My recent experience with the company was like a wild ride. I ordered something, but it got canceled because it was out of stock. But when I contacted customer service through email, the reps were super nice and helpful. They quickly offered to swap the item for a different size and even gave me back the shipping fee without any hassle. The new item came, and it was just as they described, no issues. It might not be top-notch quality because it's affordable, but for the price, I can't really complain. Overall, the customer service was amazing, a solid 10/10 in my opinion.

Delayed shipment of headset
I bought a pair of headphones from this company recently, and honestly, it was a pretty bad experience. They didn't tell me the headphones were out of stock when I bought them, and I only found out a week later when I wanted to cancel my order. Despite me trying to cancel multiple times, they kept saying it wasn't possible. It took well over a month for the headphones to finally show up, which was really frustrating. The customer service people I talked to weren't much help, and I had to threaten a chargeback to get my money back. Overall, I was really disappointed with how my order was handled.

My son got this cool bracelet for Christmas and he's so into tracking his buds with it. But then, it stopped working. No worries though, they sent us a new one right away. I even got him another bracelet for Easter. Their customer service was super fast in fixing the QR code problem. We love using the app, keeping track of our friends, and also supporting a good cause. The home security camera system is kind of just okay, I guess. The movements are a little choppy and slow to move around, and the baby monitor thing seems a bit top-heavy, but it does stay balanced. The actual camera works okay, but I keep getting annoying emails asking me to sign up for their premium service and almost every cool feature on the app is locked behind a paywall. It's not great to spend a good chunk of money on the device only to constantly be asked for more money to access basic stuff.

Oh man, I gotta tell ya, that road trip with my family in an electric car was amazing! Everything from reserving the car to returning it was so easy and hassle-free. It felt like we really got our money's worth. The car was super clean, ran like a dream, and we didn't run into any problems charging it on our awesome 600-mile adventure from Vegas to Phoenix. We had a blast and made some great memories, I'm already looking forward to doing it all over again.
