Positive Experience with MobileXpression's App and Customer Service.
I've been a client of MobileXpression for a few months now and overall, I've had a positive experience with the company. The app is easy to use and the rewards for participating in surveys and research studies are generous. I've already earned several gift cards to popular retailers just by keeping the app on my phone and participating in a few surveys each week.
The customer service team has also been helpful in addressing any issues I've had. They respond quickly and are able to resolve any problems I've had in a timely manner.
One thing to note is that the surveys can sometimes be a bit repetitive, but overall it's a small inconvenience for the rewards.Mobile app usage for rewards
The mobile app was working fine for a few months without any problems getting credits for when I used it. But then when I didn't use my phone for a short time and the VPN wasn't on, I couldn't access my credits (which makes sense because the VPN wasn't active). Once I turned my phone back on and got the VPN working again, I could see my credits like normal (which makes sense when the VPN is working). But when I tried to actually get my credits, my account suddenly got locked without any good reason. The customer service response I got was just a generic message that didn't really explain anything, and that was really disappointing and annoying.
