I've been using this SEO platform for a while now and I gotta say, it's been pretty solid. The keyword analysis tools are really good and user-friendly, making my job a lot easier. The content tool is also impressive, way better than the other software I used in the past. I recently bought something from this store and one of the things I ordered never showed up. I tried reaching out a bunch of times to ask about it, but nobody ever got back to me. The stuff that did come was pretty good quality, but one of the items was a different color than I expected. It's really frustrating that they won't talk to me or help me out with the missing item. I even brought up maybe taking legal action, but they still didn't respond or give me a refund. This is just not cool customer service at all.
