    I would rate them zero stars if I could BUYER BEWARE!!! They had a ridiculously long shipping delay and when I asked the order to be canceled they said fine. Then they shipped the order anyway and are now ghosting me when I am asking for their return address. I had to take this matter to my bank. NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! They are running a complete scam.

    This app was installed on my phone without my permission or knowledge. On top of that the person that put it on my phone used my credit card to pay for it, without my knowledge or consent. The phone I have is my phone no one else is listed on my account. When I found the charges on my credit card I contacted the company by email, because that's the only way to reach them. 4 emails to them telling them that someone is using my credit card without my knowledge or consent, I explained that I do not have and have never set up an account with them. I requested they stop charging my card and shut the account down. I got an email back telling me they found my account that I set up and to double check my account they even sent the email address it was set up under and it is not and never has been an email address of mine....I again told this company that this was fraud not me to shut the account down and delete any information associated with it. After 4 emails of this I get a response telling me I have to log into my account and shut off the recurring payment.... What the hell is wrong with this company. If anyone can tell me how the hell I am supposed to log into an account I didn't create therefore have no access to in order to shut off a recurring payment I didn't authorize please let me know. I might be a lot of things but a hacker I am not. The person above who said that when you contact this company about a problem it's nothing but a bunch of back and fourth emails that amount to nothing and you get no help is 110 percent correct. I didn't even ask for a refund I knew when there was no way to contact this company except email that a refund would never happen. I just told them to shut the account down delete past present and future info and stop charging my card. This company is the worst I have ever had to deal with. Any company that knowingly allows someone to use and pay for there product through means of fraud and allows a grown persons privacy to be violated by someone with no ownership or authorization to a phone is a company that does not care about the people who assure them a paycheck and only cares about how much money they can put in there pocket by any means necessary. No matter how wrong it is. It also makes them thieves just like the people steeling information from others to use as they see fit with no regard for anything but there own selfish wants. Shame on this company and anyone that would support a company that supports doing business like this.
    Stay away from this company they are criminals they want your money nothing more that's all they care about. They will not help you if you have any kind of issue that has to do with money. I have been at this for over a week now and have gotten no where. Unfortunately for this company they have now made a calm person who was very polite extremely pissed off with all there be, and I will not go away.

    Perhaps you should talk to your bank manager to shut off this charging channel and review the persons around you who have the authority to access your phone.
