The whole concept behind these animal tracking bracelets is really cool and great for both kids and adults. Basically, you buy a bracelet, track a real animal, and support a charity all in one. The bracelets themselves are super cute and you can stack them for a nice layered look. They always have promotions going on, like discounts and free bracelets, which is awesome. There's a wide range of animal options to choose from, and I've collected at least one of each. The app that comes with it is easy to use and helps you keep track of your animals. One thing they could improve on is adding more info about the animals, like their size. Delivery is quick, especially in the UK, but next-day delivery can cost a lot. The prices are converted from dollars to pounds for you, so that's convenient. But the best part about this company is their customer service. I've reached out to them a few times, like when I got duplicate bracelets in my order by mistake. They sent replacements right away, along with extra tracking info. They always respond quickly and are really polite. I can't recommend this company and their idea enough, especially if you love animals or have kids who do. Just a heads up, it's seriously addictive!

Three month subscription ordeal
I got a three month subscription for my dad, but man, they totally scammed us! I made it real clear that I didn't want any renewals, but they still went ahead and charged my card after the three months were up. I even sent them a message asking to cancel, but it was like they just ignored me. Six months later, they charged me again and to top it off, they locked me out of the website so I couldn't cancel even if I wanted to. I had no choice but to cancel my card to stop them from getting any more of my money. Seriously, don't even think about trusting them, they'll never quit!
