Kidsguard pro for android i bought the 3 month plan
At first i lived the app it worked great on an older phone like the galaxy 5 but i use it to keep tabs on my spouse and he upgraded phones to the galaxy 10 and not the app sucks. I followed the instructions to a T with removing it off the old phone and reinstalling on the new phone. It doesnt show my messages to my bf or for some reason the girl he likes to talk to. It doesnt show her message either. And ive been having alot of issues with the screenshots option. It will work ok for a little bit except the fact like when its starts working again and u take the first screenshot the edges of the phone light up and the screen flashes on the phone like they took an actual screenshot themselves and then u can take any where from 5 to 100 screen shots and the. It will say data uploading refresh page later and u do that amd kt still wknt font anythkng sometime it takes 24 hours or more for it to dtart working which to me between the other phone flashin and it not working half the time anyway and it not showing all the messages and the record calls option doesnt work right it shows that it records the call but never plays any sound. Honestly its caused more trouble between me and my bf then it its worth bc he knows when i take a screenshot and it doesnt show me the one persons messages i want to see. And i dont know what is being said in the phone calls

Its a good app but does have its bad points. Location is wrong at times and you can't get recorded calls or Keylogger and tech support is horrible you never hear from them

To be fair not had much luck with customer support..
ever since I down loaded both apps
None of them are working as promised
The main issue I have is with kidsguard for what’s app..
it show status off line evan though some parts of the app are working. Screen shots ok photos etc.
But what I paid for was call records call recordings none of which works emailed support but no response to fix the problem..
making matters worse target phone is freezing causing suspicions..
So would not recommend this app does not deliver what it stats .
It say what’s app should be working as if you actually got the app on your phone . No call records no call recordings

I thought about ordering but after realizing that this company does not provide a phone #, I decided against it. Legitimate companies will have a working customer service contact phone number.

I have been unable to get onto the website for weeks. I can’t login or monitor the phone I intended b/c i cannot access the website. I am unable to get contact info b/c google directs you only to their website which I can’t open on any device I own. Mac, iOS, or android. Error messages keep coming up that a secure connection cannot be established and even when i say proceed anyway, it wont go to the page. I am ready to call the better business bureau if they dont respond to me and either correct the issue or refund my money. I should not have to pay for a service I cannot use. Very unhappy.

its worked fine first two weeks after installed , then became lagging on whatsapp and other social media not updating.but call recording is fine, been with customer support ,but seems they can not resolve the issue.........

We suppose that the target device did not chat with others on WhatsApp and other social media. We suggest that you confirm the below information:
1.Target device user has chatted with others through WhatsApp and other social media.
2, Make sure that all the corresponding notification permissions have been turned on;
3.Screenshot of social media app only upload when target phone is connected to WiFi.

This app worked great the first few months. I got a notification saying the app had been updated so I needed to uninstall and then reinstall to the target device. So that is what I did. Now, when I go to take screenshots, the target device get a notification that pops up on his phone that says, “captured” ARE YOU KIDDING ME? What kind of update is this? Also, the first time I purchased the app charged me 25 bucks for three months, the second to me it changed me 53...

I did this before with mspy and I had to manually go to the target phone and delete the download etc... and had to reinstall it al over again. Maybe in this situation that’s the case.

My Instagram account @YUNGBLAKKGODDESS was hacked on June 6, 2021, and in the process, the person changed my email and contact number with their account information. The email I had was Thankful_4_it_all@outlook.com. However, I’ve changed to a new email but I still have access to that email as well. The individual on my account has literally posted and sold slightly nude content of me as a minor (considered Child Pornography) I’ve already reached out to the authorities… but please I’m not sure how much access they have to more of my videos on my account I need them off immediately please contact me back. They’re actively engaging in fraud and more financial money scams. The person is also selling more of my inappropriate videos and receiving pay from it, this is also sexual exploitation. The person that hacked me is, sending inappropriate explicit videos of me to my friends trying to sell me even more.. They were even begging my friends for money. I’ve lost pretty much everything, so far. PLEASE HELP I REALLY NEED THEM OFF OF MY ACCOUNT PLEASE. The link to my number and email expired because the person went through my email and deleted the recovery emails... I finally retrieved them with the help of my Microsoft email service provider. However, unfortunately, I was too late and the person is still on my account. Please I’ll even verify my identity, and send screenshots of what they’ve been doing (crimes they’ve committed) and the recovery link email I received, that no longer works. Please, I'm a dancer, and I have practice videos from when I first started dancing. My dance practice videos/ memories really mean the world to me. I really need to get back on to my account, I just want the individual who is still committing crimes I want them off. I've literally contacted and filled out every hacked account form, that was possible to fill out. I don't know what else to do. I'm mentally and physically drained, please, help if possible. And no, I do not know this person's number or email.

The app is fabulous. After i installed it on andrid phone, it took a quite while to upload the data. and the next day when i logged into the dashboard, i can see most of the data, like locations, social apps, texts and calls. I use Capture Screeshot feature a lot and it really helped me to grab some information, the only drawback is somehow it suddenly stopped working and says make sure the target phone is switched on. I hope the developer team can improve the stability. btw, I have also tried mspy, flxispy and other products. to be honest, kidsguard pro works best and it's the cheapest one....

I used it to monitor the whatsapp history on my son's phone, it works indeed. but i can't hear the call voice very clear, hope it can be improved.

It uploaded and installed easily however now I can't get on the website from any device I own. Can't get a secure connection yet it couldn't get any more secure. The proper connection would be a huge collection of unsatisfied seriously pissed off customers whom were trying to get some clarity who've been met with 1 complication after another. I'd like to request a refund if anyone can point me in that direction hopefully they'll be some kind of connection to correspond with the collection of upset customers whove had nothing but bad experiences when it comes to this product. They get ya with the low cost and promise of so many features but it's all just bullshit. Dont waste ur time

Dana I feel the same way, it took tricks and all to make sure I had the phone without knowledge to this and yet... it doesn’t work.
It worked for one day. Now all that works is call log and some messages. The most important one, keylogger, does not work at all. Very frustrated and disappointed.

Since day one all I have is issues and frustation nothing works as is says ..it's been a month of pure frustation whatssapp don't fully work Keylogger half worlds screenshots its the only thing that works for a beat until u got a message saying either phone is off or will work when phone is back on. funny all these start to happen after 30 days of subscription ???? I finished my install it took sometime because I'm not really that good installing things but this morning when i got up to check to see how well i done and I'm excited about this app it has everything and everything is working properly I see everything I'm very please and i feel me and kids guard going to have a long relationship..I feel safer now with my son being out and about and on line..Thanks kids guard..

Complete waste of money. According to the message feedback, only 21 messages sent, when actually its hundreds. Not even a full list of contacts, let alone who child is actually speaking to. No up to date photos, even though she takes a photo every 5 minutes! She only went to the local shop, but location tracker said she was in Poland!
When i e-mailed the so called support centre, they didn't answer my questions, just sent a general reply.
I have paid for 3 months, but after only 2 weeks i am already going to wipe it off the phone and pay for a different one.Im not sure where things went wrong for you but I've had no problems it works well for me sometimes we have to learn how to work things and figure them out because all of my stuff works just fine i even took a picture this morning without my son even knowing it.. I'm sorry you are having a bad experience.

I don't know if these other people reviewing this product have compatible phones because mine works, mostly. It takes a while to catch up on certain data, but when it shows up, its there. They claim the target phone has compatibility issues and I'm thinking, bulls**t. How long has the s9+ been out? And IM the one that brought about this revelation? Then they send some copy and paste response about how the issues will be worked out by the next update but we don't know when that will happen so......?? My issues with this software is simple; the recorded calls records the calls and you can see from the indicators on my media player that it hears the conversation, but i can't hear it. and the video preview feature doesn't work. Fix those things and you'll he alright. And add more social apps.
I do, however, wonder if kidsguard works on my phone because I'm in America and spy on the spy is the name of the game. I only wonder thatI can only wonder that because the phone number that I saw and reverse looked it up. The phone number belongs to a company or entity, coming out of Moscow, Russia. Would be convenient for them to sneakily spy on us using everyday Americans. Not accusing, just saying. It difficult to find any information about the company on the web. But....NO I WOULDN'T BUY FROM CLEVGUARD/KIDSGUARD. EVER
This comment from the company is a load of s*** they don't care about anyone's privacy. The reviews I'm reading are horrible. This app almost definitely causes more problems in peoples lives then need be. Do you really think they care? I wonder how many lives and relationships have been ruined because there product does not work properly. How many lives were ruined because of the fraud this company allows and accepts. They don't care about anyone or anything except money. Be careful they knowingly allow people to have accounts and pay for this product on a recurring payment with stolen credit card and personal information and refuse to do anything about it except make it the victims problem. Nice company. Anyone thinking about using this company for anything might want to consider the above. If they allow that kind of fraud be used with them, what kind of fraud are they commiting somewhere else with all your personal info.

Doesn't work. After payment, tried for 30 minutesto install with directions provided with no luck. The ad said it took 3 minutes. I then watched the video provided. From the moment the user logs in it goes to a completely different place than pictured. It can't be installed.
I completely agree I also could not get it anything installed on the telephone after several attempts I requested a refund will need to be completely ignored and they continue to send me file after file after file to download on a target phone I don’t prune I would not install and it’s part of my dogs phone it’s a terrible waste of money
