Received incorrect size
I bought an Extra Small coat, but got a Medium one instead. I reached out to customer service, and they said I had to cover the shipping to send it back. I was pretty bummed about it. I think if the company messes up, the customer shouldn't have to pay extra. The product was fine, but the wrong size and added costs really turned me off.
Silk dresses purchase
I recently ordered a few silk dresses and I was kinda worried at first because I had seen some bad reviews, but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The dresses are absolutely gorgeous, they fit really nicely and they're super comfy. It did take about 3 weeks for them to arrive, but I mean, they were coming all the way from China so that's understandable. I also had a nice chat with customer service about a dress that was out of stock, and they were really helpful. Overall, it was a good experience and I would totally buy from them again.
Pajamas and pillow cases
I recently ordered these really cute pajamas and pillow cases online, but can you believe they ended up sending me totally wrong items? I mean, come on, how difficult is it to get the right color?! And on top of that, when I tried contacting customer service for assistance, I got completely ghosted - no response to my emails and a voicemail system that was completely useless. It's just not cool at all. I feel like I totally wasted my money with this company.

Overpriced wool coat
I was so disappointed with the wool coat I bought from this place. The price I paid was way too high for the low quality I got. The fabric felt rough and scratchy, definitely not the soft warmth I was hoping for in a wool coat. And the stitching was terrible, with loose threads sticking out all over the place. I feel like I could've found a better coat for a lot less somewhere else. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest getting a coat from here if you want something well-made.
Silk pyjamas and lounge wear
I recently bought some silk pajamas and lounge wear from this store, and let me tell you, I am totally obsessed. The colors, the fit, and the fabric are all amazing. Fall dance dresses
I bought some dresses for my Fall dance and they literally took forever to show up. And then, guess what? They arrived way past the dance date. So when we tried to send them back, they hit us with the "sorry, no refund" line because we missed their return deadline. Seriously? Luckily, we used Amex to pay, so we could put in a complaint. Such a disappointment, definitely a zero-star experience.
Polyester fabric
I picked up this polyester fabric thinking it was silk, but man was I wrong! They were trying to pass it off as 100% silk, but when I asked for receipts, they came up empty. I don't believe a word they say! I'm thinking about taking legal action, but it's gonna be tough since they're based in China.
White dress purchase
So, let me tell ya about this white dress I ordered from this place. What a disaster, I swear! First off, it took forever to even get here. Their website didn't give me a delivery estimate, so I was just left hanging for weeks after my event had already come and gone. And when the dress finally showed up, oh boy, the quality was just terrible. This company is a total scam! I bought a $500 coat three months ago, thinking I'd get a nice coat pretty soon. But it turned out I got nothing but a big disappointment.
