Easy to order, crap product, grommets pulled out in less than a month and faded in a month. I have heard from them. They were going to issue a refund, that never happened. Awful company to do business with. Says California, but ships from china. Buyer be ware
I received the curtains and realized they were to long. After multiple emails back and forth with Krystal from snow city she finally gave me an address as to where to return the curtains to. Now today the curtains show back up my house stating "receiver did not want, refused shipment" You call in and nobody answers the phone. DO NOT BUY from them. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experience. Oh did I mention that Krystal tried bartering with me offering me 30% then 70% to keep the curtains and give to a friend as a gift. Are you kidding me. Now awaiting yet another response to my email requesting a return label. Filing a report with Better Business Bureau is next
