Easy to install monitoring software

I was really disappointed with the monitoring software I purchased. The installation instructions were so confusing and not helpful at all, which left me feeling really frustrated and unable to get the monitoring features set up properly. On top of that, I couldn't find any of the apps that were supposed to be available for my computer, so I couldn't monitor the device like I wanted to.
When I tried to contact customer support for help, I couldn't find a phone number to call, only an annoying and unhelpful email response. The email also told me that getting a refund wasn't going to be easy and that I had to meet certain criteria, which seemed like a sneaky way to make it hard for me to get my money back. Even when I sent pictures showing the problems I was having, the tech support team didn't offer any solutions or help at all. Overall, my experience with this company was really frustrating and disappointing. Subscription cancellation regret
I'm really bummed out about buying that 3-month subscription because it turned out to be nothing like I thought it would be. The app only runs on iPhones through a PC, which is super inconvenient having to plug in my phone. Plus, it doesn't even show call or search history. I've come across free apps that do the same stuff. The ads totally tricked me - they were way off.

But ever since then, I've been really happy with their program. It's been easy to use and I can easily see texts and other info without any issues.
