Scam and Privacy Concerns
MobileXpression is such a scam! They just go ahead and sell your info to who knows what kind of marketing folks, and they never actually follow through with the rewards they promise. It's a total invasion of privacy and a total waste of time. I'd recommend steering clear of this company at all costs!
Scam experience
Steer clear of this company! I was a member for a few months with no problems until I tried to redeem a gift card. My account got locked when I was checking out, and when I contacted customer service, they said I didn't meet their requirements anymore. It's a scam that takes your personal info in exchange for gift card rewards. Don't go near them.
Membership issues following recent app update
I've been using this platform since 2018 and never had any issues with my account until a recent app update two weeks ago. Ever since then, the app doesn't recognize my phone number anymore, so I can't earn credits like before. It's really disappointing because I've used this app a lot and recommended it to others. I've tried emailing customer support several times, but the responses I get aren't helpful. They've given me new passwords and said my email isn't recognized, but the problem still isn't fixed. On top of that, the customer support team hasn't followed up with me, so I've had to keep submitting support tickets hoping for a solution. This lack of good communication and support has left me feeling frustrated and unsatisfied with the whole experience.
