Assorted baked goods gift basket
The selection was a total disaster. The pound cake loaf tasted like soap, the sticky buns were really stale and mushy, the scones showed up all broken, and those English muffins were as hard as a rock. Honestly, I wouldn't even give this to a stray dog.
Christmas gifts order delayed
My recent experience with their Christmas gifts order was really disappointing. I placed my order in early December with the promise that it would arrive before Christmas. But, I just found out today, on December 22, that the items won't get to me until February 8. When I called to ask about the delay, they just said I ordered online as if that made it okay. And to top it off, all they offered me was a measly 20% off coupon for my next purchase. Needless to say, I am really unhappy with their service.
English muffins purchase
I recently bought English muffins from this company, and man, I was really disappointed. They sent me the wrong thing and the muffins were stale to boot. When I tried to call customer service to fix the problem and maybe talk to a manager, they straight up hung up on me. That's just not cool, you know? They need to step up their game when it comes to customer satisfaction. I definitely won't be ordering from them again.
Gift basket purchase
My recent experience with the company was really disappointing. I wanted to order a gift basket, and the catalog said I could get free shipping with a promo code and membership number. But when I put in the info on the website, it said none of the items in my cart qualified for free shipping. So I called customer service for help, and they tried to get me to buy a "free shipping package" for an extra $30. I thought that was too much for just one order, so I said no. They then said I'd have to pay $20 for shipping. Overall, this whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth and I won't be ordering from them again.
Delayed shipment, some items unavailable
I made a purchase not too long ago, and it's been 8 days and still no sign of my order. When I reached out to ask, they told me that half of what I wanted to buy isn't even in stock right now. And after reading some other reviews, I'm starting to worry about what kind of quality the stuff I did manage to get will be. Wish I had checked out the reviews before I hit the buy button. They did say they'd refund the shipping cost, but I'm not sure if that's really gonna happen.
English muffins order
I just ordered a pack of 6 English muffins, and guess what? When my package finally arrived, they told me it got canceled and was swapped out for a lame basket with only 2 muffins. Seriously, how am I supposed to pay the same price for less stuff? Nope, not cool.
Gift box with English muffins and danishes
I received a box full of English muffins, blueberry spread, and danishes as a gift. But man, those English muffins let me down big time. They were way too salty and had this weird aftertaste that hung around. I've never had this brand before, and after this, I definitely won't be getting it again. I'm not sure if I should even tell the gift giver about it.
Ordered breakfast for Christmas
I ordered breakfast for Christmas morning, but I ended up getting something totally different. I called customer service to tell them about it, but they insisted that I actually ordered three items instead of just one! They also said the item I originally wanted was out of stock, so they decided to send me a random substitute instead. It was so annoying and I don't think I'll be ordering from them ever again!

I recently ordered four different breakfast gift baskets from this company, each one specifically picked out to match the likes of different families. Unfortunately, when the baskets showed up, not a single one had the stuff I had chosen. On top of that, they even scrapped one of the baskets and didn't offer a decent replacement. The customer service I got was pretty lousy, and it was a letdown to see a company that used to be reputable come up short like this. All in all, my experience was really bad, and I won't be buying from them again. I had hoped to give my employers a special Christmas gift, but instead, it's turned into a disaster.
Expired food
I recently received a Christmas basket and found out that two of the muffins were expired. Can you believe it? I contacted customer service, but all they did was argue with me! I mean, seriously? I can clearly see the date on the package. It was not a cool experience at all. Save your money and avoid shopping here, just trust me on this one.
Delivered 10 days late
I ordered this gift and it was supposed to be here by a certain day, but it showed up 10 whole days late! The customer service supervisor didn't do anything to fix it, and now the refund is taking so long.
$200 Christmas sleigh order
I bought a $200 Christmas sleigh to surprise my loved ones with some holiday goodies, but I was really disappointed with what I got. Instead of cookies, cinnamon rolls, and treats as promised, all I got was four sad loaves of bread. Mother's Day gift basket
I recently ordered a gift basket for Mother's Day, but my mom had to come stay with me last minute for medical reasons. I tried to change the delivery address, but it got messed up and the gift ended up at her house with nobody there to get it. But, the customer service team was so great and sent a replacement to my place right away so my mom still got her gift. Their service was top-notch and I bet the food in the basket is top-notch too. I'll for sure be telling people about this company because of how awesome their customer service was.

I just bought a 3-Month Breakfast Club from this company and I gotta say, I'm super impressed. The delivery was quick and everything arrived in great shape. My family loved the muffins - they thought they were tasty and loved all the different flavors. They said the muffins were perfect for a fast and yummy breakfast when they're in a hurry. Wolfermans Bakery muffins
As someone who loves baked goods, I was really let down by the muffins I bought from this place recently. They were dry and stale, with a crumbly texture that reminded me of cardboard.
