Beautiful lights
The company offers most unique and beautiful lights which are seriously looks so good. I bought few of them and i am so happy with my purchase.
okay so the first i purchased was outdoor lightening, The light is perfect and it looks so classy. With perfect brightest and overall helping the outside looks really pretty. I am so happy with the classic touch and to be honest, it was not expensive so it was fine with me
The next one i bought was for my desk. Its sleek in design, takes much lesser space than i thought it would be. it kinda looks like zing zac in design. The adjustable desk light is perfect for work reading or doings works.Light fixture purchase

Large order mix-up
I made a big order with this company, but had a problem with my fixtures. Even though I gave them all the details they needed, I got a bunch of stuff I didn't even ask for. This has been happening since September 2022, and even after trying many times to fix it, I still haven't gotten a good solution.
Placed an order in June
I ordered a lot of things back in June and now it's almost Thanksgiving, but I still haven't received anything! I've been trying to follow up for updates, but no one has gotten back to me. It's really annoying!
My new lamp
I recently bought a lamp but it ended up being the wrong size. It was such a hassle trying to return it! I had to hunt for this tiny return button just to see if I could send it back. And when they finally accepted the return, it took ages to get my money back. Such a drag, dude.

Hanging fixture purchase
I just bought a hanging light fixture from a sales guy named Barton Cross at a lighting store. At first, everything was great because Barton was super helpful in helping me pick out the perfect fixture. But things went downhill fast when there was a problem with the purchase. It was really disappointing to have such bad customer service when I tried to fix things. Barton either didn't tell me the whole truth about the fixture or he didn't admit his mistake in ordering the wrong one. I was worried about not getting the LED bulbs like he promised, but Barton didn't really care and just told me to come back to the store and buy them separately. His attitude and refusal to fix things left a really bad taste in my mouth. I would warn others to be careful and make sure everything is in writing to avoid similar issues.
Quick shipping
I was really hoping to get my stuff quickly, so I asked if it would arrive on time. The person I chatted with wasn't sure, but I decided to take a chance. Turns out, it ended up not coming on time.
Torch lamp purchase
I bought a torch lamp from 1800lighting not long ago, and it's disappointing that the button fell off less than a year later. I tried calling a few times but couldn't get through, so I sent an email instead. I did get a response at first, but then it all went quiet. I've always liked shopping at that store, but the lack of customer service this time around has me thinking twice about buying from them again.
Progress Lighting outdoor fixtures (2x)
I was really let down by the Progress Lighting outdoor fixtures I bought from 1800lighting. I thought the "Black Finish" would be metal, but it turned out to be plastic. And the "Clear Beveled Glass" was just clear plastic too. The ad didn't mention anything about them being plastic, so I felt pretty disappointed. Even the cap screws were plastic and too short to properly attach the backplate to the wall, so I had to use shims. If I had known they were plastic, I never would have bought them, especially not at the high price I paid.
Cancellation of my order
I had to cancel my order because the shipping was delayed for my light thingy. But this girl Kollyn from Customer Service was so nice and helped me get a refund really quickly. I'll definitely shop here again!
