    Kidsguard pro for android

    The app is fabulous. After i installed it on andrid phone, it took a quite while to upload the data. and the next day when i logged into the dashboard, i can see most of the data, like locations, social apps, texts and calls. I use Capture Screeshot feature a lot and it really helped me to grab some information, the only drawback is somehow it suddenly stopped working and says make sure the target phone is switched on. I hope the developer team can improve the stability. btw, I have also tried mspy, flxispy and other products. to be honest, kidsguard pro works best and it's the cheapest one....

    I used it to monitor the whatsapp history on my son's phone, it works indeed. but i can't hear the call voice very clear, hope it can be improved.

    It uploaded and installed easily however now I can't get on the website from any device I own. Can't get a secure connection yet it couldn't get any more secure. The proper connection would be a huge collection of unsatisfied seriously pissed off customers whom were trying to get some clarity who've been met with 1 complication after another. I'd like to request a refund if anyone can point me in that direction hopefully they'll be some kind of connection to correspond with the collection of upset customers whove had nothing but bad experiences when it comes to this product. They get ya with the low cost and promise of so many features but it's all just bullshit. Dont waste ur time

    Dana I feel the same way, it took tricks and all to make sure I had the phone without knowledge to this and yet... it doesn’t work.

    It worked for one day. Now all that works is call log and some messages. The most important one, keylogger, does not work at all. Very frustrated and disappointed.

    Since day one all I have is issues and frustation nothing works as is says ..it's been a month of pure frustation whatssapp don't fully work Keylogger half worlds screenshots its the only thing that works for a beat until u got a message saying either phone is off or will work when phone is back on. funny all these start to happen after 30 days of subscription ????     This app worked great the first few months. I got a notification saying the app had been updated so I needed to uninstall and then reinstall to the target device. So that is what I did. Now, when I go to take screenshots, the target device get a notification that pops up on his phone that says, “captured” ARE YOU KIDDING ME? What kind of update is this? Also, the first time I purchased the app charged me 25 bucks for three months, the second to me it changed me 53...

    I have emailed you and still yourl are missing the point I installed the app from target phone I am trying to re install it it's not working

    I did this before with mspy and I had to manually go to the target phone and delete the download etc... and had to reinstall it al over again. Maybe in this situation that’s the case.

My Instagram account @YUNGBLAKKGODDESS was hacked on June 6, 2021, and in the process, the person changed my email and contact number with their account information. The email I had was [email protected]. However, I’ve changed to a new email but I still have access to that email as well. The individual on my account has literally posted and sold slightly nude content of me as a minor (considered Child Pornography) I’ve already reached out to the authorities… but please I’m not sure how much access they have to more of my videos on my account I need them off immediately please contact me back. They’re actively engaging in fraud and more financial money scams. The person is also selling more of my inappropriate videos and receiving pay from it, this is also sexual exploitation. The person that hacked me is, sending inappropriate explicit videos of me to my friends trying to sell me even more.. They were even begging my friends for money. I’ve lost pretty much everything, so far. PLEASE HELP I REALLY NEED THEM OFF OF MY ACCOUNT PLEASE. The link to my number and email expired because the person went through my email and deleted the recovery emails... I finally retrieved them with the help of my Microsoft email service provider. However, unfortunately, I was too late and the person is still on my account. Please I’ll even verify my identity, and send screenshots of what they’ve been doing (crimes they’ve committed) and the recovery link email I received, that no longer works. Please, I'm a dancer, and I have practice videos from when I first started dancing. My dance practice videos/ memories really mean the world to me. I really need to get back on to my account, I just want the individual who is still committing crimes I want them off. I've literally contacted and filled out every hacked account form, that was possible to fill out. I don't know what else to do. I'm mentally and physically drained, please, help if possible. And no, I do not know this person's number or email.
    I've been trying to fill out a staff contact form.. And "error" keeps popping up so hopefully someone here, will be able to tell me, if this request is possible.

    its worked fine first two weeks after installed , then became lagging on whatsapp and other social media not updating.but call recording is fine, been with customer support ,but seems they can not resolve the issue.........

    Hi Clevguard ive been trying to contact through emails, instas, websites, utube, and everything.

    I have an issue with the product that i already purchased.
    When i try to login on the target phone.
    It says " u have reached device limit, please purhcase another lisence for this device"

    But i havent linked any device to my license plan yet.
    Im not in the position to disregard all your hardwork, i trust you ClevGuard, thats why i purchased it. And now i need you to prove it to me that you are worthy of my trust, as a costumer.

    I have to say, the customer service at this company is really great. Sara, especially, made my experience super easy.     I was really disappointed with the monitoring software I purchased. The installation instructions were so confusing and not helpful at all, which left me feeling really frustrated and unable to get the monitoring features set up properly. On top of that, I couldn't find any of the apps that were supposed to be available for my computer, so I couldn't monitor the device like I wanted to.

    When I tried to contact customer support for help, I couldn't find a phone number to call, only an annoying and unhelpful email response. The email also told me that getting a refund wasn't going to be easy and that I had to meet certain criteria, which seemed like a sneaky way to make it hard for me to get my money back. Even when I sent pictures showing the problems I was having, the tech support team didn't offer any solutions or help at all. Overall, my experience with this company was really frustrating and disappointing. It feels like they're just trying to take advantage of parents who are worried about their family's safety to make a profit.

    Subscription cancellation regret

    I'm really bummed out about buying that 3-month subscription because it turned out to be nothing like I thought it would be. The app only runs on iPhones through a PC, which is super inconvenient having to plug in my phone. Plus, it doesn't even show call or search history. I've come across free apps that do the same stuff. The ads totally tricked me - they were way off.

    I gotta say, I was really impressed with the customer service I got from the rep when I was trying to cancel my subscription. Ivy was super patient, responsive, and understanding the whole time.
