I bought this because my lower back was acting up and I needed a support cushion fast — a recent move and a bad mattress didn't help. I was skeptical because they'd had a delay before, but the site looked legit so I ordered; at first my doubts eased because the order arrived fine, but then shipping apparently changed hands and things got delayed. When I tried to reorder the exact same item it wouldn't let me; I emailed and got a reply about "regulatory changes" — some products aren't offered in my area anymore. Fine, but they never posted that anywhere, not on product pages, not on the site. I switched vendors in the end. Frustrating, but fixed.
Not worth the headache
skip them. I ordered something three weeks ago and still nothing shipped. Used to like this place, but lately it's been one excuse after another. I called and emailed right away—got people on the line who were hard to follow, calls seemed routed overseas, and every rep gave a different story. One said it would go out that day, next day it was "backlogged," then silence. Tried canceling. No response. First impression was decent, site looked fine, so I was hopeful. That hope faded fast. If they don't answer I'll dispute the charge with my card. Small glimmer at the start, then just running in circles.
Capsule roulette left me annoyed
I almost didn't order—I've been a repeat customer for years, but I thought, two bottles of D9 soft gels, how different can they be? I take them in the evenings after the kids are down (helps me relax and actually sleep) and sometimes before a light run to calm my nerves. So yeah, surprised is an understatement when one bottle had long skinny capsules and the other had squat little ones—felt like a weird lottery. I called, asked for replacements, and was told that's apparently "common" and no, they wouldn't swap them. The rep was kinda curt too, which honestly bothered me more than the mismatch. The gels usually work fine, so that's not the issue — it's the shrug and refusal. I've spent thousands over the years, so it stung. I hoped they'd fix it. They didn't.
Long wait, disappointing oil
Weirdly, the whole thing felt like a patience test from the moment I ordered in early April. I emailed support multiple times over the summer — same answer each time, "delayed, ready to ship" — but nothing moved. After about six months (yes, six), the bottle finally showed up. I'm honestly glad it arrived, because at least the charge wasn't totally for nothing, but the oil smells stale, like old weed in an ashtray, and it didn't help my back pain at all. Customer service never felt U.S.-based, and the communication was vague. I eventually switched to a different CBD supplier (R & R) and that made all the difference. Wouldn't recommend this company based on delivery and product quality.
Pricing and support left me wary
an order that should have been a modest subscription came out a lot more after tax and shipping. I called customer service to sort it out; the rep tried to help but we kept talking past each other on the phone and they said they’d follow up by email. That email never arrived, so I ended up cancelling the membership and bought from a local shop instead. Delivery was decent and the item arrived in reasonable time, so that part is okay. Overall it’s usable and not a scam, but the pricing transparency and the follow-up from support need work — felt messy and made me lose trust.
Finally getting relief
I woke up with less pain and slept through until morning. That’s when I knew I was happy. Not that everything was perfect—ordering wasn’t totally smooth and the delivery took a little longer than expected, and I still wish CS had been quicker. But the product works, that’s the thing. Also the tincture tasted okay, not great but fine. So hesitant at first, then honestly relieved. I’ll probably stick around, at least for now.
Waited too long, odd aftertaste
big price drop, huge bottle — it looks great if you only glance, but it made me suspicious about margins and quality. After a few doses I noticed a steady bitter taste that only lifts briefly when I eat or brush; friends say my breath is fine, so it’s not halitosis, more like altered taste. I’m cancelling future buys and asking around to see if anyone else had the same sensory issue. Not thrilled, not furious, just disappointed and cautious. Also, shipping tracking was vague and unhelpful.
Waiting for a bottle that ghosted me
I was halfway through my third sleepless night, staring at the empty mail spot like it owed me rent, when I remembered I’d ordered this CBD oil. Ordered it on April 16, money left my account right away, and then—crickets. No confirmation email, no tracking, and their website acted like a ghost town whenever I tried to check my order. I started emailing them around April 22, then kept nudging. Sometimes they answered in fits and starts, sometimes they didn’t. One reply said my order was packaged, another later said it had been canceled and refunded on May 4. Except the refund never showed up on my end. So for almost a month I was in delivery limbo and getting daily promo emails about sales—pretty tone-deaf, honestly.
Not worth the stress
skip them if you need something fast. I was on a short work trip and badly needed gummies to actually sleep in a noisy hotel. Paid $40 for the product and threw down another $6 for overnight shipping because, well, I had to get rest. They promised next-day. The package never arrived. I reached out and got a curt reply that it was “on its way,” but no tracking and no follow-up. A week later — still nothing, and I’d already checked out and gone home, so the rush fee was pointless. I can’t honestly vouch for the product quality since I never got to try it, though the site looked legit and the labels seemed fine when I double-checked before ordering. Customer service is the real issue here — felt brushed off, which stung more than the missing gummies. I did manage to get Amex to reverse the charge, so at least that part was handled, but it was a hassle. Used to like this brand, or at least I thought I did. Now I’ll go with someone else that actually delivers on time and answers the phone without the attitude.
Quiet nights, then a mess
it worked, steady and predictable, and that’s rare.
But then the whole experience went sideways. I had an autoship subscription (cheaper, which I appreciated) and everything was smooth for months. Then I got an email saying my card was invalid. Fine, I went to update payment info, and the site had apparently been overhauled — I couldn’t add anything to my cart. Prices looked wild (like, hundreds of dollars for some items), and the “save on autoship” discount showed zero. I tried the usual fixes because customer service suggested it — clear cookies, try different browsers, devices — did it all. Didn’t change a thing.
Once I finally got someone on chat, the script kept changing. First it was my fault (clear cookie, clear cache), then “we’ll escalate this for you,” and then radio silence for days. When I pushed, the story flipped again: oh, they can’t ship to Louisiana anymore. Which — okay, I get regulatory nonsense happens — but why not just email longtime subscribers and say, “Heads up, we can’t ship to you”? Instead I was left confused, told to clear stuff on my computer, and then left scrambling without the product that actually helped my dog.
I get that companies don’t always control shipping rules, and I’m not out to burn the whole brand — the product itself was excellent and did exactly what it promised. Still, the lack of clear communication made a hard situation worse. Now I’m hunting for a replacement, trying not to panic about running out and having to switch abruptly. A little honesty up front would’ve made a huge difference — slow weaning vs. sudden cutoff is a big deal for an anxious dog.
So: product = very good. Customer experience around ordering and delivery = messy, and that’s the part people should know about. If you live in a state with weird shipping rules, double-check before you subscribe. I’m hopeful I’ll find something similar, but really, just wish they’d been upfront.CBD oil purchase
I've tried a bunch of CBD oils, and I gotta say, the Full Spectrum CBD oil from this company using Hemp flowers has really impressed me. But out of all the brands I've tested, NuLeaf Naturals is the one I keep coming back to. Their product is top-notch, and I swear it's the real deal when it comes to Full Spectrum CBD oil that does wonders for me. It just seems to work all around and gives me the relief I'm looking for.
Subscription discrepancy
I had a problem with my subscription recently. I thought I signed up for a 2-week plan, but got charged for a 6-week plan instead. And to top it off, the price was way more than what I saw advertised. When I contacted customer service, they said the higher charge was right and couldn't be reversed. It really ticked me off and made me wonder what the deal is with this company.
CBD oil for my anxious dog
So I recently got some CBD oil for my dog who's always on edge, and I gotta tell ya, my two cents on how it went. First off, I can't help but roll my eyes when I hear folks griping about how the oil tastes. Like, come on, it's made from plants - what'd you think it would taste like, fancy chocolate? It's meant to help, not be a delicacy. And for those who say it didn't do squat for them, well, not every remedy is gonna be a magic fix. I've had dental work done where the numbing stuff didn't quite cut it, so I get it when things don't go as planned. Just accept it and move on already.
Lost package, slow customer service
I had this super awful experience with a company that's usually super popular, but man, their customer service was the worst. I emailed them about my lost package and it took a whole week for them to respond and another two weeks to actually fix the problem and give me a refund. It felt like forever between each email from them, like 3 to 7 days, so I started to think they weren't even getting my messages. It was just super frustrating and honestly pretty disappointing, especially since this company usually has a good rep.
Slow shipping
I just bought something from this company and man, I was so bummed with how slow their shipping was. They took a whole dang 5 days just to ship out my order, and it's been 9 days now and the tracking still says my package hasn't left Colorado. It's pretty annoying in this day and age to have that kind of delay, and honestly, it's making me think twice about buying from them again.
Incorrect CBD oil
My experience with this company was a total letdown. I ordered a CBD oil, but they ended up sending me the wrong one. When I tried to get some help from customer service, they were no help at all and didn't even try to fix the mistake. Plus, the CBD oil I did get didn't even do anything for me. Such a waste of my time and money. Definitely wouldn't suggest buying from this company. Clearly, they care more about making money than making customers happy.
Good product, slow delivery, mediocre customer service
Man, let me tell you about this product. The quality was top-notch, no doubt about that. But seriously, the delivery time was just nuts. I had to wait a whole 6 weeks for my order to finally show up. Come on now, that's way too long in today's world. And don't even get me started on the customer service - it was seriously lacking.
Waited forever
I bought something two months back and it still hasn't shown up. I've sent a bunch of emails to customer service but all they said was that I'll get a refund and then they stopped responding. This has been the most annoying online shopping situation I've ever been in.
Unwanted CBN oil shipment
I had this really irritating situation happen after I put my subscription on hold with this company. Even though I did that, they still sent me CBN oil that I didn't even want, and then they decided to charge me for it. When I reached out to them to fix it, they told me that I had to send the product back on my own dime and time. I thought that was super unfair since it was their mistake, but somehow I was the one expected to cover the cost and inconvenience. On top of that, when I tried calling their customer service for help, there was nobody there to pick up my call. The whole thing just left me feeling frustrated and disappointed by their lack of responsibility.
Quality products, timely delivery
Overall, I've had a really good experience with this company. I bought some of their products recently and was happy with how good they were. The stuff came in super fast and was just like they said it would be. I've been using them and have seen some really good results. But, I do wish their customer service was a little better because they took a while to get back to me which was kind of annoying. Even with that, I'm happy with what I bought and would think about getting more from them down the road.
