Subscription renewal issue
They never even asked me before trying to renew my subscription. And now they claim they tried to refund me but the bank wouldn't buy it. Just keep coming up with excuses and giving me the runaround. This has got to be the worst customer service I've ever experienced, feels like a total scam.
Review about: Online Fabric Store
Refund not processed
I had a pretty bad experience with this online fabric store. I asked for a refund because the item I got wasn't what I expected. Two different reps told me three times that they issued the refund, but when I checked my credit card statement, I saw that it never actually happened. So, I had to go through the trouble of disputing it with my credit card company, which was a pain. I really thought this store would be great, but their failure to follow through on refunds has left me feeling annoyed and let down.

Stickers for nonprofit organization
I bought some stickers from Stickeryou not too long ago for my nonprofit. We hand 'em out as a way of saying thanks for donations, and also for tagging stuff in different projects. These stickers have been super handy for labeling food allergies and slapping on our logo. All in all, my time with Stickeryou has been awesome. The stickers are top-notch quality and have really come in handy for our organization.

Uptight billing
Terrible customer service! I paid my bill using Paypal and only exchanged the item. Instead of just adjusting the payment, they refunded the money and issued a new invoice without telling me. I was supposed to get an email about the new invoice but never received it. The only thing I got was a letter from a debt collection agency. Even after reaching out multiple times, Shapeme refused to talk on the phone and was extremely unhelpful. I definitely won't be ordering from them again!

Got help fixing a problem
I had a problem and this person named Ivy totally helped me out super fast and knew exactly what to do. She was so good at her job and I was so happy with her help. She's the best!
