Data collection and privacy concerns
I just signed up for this app to try and score some rewards, but it turned out to be a big headache. It kept blocking me from certain websites, messing up my wifi, and took forever to earn any points. I'm not okay with giving away my private info for just a $10 gift card. Lesson learned - I'll be more careful about who I share my data with moving forward.
Frustrating reward system
The app said it would give rewards for using it, but after I paid a few times, they locked my reward account. I tried reaching out to support, but they weren't helpful at all. Eventually, I got so frustrated that I just deleted the app. It seems like this is something the company does often to avoid giving out rewards. I'm just glad I didn't lose out on any rewards before getting locked out. In the end, I'd recommend not bothering with this app.
Online rewards program
My experience with the online rewards program started off great, I had no trouble collecting points and redeeming them for gift cards. But then things went downhill when all of a sudden I couldn't collect my points and had to deal with unhelpful tech support. Even though I showed proof that everything was fine on my end, they told me to uninstall and reinstall the software, which ended up erasing two weeks' worth of points. And even after everything was fixed, my account got frozen when I tried to redeem my points for a gift card. Tech support wouldn't respond and didn't explain why my account got frozen, which left me frustrated and with no points. Overall, it was a really disappointing experience with this rewards program.
Redemption issue
I had the same problem that a lot of people have had - my account got locked out of nowhere and I couldn't redeem my rewards. I've never had issues before this. When I tried to get help, all I got was a standard response that didn't really explain anything. They completely ignored me after that. It's not cool to treat customers like that, making them feel like they're crazy.
Survey Rewards Redemption
I had a rough time with this survey rewards site. I did everything they asked, had the app all set up on my device, but when I tried to cash out my points for 10 bucks, they said my account was locked. The customer service folks gave me a not-so-great reason and wouldn't let me cash out or unlock my account, which I thought was pretty uncool and not right.

I had a bad experience with this mobile data collection service. They aren't respectful of privacy or confidentiality, calling and messing with systems to change the data. I've noticed they treat people with ethnic names unfairly. It's not cool that they cancel participation rewards and it's frustrating that it takes so long to get paid, even for just a $5 Amazon gift card. They might even close your account before you get your payment.

I used the app for about a week, letting it run in the background on my phone. But I got an email telling me to claim my reward, and when I tried, my account was locked and I couldn't unlock it. I lost data from my plan which was really frustrating. It's not cool to be told I'll get a reward and then end up with a locked account and no way to fix it.

I've earned rewards by taking part in this program and have cashed in £20 up to now. Just got an email asking me to install a certificate to keep being an active member. I'll give it a try and hopefully, keep racking up rewards moving forward.
Easy earnings
I don't understand why people are hating on this company. Today I received another $20, no problems at all. I've been using them for over 18 months now. All I have to do is click once on my computer each week. It couldn't be any easier than that, right?

I've been using this platform since 2018 and never had any issues with my account until a recent app update two weeks ago.
