Wow, I just got my DNA test results back and they were so interesting! I found out a lot about my genes and how they can impact my health. The explanations they gave were really thorough and easy to follow. The only thing is, some of the links they provided didn't work when I tried to learn more about the scientific stuff behind my genes. And the meal plan they suggested could have been a bit more detailed, but it didn't bother me too much.

I'm really bummed about the hat I bought. The visor started falling apart after only a month of wearing it a few times. And to top it off, trying to get ahold of customer service has been a nightmare - they never pick up the phone (I've tried calling five times) or reply to emails (sent two with no response). All in all, I've had a pretty crappy customer service experience.

Oh my goodness, I am totally hooked on this craft subscription box I got from Cratejoy! I thought the instructions for the basic packages were really clear and easy to follow. I liked that the Certificate got sent right to the requester. It was also nice to be able to customize the coverage to fit specific needs. But I got a little confused when a requester wanted more coverage than what was originally offered. It wasn't clear to me if we could make adjustments to meet that request.
