Large Toiletry Bag and Landon Carryall Extra Large Bags
I recently bought a big toiletry bag and 2 extra-large Landon Carryall bags. But when my order arrived on December 2, 2022, all I found was 5 tiny bags in a huge box. Not one of the items I actually ordered was in there, and the packing slip said the right things, which just made me even more frustrated. It was rough dealing with customer service too - no one picking up the phone, and my messages taking forever to get a response. Basically, I was left high and dry, with my credit card charged for stuff I never got. This whole situation has been a huge headache, so I'd suggest being careful when you order from this company.

Silk pillowcase purchase
I just got myself a new silk pillowcase and I have to say, I'm really happy with how nice it is. It showed up at my door in just two weeks, all carefully wrapped in a fabric envelope. The silk feels amazing, super smooth and cool when you touch it. I'm so pleased with my purchase that I'm already thinking about getting more silk stuff down the line.

Carbon fiber shafts
I just picked up some of these new carbon fiber shafts and man, they are awesome! I've been using them at the pool hall and they really make my shots feel so much better. I checked out the specs on the Billiards King website to make sure they would match up with my cue, like the joint diameter and all that important stuff. I totally suggest giving Billiards King a look for anything you need for playing billiards, they really know their stuff!

Unwanted CBN oil shipment
I had this really irritating situation happen after I put my subscription on hold with this company. Even though I did that, they still sent me CBN oil that I didn't even want, and then they decided to charge me for it. When I reached out to them to fix it, they told me that I had to send the product back on my own dime and time. I thought that was super unfair since it was their mistake, but somehow I was the one expected to cover the cost and inconvenience. On top of that, when I tried calling their customer service for help, there was nobody there to pick up my call. The whole thing just left me feeling frustrated and disappointed by their lack of responsibility.

This guy Ujwal Pande was awesome when I reached out for help. I had no clue what I was doing, but he was so friendly and understanding. He solved my issue really fast over the phone, which saved me a ton of time compared to trying to figure it out online all day yesterday. Thanks a bunch, Ujwal!

Filmora video editing software
I just got the Filmora video editing software and man, it's got some great features and an easy-to-use interface. Only thing is, I was a bit confused about the whole "7 days free trial" deal they mentioned when I bought it. Wasn't sure if that was part of the $29.99 plan or what. It'd be a good idea for the company to make that clearer so they don't confuse other customers like me.
