Kidsguard pro for android
The app is fabulous. After i installed it on andrid phone, it took a quite while to upload the data. and the next day when i logged into the dashboard, i can see most of the data, like locations, social apps, texts and calls. I use Capture Screeshot feature a lot and it really helped me to grab some information, the only drawback is somehow it suddenly stopped working and says make sure the target phone is switched on. I hope the developer team can improve the stability. btw, I have also tried mspy, flxispy and other products. to be honest, kidsguard pro works best and it's the cheapest one....
Is this helpful to spy on spouse
I used it to monitor the whatsapp history on my son's phone, it works indeed. but i can't hear the call voice very clear, hope it can be improved.

It uploaded and installed easily however now I can't get on the website from any device I own. Can't get a secure connection yet it couldn't get any more secure. The proper connection would be a huge collection of unsatisfied seriously pissed off customers whom were trying to get some clarity who've been met with 1 complication after another. I'd like to request a refund if anyone can point me in that direction hopefully they'll be some kind of connection to correspond with the collection of upset customers whove had nothing but bad experiences when it comes to this product. They get ya with the low cost and promise of so many features but it's all just bullshit. Dont waste ur time

Dana I feel the same way, it took tricks and all to make sure I had the phone without knowledge to this and yet... it doesn’t work.
It worked for one day. Now all that works is call log and some messages. The most important one, keylogger, does not work at all. Very frustrated and disappointed.

Since day one all I have is issues and frustation nothing works as is says ..it's been a month of pure frustation whatssapp don't fully work Keylogger half worlds screenshots its the only thing that works for a beat until u got a message saying either phone is off or will work when phone is back on. funny all these start to happen after 30 days of subscription ???? I purchased 1 year subscription. but since day on of instalation I been in contact and all I get it's running around .do these and do that .and after done all if don't work unistall and install again come one really ....and another thing support is always on error on leftbottom corner ..how i get in contact w you guys

This app worked great the first few months. I got a notification saying the app had been updated so I needed to uninstall and then reinstall to the target device. So that is what I did. Now, when I go to take screenshots, the target device get a notification that pops up on his phone that says, “captured” ARE YOU KIDDING ME? What kind of update is this? Also, the first time I purchased the app charged me 25 bucks for three months, the second to me it changed me 53...

I did this before with mspy and I had to manually go to the target phone and delete the download etc... and had to reinstall it al over again. Maybe in this situation that’s the case.

Hello, Clevguard staff, I hope you all are doing well. My Instagram account @YUNGBLAKKGODDESS was hacked on June 6, 2021, and in the process, the person changed my email and contact number with their account information. The email I had was [email protected]. However, I’ve changed to a new email but I still have access to that email as well. The individual on my account has literally posted and sold slightly nude content of me as a minor (considered Child Pornography) I’ve already reached out to the authorities… but please I’m not sure how much access they have to more of my videos on my account I need them off immediately please contact me back. They’re actively engaging in fraud and more financial money scams. The person is also selling more of my inappropriate videos and receiving pay from it, this is also sexual exploitation. The person that hacked me is, sending inappropriate explicit videos of me to my friends trying to sell me even more.. They were even begging my friends for money. I’ve lost pretty much everything, so far. PLEASE HELP I REALLY NEED THEM OFF OF MY ACCOUNT PLEASE. The link to my number and email expired because the person went through my email and deleted the recovery emails... I finally retrieved them with the help of my Microsoft email service provider. However, unfortunately, I was too late and the person is still on my account. Please I’ll even verify my identity, and send screenshots of what they’ve been doing (crimes they’ve committed) and the recovery link email I received, that no longer works. Please, I'm a dancer, and I have practice videos from when I first started dancing. My dance practice videos/ memories really mean the world to me. I really need to get back on to my account, I just want the individual who is still committing crimes I want them off. I've literally contacted and filled out every hacked account form, that was possible to fill out. I don't know what else to do. I'm mentally and physically drained, please, help if possible. And no, I do not know this person's number or email.

I finished my install it took sometime because I'm not really that good installing things but this morning when i got up to check to see how well i done and I'm excited about this app it has everything and everything is working properly I see everything I'm very please and i feel me and kids guard going to have a long relationship..I feel safer now with my son being out and about and on line..Thanks kids guard..

We suppose that the target device did not chat with others on WhatsApp and other social media. We suggest that you confirm the below information:
1.Target device user has chatted with others through WhatsApp and other social media.
2, Make sure that all the corresponding notification permissions have been turned on;
3.Screenshot of social media app only upload when target phone is connected to WiFi.

I bought software from this company not too long ago, and I had some trouble getting it to work right. But I have to say, the customer service I got was top-notch. Ivy, the rep I talked to, really went the extra mile to help me out and ended up setting up a refund when we realized the software just wasn't cutting it. I really respect Ivy's professionalism and how she made sure I was taken care of through this annoying ordeal. Even though the product let me down, the amazing customer service definitely made a good impression on me.
Canceling subscription assistance
I gotta say, I was really impressed with the customer service I got from the rep when I was trying to cancel my subscription. Ivy was super patient, responsive, and understanding the whole time. Even though I didn't need the service anymore, Ivy really went out of their way to make sure I was happy. Their dedication and professionalism were top-notch, and I wouldn't think twice about using their service again down the line if I ever need it.

Hi Clevguard ive been trying to contact through emails, instas, websites, utube, and everything.
I have an issue with the product that i already purchased.
When i try to login on the target phone.
It says " u have reached device limit, please purhcase another lisence for this device"
But i havent linked any device to my license plan yet.
Im not in the position to disregard all your hardwork, i trust you ClevGuard, thats why i purchased it. And now i need you to prove it to me that you are worthy of my trust, as a costumer.

I have to setup this app on one of my family member's phone. ASAP.
He will leave town for work the other day.On the install process i get to the activate screen capture step i click proceed to settings and the screen just stays the same. Anyway this can be fixed to work properly or issue a refund please.

One month plan
I see the negative responses about the company while reading the reviews and i have to say,( I don't get it?) I would give cleveguard 5 stars if the record phone calls option worked ( which it didn't.) But other than that everything else it says it will do it does. I havereached out to staff when problems occurred with the software and always got a response back from them so customer service gets a 5 from me and cleveguard a 4 that's my honest review .

Call recording does not work. I only see that there are conversations on messenger but not the messages. I have followed instructions instructions to a t and I've checked repeatedly, and it still doesn't work. You can't speak to a person and the wait time for help is absurd.
Undetectable monitoring program
I was actually pretty bummed when I first got the program because they didn't tell me I'd have to physically install it on another device. I was looking for a monitoring solution that was safe and wouldn't be detected, and I was happy to find one through Lotanwolf on Instagram. But ever since then, I've been really happy with their program. It's been easy to use and I can easily see texts and other info without any issues.

I bought this in December 2020 on the sales pitch it would record phone calls. However they neglect to mention this feature does not work on all phones. For 6 months they have been saying we are working on it and still 6 months later it does not work on Samsung J8 with android 10. Also if you try to contact them there is 4 digit code to put in . that feature dont work either. What waste of money I am opening case with Paypal for refund.

Ivy, the customer service rep, was really on the ball and super polite when we talked. Even though I'm not really in the market for their product right now, her professionalism and kindness made me think about giving their company another shot down the road.
Phone monitoring app
This app is amazing! It does everything it promises, and it does it so well! The customer service is fantastic too! They got back to me really quickly, even when I had a lot of questions. The person who helped me was super friendly and explained how to use the app properly. I seriously love this app, and their customer service is top-notch!

I had a problem and this person named Ivy totally helped me out super fast and knew exactly what to do. She was so good at her job and I was so happy with her help. She's the best!

I inadvertently purchased and installed the parent version on my phone; have been trying for 3 consecutive days to get support to switch from the parent version currently installed on my phone to the pro version. Also purchased the Pro version but it is installed on my laptop and won't allow binding; totally my fault but should be easily correctable. Support is only available via email. Responses are received overnight indicating to me support is offshore. Answers received are not applicable to the questions asked. Installation took hours not minutes. The instructions do not match what the steps actually needed to install on the target phone. 3 days of frustration that could be easily resolved if allowed to speak to an actual person vs. waiting 24 hours between responses only to not have my questions answered.

The app never worked correctly. We could never keep it installed and working. If the company looked at their records, they would see that we never even went into the dashboard, or that it was actually INSTALLED on any phone! Their records should indicate that the software was NOT monitoring anything for the longest time period. Why would that be the case? Again, a total and complete lack of communication on the part of this company. Furthermore, our son was able to disable and remove the app from the phone, and kept doing so each time it was installed. This defeats the purpose of any parental controls whatsoever. What kind of monitoring app allows itself to be disabled without any password or account information?
Moreover, records should show that the few times it had been installed correctly, when we had trouble and required assistance, we tried contacting the company to no avail. However, getting in touch with your company, since you are not a U.S. company is needlessly very difficult and complicated with poor communication. I figured we wasted the money on the first-year subscription, but a second year? Absolutely not! Customers cannot ever talk to anyone personally, when installed it wasn't accurate, and we were completely and totally disappointed.KidsGuard Pro for Android - purchased 2 plans
I set up an Android Tablet & a phone on the 12th. I tested the browsing and it worked. But since then, on the tablet, the browsing only showed a few times “my activity” was checked & only a few key logs. Not showing apps usage since the 1st day and no youtube at all. I have the tablet right here next to me and still nothing. I checked permissions and all on. I can take a screen shot, but that's about it. On the phone, again, right next to me, I can see calls made, locate phone (see next paragraph) & see messages. I was able to record a couple calls, but not all, only got to see 1 minute of browsing recently , no key logs, no youtube & only once did the screenshot work. All permissions are on.
Also, the locations on the map, many times, are a mile to 2 miles off. But always off at least a half mile. I also have Google Maps and used timeline. We did an experiment and went to precise locations and tested both mapping systems. Timeline was either on the money or worst case, a few hundred feet off. But, I can fix the map on timeline and cause it to make the future locations more accurate. I can’t do that on yours. I did go to the site that provides your map, but couldn’t correct the location of GPS points.
Both devices have been turned off & on. Programs, permissions, all good. Can't find anything wrong. Keylogging is one of the most important features and the main reason I purchased 2 plans. I have tried over & over to submit the online form, but always shows an error. Which I think, looking at the other reviews, should have been fixed long ago. Customer support will make or break a company. An actual program manual, with troubleshooting, wouldn’t hurt either.

To be honest it was working OK in the beginning then then the capture in a screenshot stopped working altogether and the taking a photo works. Other than that not all the text messages come through nor do the calls. Sure why can't get customer support to get back to me on my emails or even call me as I have left several would be good if it would work and if it would upload all the data like it's supposed to honestly I've had empty spy before and it worked marvelous kudos to emspy the only bad thing about M spy is that it will tell Target phone that there is some sort of something on their phone as the Cleve guard does not Do that which is nice
