, the customer service at this company was just plain terrible. I was just trying to buy a $700 piece of electronics and it felt like pulling teeth every step of the way. I had to call customer service a ridiculous nine times just to get through the order, and even then, it didn't work out. From not being able to confirm my shipping address to getting put on hold rudely in the middle of a conversation, the lack of attention to detail was mind-blowing. I've dealt with a lot of companies in my time, and this one was by far the worst I've ever seen.

    I had a really bad experience with this company. Their misleading ads and sudden price changes really got me mad. The customer service and management team didn't respond to me and didn't follow through like they said they would. I've never had any problems with my other credit cards, which I always pay off completely every month. I'm not going to make any payments to this company until they listen to my complaints and fix the problem. If I have to, I'll take legal action because I have all the proof to back up my argument.

    Terrible customer service I've been trying for 3 weeks to get a price match and never would reply.
    Spent hours on the phone.
    They said several times they would call me back NEVER CALLED BACK.
    I completely got the run around. Truly the worst customer service I have ever seen.
    I wound up buying it somewhere else..
    Trying to use there system for help, NEVER EVER WORKS ......

    I bought a refrigerator from Chino Hills location but here was an issue with the refrigerator and so at the beginning I had hard time with the customer service to resolve my issue. However, Patricia Yon the store manager at chino hills helped me resolve my issue smoothly and she was very understanding and knowledgeable. She resolved the issue with my account too and she provided excellent service. She also helped me o replace my damaged iPad by providing excellent service in a timely manner. She is a professional manager and a sweet person. I recommend working with Chino Stores and specifically wit Patricia.
