I signed up last month and at first everything seemed fine — nice interface, fast setup — but then my bank alerted me to two identical charges in one month. Wait, two charges? Yeah, weird. I called support, they were polite but slow. Not cool, fix the billing, please, seriously soon, thanks.
Worth a shot with a billing hiccup
It's really worth trying. I started using it last month and my first impression was "oh, this is nicer than I expected" — lots of decent stuff. Had one billing hiccup where a charge reappeared after a refund, but support fixed it fast.
Iffy stream, decent support
Streaming flaked out a bunch. Error codes, slow buffering, couldn't play Tulsa King. Content delivery seemed flaky; thought it was on my end but other apps were fine. Had issues with Paramount+ before. Contacted support — slow but polite, they tweaked stuff and it improved. Still cautious but acceptable now.
Stuck for a show
I signed up mostly to watch Billions seasons 6 and 7 and had doubts about the streaming. I tried it last night and the web player threw error 3005 a couple times, which annoyed me. A few refreshes fixed it and the episodes played fine. Still a bit wary, but keeping the subscription.

Almost there, but bugged
I was halfway through an episode and thought “here we go again” — the app had skipped an episode earlier and I’d been jumping back and forth trying to find where I left off. After a restart and a tiny update it finally played the next two episodes in the right order, and that’s when I actually felt relieved and satisfied. Still, the ads are annoying, they pop up way too often and sometimes two in a row, and the skipping bug should be fixed. Compared to other services I’ve tried, it’s okay when it works, and I’m glad it mostly did here.
Not thrilled at first, but sorted
endless robot menus and the call kept cutting off, felt like talking to a wall. The moment things changed was when my bank put the charge on hold and pushed for a refund — within a week it showed back in my account. EE finally sent a sorry email. Advice: watch trials and use your bank fast.
Hooked despite the ads
I was halfway through lunch when it hit me — despite the ad overload I actually smiled. The shows are properly good; I watch a quick episode to wind down after work and they grab me, even if every start is a 90‑second ad. It’s annoying, and yeah you can pay to skip but that feels a bit much. Still, the moment a scene pulled me in and I forgot the ads, I was satisfied, weirdly.
Mid-show faceplant
that error needs a real fix. On the plus side, when it works the streaming is smooth and my evening chill comes back. Not thrilled with the downtime, but kind of relieved.
Almost Quit, Then It Worked
restart the app, let it update, wait a few minutes. It actually worked after that. Been watching fine since, so yeah, happy I stuck with it.
Buffering took the lead
buffering, slow FF/RWD, unresponsive commands. I've had better performance from other apps, even free ones. Still, after some back-and-forth it's usable most nights, so I'm left skeptical but not completely annoyed.
Offer promised, reward never showed
I first saw the Star Trek offer inside Tapjoy after a buddy tipped me — sounded worth trying since it promised emeralds for my Hero Wars account. I followed the steps, recruited the epic officer like it asked, and even captured proof. Other parts of the Tapjoy tasks delivered fine, but the emeralds for that one never arrived. I contacted support and they made me wait, then labeled me "ineligible" without a clear reason. I wasn’t using an emulator or VPN or anything odd. My friend hit the same offer, complained too, and he got his emeralds — so that made it worse. The whole thing felt like poor delivery and weak customer service. They didn’t explain the decision. I lost time and effort for no good answer. I was hopeful at first, so that’s frustrating. If you try offers like this, be ready for a shrug and a canned response rather than a real fix.
