Assorted meat club subscription
I signed up for this mixed meat club not too long ago, and honestly, I've got some mixed feelings about the whole thing. The first batch of meats they sent me wasn't bad, but I was pretty bummed when I opened up our second package and found some moldy jerky. Then to top it off, the jerky in the third package was expired! It's like a roller coaster of emotions with this subscription - you never know what you're gonna get. And to make matters worse, the delivery process seems to be all over the place each month. It's getting harder to trust this club to consistently provide good quality meats. As someone who looks for top-notch products and dependability, I gotta say, this mixed meat club has been a letdown.
Three month subscription ordeal
I got a three month subscription for my dad, but man, they totally scammed us! I made it real clear that I didn't want any renewals, but they still went ahead and charged my card after the three months were up. I even sent them a message asking to cancel, but it was like they just ignored me. Six months later, they charged me again and to top it off, they locked me out of the website so I couldn't cancel even if I wanted to. I had no choice but to cancel my card to stop them from getting any more of my money. Seriously, don't even think about trusting them, they'll never quit!
Gift order
I ordered a gift from Carnivore Club on December 2nd. I was hoping to get it before Christmas but didn't get a shipping notification until December 22nd. I tried reaching out to customer service, but no one got back to me. They didn't even explain or apologize for the delay. So, I decided to cancel my subscription. I wouldn't suggest this service to anyone - the lack of communication and not caring about getting things on time was really disappointing.
Slow delivery for Christmas gift
Oh my gosh, this company is the absolute worst! I placed an order for a Christmas gift on November 21st, and it didn't even ship out until December 18th. That's definitely not what they said would happen on their website. And let me tell you about their customer service - total joke! They were zero help and just made me even more upset. I tried reaching out to the delivery company they used, CanPar, but it was a nightmare trying to get in touch with someone. In the end, I had to request a refund and they made it super difficult with all these hoops to jump through. On top of all that, they went and deleted my honest reviews from their Facebook page and blocked me from commenting! Seriously, how uncool is that? Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this company at all costs!
Monthly meat subscription box
I was pumped to give Carnivore Club a try, and it was awesome for the first year and a half. The meats they sent me were tasty and I liked all the different flavors. But then things went downhill in the last six months. They stopped giving me shipping updates, and I had to bug them to send my boxes. The meat quality went way down too. The salami was way too greasy, and some of the stuff was moldy and tasted terrible. It's a bummer to see their service and quality take such a nosedive.
Late Christmas order
I ordered my Christmas gift on December 6th and it didn't arrive on time! They never mentioned it was out of stock, but then they blamed their "stocks" for not shipping it. I had to send them an email, and they didn't even make an effort to fix the issue until I requested a refund. They really should have reached out to me first!
UK subscription gift
Man, what a mess! We bought a subscription as a gift for our family in the UK, but then the boxes just stopped showing up. Turns out Carnivore Club went and sold off the UK company without giving anyone a heads up. After a bunch of back and forth, the new owners finally said they'd start sending the boxes again. But guess what? Still no sign of them. It's not just a bummer for us, but Carnivore Club has totally dropped the ball on their end of things.
Subscription box of meats
I gotta say, the customer service from this company is just awful. I've never had such a bad experience. The shipping process has been a total disaster - only one box arrived on time like they promised, the others took a whopping two weeks to show up in the blazing summer heat. Some of the meats were all tough and super greasy from the delay, totally ruining the whole thing. I keep having to bug them over and over just to get my boxes sent out, and even then, they always end up being late. I'm still waiting on my next box that was supposed to ship last week, but they're saying they're "still working on it." It's just not right to pay so much for a subscription service that doesn't even seem to care or be reliable. Save your money and go with a different company.
