White jacket
I returned the jacket via UPS with a tracking # , they have received the package , since I have proof but they are stating they have not received. I have sent many emails and Kristian ( Service Representative) stated to check my junk . NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Beware paying for expedited shipping-Everyday SunHat UPF 50+
I purchased a Sunhat for a trip I was taking, leaving 6/24. I ordered my hat on 6/15 and paid for expedited shipping that their site said would get me the hat in 3-4 business days. Well, save your money folks...because it's been estimated to arrive 6/25 when I am aleady gone. I would not have paid extra for shipping if it wasn't going to get here in time and before I paid the extra shipping...I checked to be sure 3-4 business days was plenty of time. There's no customer service phone number to contact anyone, I've tried getting help from Solbari's "contact us" page twice and nobody has replied. Oh and the best part...I read their FAQ section, unfortunately after making my purchase, and it legit says they aren't responsible for late arrivals even if I paid for expedited shipping. That's poor customer service if you ask me. I will never buy from them again.

I bought 3 VERY EXPENSIVE items and wish to return 2 of them. Their return & exchange process is where the scam begins because they require you fill out a form that THEY have and provide to you. If you don't get a hold of them, you get no form, you get no refund, and you get suckered. They won't reply to any of my emails that I've sent now for several days.Sleeves
Took about 7 weeks to get my order. Very unresponsive when requesting updates. When I did finally get a response they said it was the fault of the Australian postal system. The item recurved was not useable. Sleeves were so long you’d have to have NBA arms for them to fit properly. Would never recommend this company.

I ordered a Solabari sun hat in late March 2020, still in June my order had not arrived or shipped I would send them email it was coming from Australia. Then I got a email in June saying it was not sent do I want them to reorder it so I said go ahead. Then I got the same response a few days later do you want me to reorder again I said go ahead. Then I got another email saying they were sold out, do I want to wait I said no just refund me back the $45.00. well they did 5 days later. Ok I got a confirmation on July 1, 2020 at 1:42 pm saying it was delivered to my mail box. Ok I am like what is this. This is no lie I have no problems with anyone stealing from the mail box where I live no one does. Low and behold someone just happen to break in my particular mailbox and stole the hat back that Solabari had refunded me for. How ironic is that. They wanted their hat back because they had refunded me back and sent someone to my address knowing that the mail was going to deliver it. I am sure they found out that it was mailed and going to be delivered and they wanted the hat back because it cost $45.00. I didn't want a tree hat I wanted what I ordered. I think Solabari sent one of their workers in Houston Texas to come over and watch for the mail man and take their hat back. I would have sent it back. But instead they decided to steal it from my mailbox by break-in. I don't get packages to my apartment I have a post office box but I sent that to me at home. Because it is safe. I have a strong belief Solabari worker came and broken into my mail box to take their hat back. No one ever break in the mailbox here they are pretty safe. I wanted everyone to know what happened to me. I will never order anything else from Solabari. They are a bad disgusting company.
As far as I know, Solbari operates out of Melbourne, Australia. So I don't see how or why someone would travel all the way to Houston for the sake of $45.

I placed an order in March 2020. I never received any shipping or tracking information, yet $162.00 was taken out of my account for the items. I still have not received any of the items as of June 7 th nor can I get any information from customer service. I will never purchase anything from this company again! I gave 2 stars because it would not let me choose less.

SCAM ALERT!!!!! I think his company is a scam. Take ur money but won’t deliver. I’ve been waiting 6 weeks and the few time they answer my emails (they don’t have a phone number which should be a red flag) they say it’s been shipped. Should be able to get it from anywhere in less than 6 weeks. Buyer beware!!!! SCAM ALERT!!! OBTW: I’d give a one star rating but the site won’t let me.

Ordered items weeks ago, still don’t have them. They sent me a tracking number three weeks ago saying the item had shipped. But every time I check it says the order is still in Australia. I’ve tried to contact Solbari several time but get no response. Beginning to think these people are a scam. Stay away!!!
Ordered item on 11 April and still not received although original delivery time was given as 4 to 5 days. Solbari refusing to refund money and blaming Australia post. Track and trace doesn't work and the parcel could be lost for all I know. Very disappointed in this company
70 days and counting. Have not received our order. This has to be a scam. Customer service is of no help. They refuse to accept responsibility for lost deliveries.
I had the same thing happen to me, this is a scammer company and then they play games with me, and I finally got them to refund me back my $45.00 after 3 months. Then I got a email saying that the hat was delivered to my mailbox and I was shocked. Then that same day right after the mailman left someone broke into my mailbox and took the hat. No one could see when the mail goes in the box. The mailman goes inside the room and closes the door. So no one knows what is in the boxes. I believe Solabari had one of their people in Houston Texas go out knowing that the sunhat was going in my box and because they refunded me back the $45.00 they wanted the hat back. Can you imagine. I never had anyone break in my mailbox. How ironic is that. And that's all they took they dumped all my other mail on the ground. When I went to my mail box it was left wide open. I honestly believe Solabari had something to do with it.

Update-well I suppose you can't trust DHL saying the hat would arrive on 6/25...because lo and behold the hat arrived 6/23, just in time for my trip. Solbari finally did reply to my email, via an email to me and they kindly refunded a portion of my expedited shipping. I still think they should have a customer service phone number to actually talk to somebody if needed. It would have prevented me venting here and giving a 1 star review.
