Awesome UV Protective Clothing
So I've been on the hunt for some rad UV protective clothing everywhere, and I finally scored what I was after from this super cool company. I spotted this Australian brand that I had seen before but never really checked out, so I decided to give it a go. I made my purchase and then realized I totally forgot to use my first-time buyer discount. I shot them an email, not expecting a response, but then BOOM! They hit me back within the hour, telling me they added the discount to my credit card. How awesome is that?! This company is the real deal, and I absolutely recommend them to everyone. My order hasn't arrived yet, but I just have this feeling it's going to be amazing.
Polo shirt
I ordered this polo shirt from this store, and I gotta tell you, it was a nice surprise. Even though I saw some bad reviews, I took a risk and I'm so happy I did. Ordering was easy, and my shirt came real fast, especially during a busy sale time. The shirt itself is comfy and well-made, just what I wanted. I don't get why there are folks giving this place one star because my experience was awesome. I totally suggest this place to anyone looking for some sun protection gear.

These sun protection hats and sunbrellas are seriously top-notch. Customer service was great, delivery was fast, and the prices were totally reasonable. The sizing advice was perfect and the colors were just like they looked on the website. With the heatwaves caused by climate change in the UK, you really need products like these for true sun protection - you won't find anything like this in regular stores. Protect your skin with these products, they come highly recommended.
Long sleeve tops got one soaking wet
I ordered two long sleeve tops online and when I got them, one of them was drenched! I reached out to customer service and they were super cool about it. They gave me a refund for the messed up top and I bought it again. Now I'm just waiting for the delivery refund like we talked about. I'll let you know when everything is fixed.
Hat, face mask, poncho
Oh my gosh, I can't even believe how awful this stuff is! The hat is super wide and shapeless, not like the picture at all. The face mask keeps falling off my face because of all the extra fabric, and the poncho is just disgusting. And, it was way too expensive! I'm really starting to question if they even provide sun protection. On top of all that, the shipping took forever so now I'm stuck with this junk. Ugh!
Rash guard for swimming
I can't believe how bold this company was to mislabel their sizes. I ordered a rash guard in a size S/M, thinking it would fit like a small or medium, but it was more like a large! It's so frustrating to get clothes that don't match the size chart on their website. And on top of that, I had to pay for shipping both ways for it to get here and back, which is crazy. And let's not forget the whole ordeal of trying to return it, they really pushed for store credit instead of a refund. Overall, I'm really let down by the lack of attention to detail and customer service from this brand.
Eczema t-shirt
I have eczema and recently found a long sleeve t-shirt that feels amazing on my itchy skin. It's like a comforting hug, super soothing, and made of really good quality fabric. I definitely want to buy more of these shirts because they're just that nice.

I was so excited to get this sun protective clothing I ordered, but it took way longer than expected to arrive - 11 days instead of the 6-8 days they promised. And now, I found out that I have to pay a fee to send it back if I want to return it. To top it off, I left a one-star review warning others about the deceptive shipping and return policies, but it's not even showing up anywhere!

I bought some sports sun protective clothing from this company and I was really disappointed because it didn't work like I thought it would. When I tried to return it, they told me they don't accept returns for hygiene reasons, which was a surprise. Also, it's frustrating that they don't have any reviews available for customers to read before buying. It makes it hard to know if you're making the right choice.
Purchased hat with fraying visor
I'm really bummed about the hat I bought. The visor started falling apart after only a month of wearing it a few times. And to top it off, trying to get ahold of customer service has been a nightmare - they never pick up the phone (I've tried calling five times) or reply to emails (sent two with no response). All in all, I've had a pretty crappy customer service experience.
Floral UPF50+ Swimsuit
I just bought the Floral UPF50+ Swimsuit from this site. Even though I saw some bad reviews, I still wanted to see for myself. The material is kinda stretchy, but it's not as comfy as my other bathing suits. It doesn't fit perfectly, the bottom part sags a bit when I wear it and the sleeves are too long. Plus, the bra cups slipped around when I got out of the water, which was annoying. I think they need to work on fixing the design of this swimsuit.

The sun protective clothing from this store ain't that great compared to what you can find elsewhere. The prices are way too high for what you're getting. Plus, their return policy is a total rip-off - you gotta pay to send stuff back and they won't give you the sale price if you want to exchange something. And don't even get me started on their customer service - those folks are not very professional, acting all passive-aggressive and whatnot.
Everlight Coat with Pocket and Hood, Luxe Hooded Long Full Zip Jacket
My experience with Solbari was pretty disappointing. I bought two items, the Everlight Coat with Pocket and Hood and the Luxe Hooded Long Full Zip Jacket, but both were way off from the sizes on Solbari's size charts. I even sent pictures to customer service showing the actual sizes with a tape measure, but they wouldn't own up to their mistake and cover the $40NZ return shipping fee. I had to send both items back myself, and on top of that, my honest reviews pointing out issues with sizing, quality, and their refusal to cover return costs didn't make it onto their website. It really makes me question the reliability of those high star ratings they have. While Solbari does have some good stuff, potential customers should be careful and double-check the sizing info before buying.
Cute sun shirts
So I ordered these really cute sun shirts online because my mom told me I need to protect my skin from the sun. Unfortunately, I ended up getting the wrong size. I requested an exchange, but it's been two weeks and I still haven't heard anything back! I did everything the instructions told me to do and sent the shirts back, but I haven't received any further updates. When I called customer service, they told me the person who deals with the USA is on vacation. But I'm in the UK, so why is that impacting me? Normally, I get my exchanges done in 4-5 days, not taking weeks with no communication. Now I won't have my cute sun shirts for my holiday! It's disappointing, I don't think I'll be purchasing from them again.
Purchased two items for sun protection
Like a lot of folks, I'm still waiting on my shipment to show up. It's been a bit annoying to see my order taking way longer than I thought, and there's no sign of it coming anytime soon. I'm also a little worried because the stuff I ordered weighs next to nothing, and that's got me thinking about the quality. I've got a trip coming up and if my order doesn't get here in time, I'm gonna have to deal with the headache of sending it back. It's pretty frustrating that the company hasn't been responding and there seems to be some disconnect between their website reviews and what actual customers are experiencing.
