    I've been buying my electronic cigarette stuff from this site for a minute, and I gotta say, their service is top-notch. The shipping is always right on time, and whenever I needed to cancel an order, they processed my refund super quick. The prices are good, and I like that everything I've gotten from them is the real deal. I've been burned before by other Chinese sites selling knockoffs, but Cigabuy always comes through with the genuine stuff. I'd definitely suggest this site to anyone in the market for real electronic cigarette products.

    Overpriced and disappointing products

    I gotta be honest with you, stay away from this 'luxury' brand. I bought some stuff from them and it was a total disaster. The things I got were defective and super ugly. The pictures online are not at all what you actually get. The material, color, and fit were all way off. Plus, when I tried to return them, all they offered was a store credit that I doubt will even work. It's a total scam. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

    Easy upgrade from 1 month to 2 year plan

    I just upgraded my subscription from a monthly plan to a 2-year plan and it was super easy. Norman Shelton, the customer service rep, helped me out quickly and efficiently through the online chat. I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth the whole process was. I decided to upgrade because I wanted to try the service on my TV and it worked perfectly. Now I feel like my money was well spent and I'm happy with my decision to upgrade.

    Dealing with that subscription service was a total nightmare! I thought I was being clever by signing up for regular orders, but it ended up being a huge pain. There were no warnings, no way to pause or skip orders - just a random notification that my order was on its way. And on top of that, if you want a refund, you have to pay to ship it back, plus they won't even give you a return label. It's almost like they don't want you to cancel anything. It's just so frustrating and ridiculous.

    Christmas gift for neighbors

    We thought it would be a great idea to get our new neighbors a Christmas box as a welcome gift. They just moved in recently and we really clicked with them. We figured it would be a cool way for them to experience more of the state they now call home, or even have a nice weekend escape without stressing about the costs. The whole idea of the gift box is just super cool and we're happy to know it helps out a good cause too. We're excited to tell everyone about these gifts for different events, and who knows, maybe we'll even get one ourselves next time!

    Military themed watch purchase

    I just bought my son a military-themed watch for his 21st birthday, right before he graduates from the military academy. The Garmin watch I picked out has a bunch of cool features suited for an active outdoor lifestyle, which is perfect for him as he starts his military career.     Oversized sweater purchase

    I recently bought an oversized sweater and was pretty happy with it. It got to me quickly, even though I ordered it in November, which probably helped. But when I tried on the size large I had ordered, it seemed smaller than I thought it would be. I decided to keep it anyway and wear it a bit big on me. My boyfriend ended up wearing it too, but it was too small for him as well. Now I'm not sure about ordering another one in a different size because I've seen others mention that the sizes can be off and returning it might be a hassle.

I had this question to Santevia Tech team.I also visited your store some times back but I couldn't convinced by your team.My question were not answered till the time.Online shop where I assured by team that if Fluoride Filter of my equipment failed ,no water filter can perform at
    this level of offer what i have..
    Ok fine ,this was a great deal.Gravity water system installed by local store three months back
    Very difficult these days to allow outsiders to enter home.But they were well equipped so that is fine.
    Problem is just after frequent interval I will have to change filter .

    Just to give a comfort while reading books ,witting a note,near a room window can be improved by conditions .I do not have that much budget for redesigning my house.
    Better my one wish can be focused and feeling get stronger and stronger when I saw relaxing recliner on La-Z-Boy. Doesn't mean I have not seen such products before but just look and comfort attracted .Decided to get it as also some discount is available being first try on this shop
    Hence after 6 days I received well packed,with all safety majors for intact delivery.

    Would NOT recommend ordering from this company. I placed an order on 4/17/21 and only received half of the order. I have emailed them directly, I have filled out their customer service form (6 times) without a single response. I have called the 800 number at least 30 times, no one ever answers, you get to listen to a recording telling you how hard they are working and how you can contact them by email or through their website live chat. The website Live Chat doesn't exist, no one answers the customer service emails they instruct you to send, no one answers the phone when you call, there is no way to contact this company to get a response that I can find. Have contacted the Better Business Bureau to try and get some response from them that way. I ordered in April for an event in June that has come and gone, and I have NO response from them at all. I will not order from them again, and hope I get the rest of the merchandise I ordered and paid for, over 2 months ago. I get that COVID has dealt most businesses a boatload of challenges, I truly get that. But you really shouldn't be in business if you can't give your customers a way to make things right when COVID and other challenges present themselves. Will not order from them again, SO NOT WORTH THE AGGREVATION.

    I had the exact same problem as Beth.. Never received the entire order. They don't respond to emails to customer service. They did however respond to an email where I corrected my phone number. So, someone is there, just not for incomplete orders. Now I'm worried that they have my credit card and phone number. I suggest we all watch our credit card billings for any fraudulent charges.
