I just bought an expensive mineral sunscreen from a pharmacy in Europe. I was so pumped to give it a try, but man, did it disappoint me after the first use. Even though it's supposed to protect you from the sun, that stuff was like glue on my skin. I tried everything to scrub it off - soap, water - but my skin stayed white and covered in that stuff. I got so annoyed that I just tossed the rest of the sunscreen in the trash.

I just got some new clothes for my little bro from this store, and I was really impressed with how they were packaged when they showed up. They were all nice and neat in these fancy boxes, which definitely left a good first impression. I'm hoping the clothes are just as good as the packaging, especially with how messy my brother gets when he's playing outside. When I opened the package, there was a pack of Haribo gummy sweets in there, which I thought was a sweet touch, but it ended up causing a little squabble between me and my brother since we both wanted them. Maybe they should think about throwing in an extra pack for families with more than one kid next time. Oh, and I was watching a show on Netflix recently that got me thinking about how handing out candy might not be the best idea in terms of perception. The food box I bought had a good mix of foods and quality products, but my main issue is the lack of whole grain choices. I care about my health and was bummed to see that the rice and breads were always white. It would be nice to have the option to exclude items like cilantro. Sure, the cheaper one might be a bit bigger, but the most important thing for me was getting some quality sleep. And let me tell you, it does the trick.

I've tried different supplements before like black ginger for blood flow, butea superba for hormonal balance, yellow Tongat ali, and then I added red Tongat ali. Let me tell you, the red Tongat ali really took things up a notch. I had to lower the dose a lot after just a month because it was so strong. It not only boosted my libido like crazy, but it also cleared up some issues I didn't even know I had - like underarm infections and athlete's foot. After two months on the red Tongat ali, I'm totally cleared up now.

I was pumped to give Carnivore Club a try, and it was awesome for the first year and a half. The meats they sent me were tasty and I liked all the different flavors. But then things went downhill in the last six months. They stopped giving me shipping updates, and I had to bug them to send my boxes. The meat quality went way down too. The salami was way too greasy, and some of the stuff was moldy and tasted terrible. It's a bummer to see their service and quality take such a nosedive.

Extended stay accommodation in Seattle
I stayed at an extended stay hotel in Seattle for more than two months. I was unhappy with the condition of my room and asked to switch to a different room. I had to wait a day for a new room because the housekeeper was not available. I finally got a new room, which was a lot nicer. However, the manager accidentally rented out my old room and put me on the Do Not Rent list, so I had to leave. On top of that, they charged me extra fees and did not refund my deposit. I felt like I was treated unfairly and there was a lack of communication. Because of this experience, I will not be staying here again.

I just finished up my CSPO training and got certified through a training provider, and I gotta say, it was a pretty smooth ride. They kept me on track with reminders about when the course was starting, and the trainer really knew their stuff.
