Silk dresses purchase
I recently ordered a few silk dresses and I was kinda worried at first because I had seen some bad reviews, but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The dresses are absolutely gorgeous, they fit really nicely and they're super comfy. It did take about 3 weeks for them to arrive, but I mean, they were coming all the way from China so that's understandable. I also had a nice chat with customer service about a dress that was out of stock, and they were really helpful. Overall, it was a good experience and I would totally buy from them again.

Received incorrect size
I bought an Extra Small coat, but got a Medium one instead. I reached out to customer service, and they said I had to cover the shipping to send it back. I was pretty bummed about it. I think if the company messes up, the customer shouldn't have to pay extra. The product was fine, but the wrong size and added costs really turned me off.
Pajamas and pillow cases
I recently ordered these really cute pajamas and pillow cases online, but can you believe they ended up sending me totally wrong items? I mean, come on, how difficult is it to get the right color?! And on top of that, when I tried contacting customer service for assistance, I got completely ghosted - no response to my emails and a voicemail system that was completely useless. It's just not cool at all. I feel like I totally wasted my money with this company.
3 dresses
Ordered 3 dresses, got one, emailed them, no refund for 2 months. ITS A SCAM!
Overpriced wool coat
I was so disappointed with the wool coat I bought from this place. The price I paid was way too high for the low quality I got. The fabric felt rough and scratchy, definitely not the soft warmth I was hoping for in a wool coat. And the stitching was terrible, with loose threads sticking out all over the place. I feel like I could've found a better coat for a lot less somewhere else. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest getting a coat from here if you want something well-made.
Fall dance dresses
I bought some dresses for my Fall dance and they literally took forever to show up. And then, guess what? They arrived way past the dance date. So when we tried to send them back, they hit us with the "sorry, no refund" line because we missed their return deadline. Seriously? Luckily, we used Amex to pay, so we could put in a complaint. Such a disappointment, definitely a zero-star experience.
Polyester fabric
I picked up this polyester fabric thinking it was silk, but man was I wrong! They were trying to pass it off as 100% silk, but when I asked for receipts, they came up empty. I don't believe a word they say! I'm thinking about taking legal action, but it's gonna be tough since they're based in China.
White dress purchase
So, let me tell ya about this white dress I ordered from this place. What a disaster, I swear! First off, it took forever to even get here. Their website didn't give me a delivery estimate, so I was just left hanging for weeks after my event had already come and gone. And when the dress finally showed up, oh boy, the quality was just terrible. It was all crumpled up in a flimsy plastic bag, and when I took it out, the fabric was dirty and practically see-through - definitely not what I saw in the pictures online. I'll never be caught dead wearing this thing, that's for sure. It's just hanging out in the back of my closet now, mocking me for wasting my hard-earned cash. And to top it off, I've heard they don't do returns, so it seems like I'm stuck with this mess. Take my advice and steer clear of buying from here - it's just not worth the headache.
$500 coat
This company is a total scam! I bought a $500 coat three months ago, thinking I'd get a nice coat pretty soon. But it turned out I got nothing but a big disappointment. After bugging them for over a month, they finally told me they didn't have the coat and would give me my money back. But guess what? That refund never came, and now they're ignoring my emails. I'm convinced they're just in it to rip people off and couldn't care less about being honest or taking care of their customers. Don't waste your time or money on them, they're no good.
Bedding set
I bought a bedding set from this store not too long ago, and let me tell you, it's been a real mess. First off, the item was out of stock, and even though they said I'd get my money back, it never happened. Then, when the replacement finally arrived, it was filthy and in awful shape. I reached out to customer service, and they told me to send it back for a refund – which I did, paying out of my own pocket for shipping. But after I sent it back, the company went radio silent on me, and I never got my money back. This whole ordeal dragged on for 7 months, and let me tell you, it was beyond aggravating and disappointing.
Three purchases in three years
My experience with Silk Maison has been up and down for sure. The first order back in 2020 was awesome - everything arrived right on time and the packaging was top-notch. But then my second order in 2022 was just okay. The product was fine, but it took longer to get to me and the packaging was kind of cheap. And don't even get me started on my most recent order in 2023. It's been 10 days since I ordered and no confirmation email or tracking number yet. I've tried reaching out to customer service, but no response. After seeing all the 1-star reviews, I'm thinking about disputing the charge with my credit card company.
Broken dress refund
Oh my gosh, guys, so I ordered this dress online and when it got here, it was totally messed up. I've been trying to work it out with customer service for like EIGHT MONTHS to get my money back, but it's been like talking to a wall. They keep promising to refund me, but then they come up with some story about their bank account being locked up. And now, they're not even responding to me anymore. It feels like they don't care about their customers one bit. Ugh, it's super annoying!
