Kidsguard and whatsapp pro
Since last time I got in contact with u guys I been doing everything was ask to check to correct the issues I been having since day one of instalation I already when to settings and did all the on-off-on permission and I don't get nothing ..very frustrated support is off always I got an error on leftbottom corner when put mail email ...sounds very fishing for me ...I purchased a 1 year subscription and can someone point me to the direction. I'm having issues also with only some of the features working some of the time then suddenly they will update again. It makes no sense. Now, the keylogger isn't working nor the screenshot which are the two most important. This is like the fourth time I've tried getting some resolution. Had similar problems when I purchased Android and finally just gave up on that one.

So I made sure I followed instructions to the T and I have the device I’m wanting to monitor in front of me, I’ve went to chrome, typed in messages, madesure phone was on wifi and screen was on etc... I couldn’t use any of the features. The take photo and take screenshot DIDNT work even tho I had the monitoring device in my hand. It gave an error message of “
The screen capture failed because the target phone screen is locked or the app is temporarily unresponsive. Please try again later.” the phone is on and not locked and yet it wouldn’t take a photo nor a screen shot. I downloaded this 06/05/2021 and when I click on contacts and messages and app usage, it’s showing me old contacts and messages and cal logs from 03/20201 nothing for April, May or June. If operating Android 10.0, then don't waste your money. In my experience the app worked ok for the first couple of days. And then all of a sudden things stopped working. I done all the troubleshooting, followed the advice given after contacting support. At best, some features began working, albeit, sporadically. GPS was wildly inaccurate, the remote control features like screenshot recorder, Camera capture and basically never worked, call recording never worked at all, browser history failed to record any info, app usage statistics glitched, keylogger worked rarely, Snapchat, facebook, messenger and other social apps seemed to record or capture maybe 25% of all activity and not all that was claimed by Clevguard and there were days where nothing was recorded at all.
Maybe this app works better on older versions of mobile operating systems, but i can say that on Android 10.0, it is unworkable. It is nothing but frustrating, as it appears to occasionally work on some of the features then stops. look elsewhere if operating on Android 10 or above.
The marketing is misleading and i suppose the reason why Clevguard is almost 50% cheaper than its competitors is because its an inferior product. Purchased a 12-month subscription. The app stopped working after only 7 weeks. Customer service won’t give a refund. Frustrating. Also, the app just shows what the target has done on their phone, there’s no way to prevent or block inappropriate content. Buyer beware.

Garbage. Works 1/10 the time if you're lucky. Total garbage app. Don't waste your money. GPS never works and only a few other features do once in a while. I hate it.

As of 3-28-21 I'm getting no service on target phone. It started around 10am with GPS pinged only in Turkey and no access to anything else. I'm 1.5 months into my 3 mo subscription and really upset. I tried multiple times to reset my phone, but I can't log in very easily anymore, takes me up to 7 or 8 trys just to get into the email now. Then once in sometimes it says active then not active. Sometimes it says everything is turned on, then it says nothing but GPS & WIFI is on. I can't view my profile info, like I've been deactivated, but I'm not....All this over the entire day today which is Mon 29th of March. I tried to send emails for help and they don't go through- times out, same with trying to log in- times out error pops up. Would be really nice to speak to a live person to trouble shoot instead of waiting 24+ hours for just an email and then playing email tag over several hours. Have never been able to record calls, and other features that are supposed to work don't like capturing calls, not all numbers are captured many aren't as well as texts. Starting to feel I got duped into wasting my hard earned money on you guys. So far all I'm seeing are negative reviews and that's very concerning.Yes I hate this email tag garbage. I'm demanding a refund, I think this isn't even an American company it's UK. It's a safety issue for your kids and it's not even showing an accurate location. You expect accuracy with something like this. Same as the last app I tried, useless.

The program is not working as promised. I cannot contact their support team as the customer support form does not work correctly. The only other option is to send a query by mail... I would not recommend them based on their service. Ridiculous that I am unable to get in touch with them.

Installation was easy, but that was all that happened. I have no monitoring on anything at all. All permissions are on. It show the model of the target phone, but nothing works. I restarted the target phone, still nothing. The reply I got from tech service was. It takes time to upload the data. It's been a couple days now!!! Based on what I've what I read from others, I'm not going to get help or a refund!

They took 2 payments from me and now they won't give me refund. They took off my credit card without permission. It does have its perks. Messages and calls and Facebook workout everything else socks. It says where the target phone is but it isn't even there. Fix the bugs guys

At first i lived the app it worked great on an older phone like the galaxy 5 but i use it to keep tabs on my spouse and he upgraded phones to the galaxy 10 and not the app sucks. I followed the instructions to a T with removing it off the old phone and reinstalling on the new phone. It doesnt show my messages to my bf or for some reason the girl he likes to talk to. It doesnt show her message either. And ive been having alot of issues with the screenshots option. It will work ok for a little bit except the fact like when its starts working again and u take the first screenshot the edges of the phone light up and the screen flashes on the phone like they took an actual screenshot themselves and then u can take any where from 5 to 100 screen shots and the. It will say data uploading refresh page later and u do that amd kt still wknt font anythkng sometime it takes 24 hours or more for it to dtart working which to me between the other phone flashin and it not working half the time anyway and it not showing all the messages and the record calls option doesnt work right it shows that it records the call but never plays any sound. Honestly its caused more trouble between me and my bf then it its worth bc he knows when i take a screenshot and it doesnt show me the one persons messages i want to see. And i dont know what is being said in the phone calls

Its a good app but does have its bad points. Location is wrong at times and you can't get recorded calls or Keylogger and tech support is horrible you never hear from them

To be fair not had much luck with customer support..
ever since I down loaded both apps
None of them are working as promised
The main issue I have is with kidsguard for what’s app..
it show status off line evan though some parts of the app are working. Screen shots ok photos etc.
But what I paid for was call records call recordings none of which works emailed support but no response to fix the problem..
making matters worse target phone is freezing causing suspicions..
So would not recommend this app does not deliver what it stats .
It say what’s app should be working as if you actually got the app on your phone . No call records no call recordings

I have been unable to get onto the website for weeks. I can’t login or monitor the phone I intended b/c i cannot access the website. I am unable to get contact info b/c google directs you only to their website which I can’t open on any device I own. Mac, iOS, or android. Error messages keep coming up that a secure connection cannot be established and even when i say proceed anyway, it wont go to the page. I am ready to call the better business bureau if they dont respond to me and either correct the issue or refund my money. I should not have to pay for a service I cannot use. Very unhappy.

Complete waste of money. According to the message feedback, only 21 messages sent, when actually its hundreds. Not even a full list of contacts, let alone who child is actually speaking to. No up to date photos, even though she takes a photo every 5 minutes! She only went to the local shop, but location tracker said she was in Poland!
When i e-mailed the so called support centre, they didn't answer my questions, just sent a general reply.
I have paid for 3 months, but after only 2 weeks i am already going to wipe it off the phone and pay for a different one.Im not sure where things went wrong for you but I've had no problems it works well for me sometimes we have to learn how to work things and figure them out because all of my stuff works just fine i even took a picture this morning without my son even knowing it.. I'm sorry you are having a bad experience.

I don't know if these other people reviewing this product have compatible phones because mine works, mostly. It takes a while to catch up on certain data, but when it shows up, its there. They claim the target phone has compatibility issues and I'm thinking, bulls**t. How long has the s9+ been out? And IM the one that brought about this revelation? Then they send some copy and paste response about how the issues will be worked out by the next update but we don't know when that will happen so......?? My issues with this software is simple; the recorded calls records the calls and you can see from the indicators on my media player that it hears the conversation, but i can't hear it. and the video preview feature doesn't work. Fix those things and you'll he alright. And add more social apps.
I do, however, wonder if kidsguard works on my phone because I'm in America and spy on the spy is the name of the game. I only wonder thatI can only wonder that because the phone number that I saw and reverse looked it up. The phone number belongs to a company or entity, coming out of Moscow, Russia. Would be convenient for them to sneakily spy on us using everyday Americans. Not accusing, just saying. It difficult to find any information about the company on the web. But....NO I WOULDN'T BUY FROM CLEVGUARD/KIDSGUARD. EVER
This comment from the company is a load of s*** they don't care about anyone's privacy. The reviews I'm reading are horrible. This app almost definitely causes more problems in peoples lives then need be. Do you really think they care? I wonder how many lives and relationships have been ruined because there product does not work properly. How many lives were ruined because of the fraud this company allows and accepts. They don't care about anyone or anything except money. Be careful they knowingly allow people to have accounts and pay for this product on a recurring payment with stolen credit card and personal information and refuse to do anything about it except make it the victims problem. Nice company. Anyone thinking about using this company for anything might want to consider the above. If they allow that kind of fraud be used with them, what kind of fraud are they commiting somewhere else with all your personal info.
