Mostly pleased — halfway through unboxing I was skeptical, I ordered last month and first impression was "nice but..." After a week of use my doubts faded. Emma helped, delivery quick, price okay.
Took forever, refund saved it
Waited nearly a month, no item — they refunded though, so I'm kinda glad.
Not trustworthy, but ships fast
Not trustworthy — I’d avoid buying here. I left two one-star reviews about cheap, falling-apart hats and they never showed up. I use caps every day, so I noticed quality fast. Oddly, shipping was quicker than expected, but no reply.
Nice product, painfully slow shipping
I bought this because I needed sun protection for a family trip and I’d had a rough experience with other brands before. The item itself is solid, fabric feels good and fits, but shipping was awful—ordered June 20, got it July 7, ugh.
Hat that finally fits
I put it on the first morning I wore it — gardening at dawn — and knew it was right; brim kept the sun off my face, it didn't flop or squeeze, somehow perfect for walks and errands. Feels well-made, not fancy, just does the job. Kind of relieved, honestly. Took a while to arrive, but worth it.
Nearly walked away
I almost walked away because the returns page was vague and I couldn't find a return address. Had bad experiences with other shops before, so I hesitated. After pushing support I did get clear instructions and a label — took a while but worked. Glad it wasn't another nightmare, still annoyed though.
Slick site, shaky support
I first saw them on a friend’s Instagram and even nudged my sister to try them. Ordering went smoothly, delivery actually arrived early which was a pleasant surprise, but customer service was unhelpful when I had an issue. Still, price felt steep for that.
Parcel surprise from Down Under
decent fit, not perfect but wearable. I sent back two extras the next day — refund hit my account in two days. Delivery was solid and customer service helped, yeah, I'd buy again.
Two boxes, extra fees
take screenshots and ask for a clear refund timeline.
Small win with the visor
they couldn’t do a full return because I’d pulled the tag, but offered a discounted replacement and some tips on wearing it. The exact moment the replacement sat snug and stayed put was when I relaxed — honestly relieved. If you buy one, don’t cut the tag and ask for fit advice.
Moving day lifesaver, slow shipping
Was in the middle of a move and figured this gadget would make life easier. I like the look and feel so far — solid, not flimsy, and pretty intuitive to use. If I'd known it ships from Australia I might've ordered earlier; tracking showed a big delay and customer support said they couldn't cancel. Kinda annoying, but I'm hopeful since they now say early March. Overall still happy with the item itself; shipping just caused stress, though.
Wrap too big, stuck with the cost
I tried the wrap on in my living room. It felt soft, almost too big. I ordered XS but it hung like a blanket, swallowed my shoulders. I sent it back and swapped for a pricier item, covering the extra £24. Now they refuse any refund or exchange. So I'm out about £75. It's frustrating because the fabric and finish were fine, but fit matters. Customer support has been rigid, not helpful. Wish I'd checked other reviews first. If you're picky about sizing, beware — and maybe take photos and document everything, just in case.
Finally found the one
First time I slipped the big brim hat on was during a windy morning walk in my neighborhood — it felt right away solid but comfortable, not floppy, and the inner band is soft so it doesn't rub. I started ordering from this Australian brand about two years ago, mostly for sun gear, and their parcels usually arrive quicker than stuff from local shops, which still throws me. The hat breathes, packs into my bag okay, and keeps the glare away. Still buying, happy with how it holds up.
Sun-ready and relieved
morning walks, quick errands, even a little gardening, so comfort and sun protection matter. The fabric feels okay, not luxe, but it breathes and the packable shape is handy. Yes, there was that blue ink from the sweatband showing on the white part after a few wears, which annoyed me, but customer service handled it well and that made me feel taken care of. So overall I’m happy it worked when I needed it most — still a few quirks, but glad I bought it.
Travel hat that actually works
I pulled it out of the box about nine days after ordering. First thing I noticed was the weight — light but solid. The fabric feels like a stiff cotton blend, not floppy. I wore it on a two-day trip and it held its shape in a suitcase. It's reversible, and flipping it is easy; the straps function on both sides so you don't mess with knots. Brim is wide enough to shade my face and neck. I'm 52, so that mattered. It sits comfortably, not too tight. Feels protective, which was the point. Quietly pleased. Not fancy, just reliable.
Daily umbrella survivor
solid, a bit weighty, but actually reassuring. Durability is the thing that sticks — I use the UV umbrella almost every day, toss it in the car, take it to windy beaches, and it still shades like new after a couple of years. Hats and arm sleeves are comfortable too, swimwear decent. Shipping in Australia was quick. Small annoyance: no US phone line, but whatever, I still recommend them enough to tell friends.
That Instagram impulse buy
they sent a free replacement quickly and were polite about it. Still a pain to box things up and deal with returns, and I’m not thrilled about the price versus QC, but points for sorting it out.
Return hassle overshadowed the hats
the fabric was lighter and more breathable than I expected, actually comfortable. But then the return process killed the mood. The website showed an option for a QR code or a printed label, but only the print option actually worked. I don’t have a printer, so I emailed customer service and got a blunt reply saying they don’t do QR returns and I should go to a copy shop or library to print the label. Fine, except I already pay a return fee and now I’m expected to pay for printing too. That felt unclear and a bit stingy. So the product itself was okay and pleasantly lightweight, but the after-sales experience left me annoyed and less likely to reorder without checking the return fine print first.
Not what I expected
fine finish, neat stitching, it folds down without looking awful (small win). The thing that won me over was the actual sun protection; it really does block glare better than a cotton hat I used last summer (who knew?). Still, price feels steep for what it is — you can find similar pieces for less if you hunt around. Service was straightforward and delivery was on time, so no dramas there. All in all I’m slightly surprised I liked it; skeptical at first, ended up satisfied enough to keep using it.
Sticky note ignored, classic.
I actually saw these gloves on a coworker’s Instagram and thought, hey, nice — so I ordered. I wanted a size large, and I even left a sticky note in the box that said “exchange for L.” Not subtle. The package came back with a refund instead. No exchange. No explanation. I emailed. Nothing. Then, weirdly, they started replying once I wrote about it on Trustpilot (so yeah, public complaints work better than polite emails it seems). The thing that sticks with me is that little note tucked inside — like someone looked right at it and went, “nah.” I was pretty bummed. I’d hoped they’d just send the correct size and move on. Instead they ghosted, then flipped it and acted like I was the problem. Kinda absurd. I still like the gloves in theory, and I told my buddy who recommended them what happened (he laughed, then said he’d try a different seller). If you want a smooth, small-time exchange, maybe don’t count on this place. Could be fine if everything’s perfect, but if something goes sideways, plan on extra hassle.
