    Niche French skincare products

    I've always had a great time shopping at this French pharmacy. The customer service folks are super friendly and really take care of me. They have awesome French skincare products that work wonders and don't break the bank. I love that they give me personalized recommendations and really know their stuff about the products. Overall, I've always left this pharmacy feeling happy with my purchases.

    Recent contact lens purchase

    I just bought some contacts from this company. I was happy with how quickly and accurately my order was delivered. But, when it came to paying for a year's worth of contacts, I ran into some issues because I wear different lenses in each eye. This caused a delay in getting the right refund and I had to spend a lot of time talking to customer service. Also, it was a bummer to find out that the company doesn't do the B&L rebate program - I had to go to B&L for that info.

    Mix and match breakfast gift baskets

    I recently ordered four different breakfast gift baskets from this company, each one specifically picked out to match the likes of different families. Unfortunately, when the baskets showed up, not a single one had the stuff I had chosen. On top of that, they even scrapped one of the baskets and didn't offer a decent replacement. The customer service I got was pretty lousy, and it was a letdown to see a company that used to be reputable come up short like this. All in all, my experience was really bad, and I won't be buying from them again. I had hoped to give my employers a special Christmas gift, but instead, it's turned into a disaster.

    The video player looks pretty good when you first check it out, but it keeps crashing all the time when I'm using it. Even though I'd pick it over other popular players like VLC Player or PotPlayer, the fact that it crashes so much makes it hard to rely on and really annoying to deal with. If they can fix the crashing problem, it could be a really great player. In general, it's not a terrible option if they can make it more stable.

    First of all, neither product works for sleep apnea. Secondly, do not buy from Maxcare Health because none of their products are returnable. Other companies offer a return on the INAP for a restocking fee but Maxcare offers nothing. You are stuck.

    Have to say that I am surprised at all the negative reviews here. Since 5 yrs ago, I had to entirely change out my wardrobe for various reasons and have been buying from Roamans/Woman Within since then. I think I have returned 4 items - one blouse had darts in wrong spot, one Tshirt tunic was too large, the color of one T was not as pictured (and it had to be a specific color to wear under a sweater) and one pack of underwear did not fit because I am oddly proportioned -and that is out of several dozen items. I do have to pay attention when ordering - prints can cost more than plain fabric, an item in this season's fabric can cost more than last season's and there are some items not quite available yet, but the expected ship dates have largely been met or they shipped earlier. And I do read the customers' reviews of items and they have warned me off buying a few items. They do not ship fast, that I will grant you, but I've learned to adjust my expectations because I like the products. I bought basic knit shorts recently for sleeping and I was very impressed by the quality. They have a few styles that I know work for me and I buy again and again. Of course my style needs are minimal since I am retired. My husband has remarked when we have been out in public that looking around at other women, my clothes are more appropriate, attractive and flattering than the vast majority and I have received compliments from women, as well. And some ask if I have ironed the cotton tunics and no, they are just fine washed and dried gently. Usually I watch for sales of some sort, realizing that close-outs from last season might be sold out in popular sizes. My experience has been consistently good and I've appreciated them even more during the pandemic.

    Well, my experience has been a pure and total internet retail headache - on hold for over 25 minutes in an attempt to learn the status of my order after waiting nearly a month. Sent an email and that took a week for a response indicating I could not change or cancel the order - all this blaming covid BS....even after having received an email indicating one of the items I had ordered was not on sale for half the price I would be charged. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL DESPICABLE "CUSTOMER SERVICE" EVER!!!!

    Absolutely THE worst customer service ever!

    Would NOT recommend ordering from this company. I placed an order on 4/17/21 and only received half of the order. I have emailed them directly, I have filled out their customer service form (6 times) without a single response. I have called the 800 number at least 30 times, no one ever answers, you get to listen to a recording telling you how hard they are working and how you can contact them by email or through their website live chat. The website Live Chat doesn't exist, no one answers the customer service emails they instruct you to send, no one answers the phone when you call, there is no way to contact this company to get a response that I can find. Have contacted the Better Business Bureau to try and get some response from them that way. I ordered in April for an event in June that has come and gone, and I have NO response from them at all. I will not order from them again, and hope I get the rest of the merchandise I ordered and paid for, over 2 months ago. I get that COVID has dealt most businesses a boatload of challenges, I truly get that. But you really shouldn't be in business if you can't give your customers a way to make things right when COVID and other challenges present themselves. Will not order from them again, SO NOT WORTH THE AGGREVATION.

    I had the exact same problem as Beth.. Never received the entire order. They don't respond to emails to customer service. They did however respond to an email where I corrected my phone number. So, someone is there, just not for incomplete orders. Now I'm worried that they have my credit card and phone number. I suggest we all watch our credit card billings for any fraudulent charges.

    The app is fabulous. After i installed it on andrid phone, it took a quite while to upload the data. and the next day when i logged into the dashboard, i can see most of the data, like locations, social apps, texts and calls. I use Capture Screeshot feature a lot and it really helped me to grab some information, the only drawback is somehow it suddenly stopped working and says make sure the target phone is switched on. I hope the developer team can improve the stability. btw, I have also tried mspy, flxispy and other products. to be honest, kidsguard pro works best and it's the cheapest one....

    It uploaded and installed easily however now I can't get on the website from any device I own. Can't get a secure connection yet it couldn't get any more secure. The proper connection would be a huge collection of unsatisfied seriously pissed off customers whom were trying to get some clarity who've been met with 1 complication after another. I'd like to request a refund if anyone can point me in that direction hopefully they'll be some kind of connection to correspond with the collection of upset customers whove had nothing but bad experiences when it comes to this product. They get ya with the low cost and promise of so many features but it's all just bullshit. Dont waste ur time

    Dana I feel the same way, it took tricks and all to make sure I had the phone without knowledge to this and yet... it doesn’t work.

    It worked for one day. Now all that works is call log and some messages. The most important one, keylogger, does not work at all. Very frustrated and disappointed.

    I was leery and called customer service, he told me not to worry even though it comes from Singapore it only takes 10 days to two week. He was very kind and professional. I saved so much money shopping here and the shipping was free so I ordered, I am so happy I did! The package came in only 9 days and in good shape. The product was sealed, fresh, and genuine.
