    VoIP service for business

    I was so happy with how fast the customer service rep got on the line when I called. They didn't make me wait at all and had all the right answers to my questions. I could tell they really knew their stuff when it came to their services. But, I haven't gotten a bill in the mail yet, so I'm crossing my fingers that it's correct and doesn't have any surprise fees like other phone companies like to pull.

    I just got VoIP service not too long ago and I gotta say, I'm really happy with how everything went. The whole experience was quick, smooth, and the company made sure to keep me updated every step of the way. They even sent me copies of my conversations for later, which was a nice touch. Porting my number over was a breeze and the call quality on VoIP is top-notch. Plus, I thought the price was fair for the great service they provided.

    Transition to new VoIP provider

    The customer service reps at this VoIP provider really saved the day. They were so helpful and knew their stuff. It was great that they were in the U.S. and spoke clear English without any strong accent. They walked me through the billing process with patience and made moving to the new service a piece of cake. The only thing I would recommend is better communication on what exactly needs to happen when switching from one VoIP provider to another. Like, for instance, swapping out the old device for the new one after the number porting is done.

    VoIP device purchase

    I bought a VoIP device from this company not too long ago and I must say, I was pretty happy with how everything went down. The device arrived right on time and had some easy-to-follow setup instructions. It's doing its job just like they said it would and the number transfer happened within the right time frame. Only thing is, there's a little hiccup with the device not picking up on Eastern Daylight Time, so my clock's running an hour behind. Fingers crossed this won't happen again when the time changes.

    Switching phone service

    My experience switching from my old service to the new one was really great. As soon as my number got transferred over, everything started working like a charm. But, there are a couple of issues with the text messaging service. I'm not receiving any texts for things like Facebook 2FA. Plus, when I make calls from the app, my number doesn't show up on the other person's phone.

    Don't waste your time with this company - the service is awful and their customer service is even worse. They tricked me into signing up, gave me useless help from overseas, and had unhelpful paperwork. When I wanted to cancel, they tried to charge me a fee for changing my phone number, even though the request hadn't gone through. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of them.

    I told them to transfer my phone number over, but it's taking forever and my phone is still not working. They keep saying they'll inform me when it's done, but I'm still waiting. I'm about to get charged soon and my phone won't even be working by then!

    Easy installation of VoIP box

    I just got a VoIP box from your company and I have to say, I'm pretty impressed with how easy it was to set up.     Landline to VoIPly Adapter

    Switching my landline phone to VoIPly was super easy. The adapter showed up right on time, and setting it up was a piece of cake. I was really impressed with VoIPly's customer service - they got back to me quickly and were really helpful. I could easily chat online with their team and even talk to someone on the phone without waiting forever. The folks I spoke with were nice, polite, and knew their stuff. Even though I've only been using VoIPly for a little while, the call quality has been great.     Number porting and prepaid billing

    I was super pumped about getting my number transferred over to VoiPLy and being able to pay for a whole year in advance! The communication throughout the process was great - they kept me in the loop with texts and emails. They even gave me tracking numbers so I could follow my packages at every stage. And you know what? My number transfer was completed right on schedule! Now I can relax for a whole year without stressing about my phone bill. Prepaid billing is the way to go! Yay!

    Quick and efficient setup

    I just got a new phone system and I've been using it for about two weeks now. Setting it up was a breeze and everything showed up right on schedule. So far, the system has been working great for me, but there's one little issue. I can't check my voicemails with my landline phone; they only come through email. Plus, the message notification is only sent to one cell phone via SMS text.

    Internet phone setup
