Crystal Tumblers
I just bought two sets of four gorgeous crystal tumblers and I couldn't be happier with them. The quality is better than I expected and they feel so nice and substantial. I'm excited to use them when I have friends over. I definitely recommend them!
Wildlife Garden Hand Carved Hooks
I had an awesome experience buying the Wildlife Garden Hand Carved Hooks. The service was amazing - the hooks were beautiful and just like they were described. They were shipped out quickly and arrived in perfect shape. I was impressed with how fast they got here, even quicker than stuff I've bought nearby. They kept me updated the whole time, which was great. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and the service I got.
Tablecloth arrived quickly
I was so surprised by how fast my tablecloth got here! It came all the way from Europe but only took a week, and it was in perfect condition too. Plus, the packaging was recyclable which was such a nice touch and really shows they care about the environment.
Brita Rug purchase
I just bought this really nice rug for my kitchen from this seller. I already have one of their rugs that's been holding up great after ten years of constant use, so I knew this one would be good quality too. Ordering it was easy and it got to my house in Sydney super quick. The price was fair for such a nice rug, so I feel like I got a good deal. I definitely suggest checking out this seller if you want some stylish and durable home decor stuff.
Green glass set
The green glasses came right on time and they're so pretty. I was really happy with them, especially because the delivery guy wasn't very careful but they were packed really well and made it through. The packaging was done really well and I appreciate the extra care that was taken to make sure the glasses got to me in one piece.
Unable to cancel or change order
I got super annoyed when I realized I messed up my order and needed to cancel or change it ASAP. I shot an email to the customer service team just ten minutes after placing the order, hoping to fix things fast. They did reply quickly, but by then it was too late to stop the order from going through. It's kind of weird that they can respond to emails right away but can't cancel or change orders quickly. If they can automate the ordering process, they should be able to automate cancellations too. Their system's lack of flexibility stopped me from buying more stuff since I didn't want to pay extra for another shipping fee on a separate order.
Unique pieces, quick delivery, well-packaged
Royal Design is just amazing! I love how easy it is to find gorgeous pieces that give my home a luxurious feel. They have stuff you can't find in regular stores, which is great. And the deliveries are always quick, with perfect packaging to keep delicate items safe. It's my go-to for adding a classy touch to my home decor!
Chair purchase
I bought some chairs from Royal Design, and man, did I run into some problems with the delivery. I got 3 packages for the 6 chairs I ordered, but only the first package had screws for putting them together. To make matters worse, there were only 7 screws when I needed 8 to put together the two chairs in that package. The other two packages didn't have any screws or assembly stuff at all. I reached out and asked them nicely to rush me the missing screws and assembly stuff I needed.
Cool knife
I got this awesome knife and it turned out exactly how I thought it would. It arrived really quickly in the mail, so that was great. But then I realized the price dropped by $16 shortly after I purchased it, which was a bummer. Despite that, it was a good overall experience.
Cutlery "Tina", back-ordered, free shipping, sale prices
The "Tina" cutlery set I ordered ended up being back-ordered when I placed my order. Yeah, it was a little bit of a bummer having to wait, but I gotta give props to the company for their excellent service! I was thrilled that they threw in free shipping, and the sale prices were a nice touch. Shoutout to Fed Ex for making sure my delivery arrived right on time. Gotta say, I'm pretty stoked about my purchase - couldn't be happier!
Kitchenware purchase
I just bought some stuff for my kitchen from this store and I gotta say, I was really happy with the whole experience. The website was super easy to use and I found everything I was looking for at a good price. The shipping wasn't too expensive, and even though one thing was delayed, the customer service was totally on it. They sent out the other stuff I ordered right away without charging me extra. It's not often you see that kind of service, especially when it comes to online shopping in the US. I'm really happy with my purchase and I'll definitely be shopping here again.
ArchitectMade Penguins
Oh my gosh, y'all, I am totally amazed at how quickly my penguin sculptures got here! They are seriously awesome and look just like they did in the pics. I actually ordered two of 'em and they were packaged up really nicely in a soft box. And to top it off, they were way cheaper than any other places I checked out. I am so thrilled with my buy!
