    Holiday gift credit issue

    I got a $75 holiday gift credit from this company, but when I tried to use it, the code didn't work. I emailed them since their phone number just told me to do that. But I didn't get any response for a whole week, even after I checked in again. It's not cool for a big company like them to not communicate well and fix the problem fast.

    Suit set order

    I ordered this awesome suit with pants and a jacket for a wedding I'm attending. The pants arrived no problem, but the jacket is missing! I paid for everything, so now I'm struggling to get them to send me a new one. It's really stressing me out because I really need that suit for the wedding. The clothes are great, but dealing with their customer service is a nightmare. I definitely won't be ordering from them in the future.

    Unresponsive Customer Service and No Return Envelop

    I wanted to return some stuff I bought recently because they didn't fit right, but I had a really hard time getting in touch with customer service. I tried to contact them about it, but I never heard back from them. And on top of that, there wasn't even a return envelope in my order, so I couldn't send the stuff back within the 14-day return period. So I had no other option but to just toss the items in the trash, which was a bummer because they were actually good quality. It was a real waste of money and resources.

    Broke after 3 wears

    I got this (item) from here and it broke after only wearing it like 3 times. The material was pretty cheap, definitely not good quality. I tried to contact the seller to get my money back, but no response from them yet. I'm gonna hold off on adding to this review until I hear back from them.

    I just bought a blazer from this store, and I was kinda bummed when I got it because the buttons were a different color than what I saw on the website.     Cancelled order without reason

    I had a super frustrating situation with an online purchase I made from this brand. So, I ordered some stuff on their website, paid for everything, and even the shipping cost. Thought everything was good to go when I got a message saying my order was on its way. But would you believe, just 2 days later, I found out they actually cancelled my order without telling me anything beforehand! The worst part is, the items I wanted were still available, so I have no clue why they canceled it. And on top of that, I never got my shipping money back. I tried reaching out to customer service to get some answers, but no luck so far. The lack of communication and random cancellation totally soured my shopping experience.

    2 ill-fitting pairs of pants

    I bought 2 pairs of pants from your store recently, but they didn't fit right. Sadly, there wasn't an order number in the package, so it was tricky to send them back. When I asked customer service for help, they said they'd get back to me in 4 business days. But it actually took 6 days for me to hear back, and by then it was too late to return the pants. Overall, I was pretty let down by the whole thing and it's made me think twice about shopping at your store again.

    Didn't notice final sale note

    Oh my gosh, I ordered a bunch of stuff and didn't even notice that tiny "final sale" note. Seriously, what's up with that?! Theory is super strict about returns, it's as if they don't want people shopping online. I attempted to email and call them, but no luck getting a response. Not cool at all. I would have been totally okay with store credit, but they're just ignoring me. Ugh, this whole situation is just not good at all.

    Jacket order delayed

    I ordered this jacket in early November thinking it'd be a great Christmas gift. But here we are, almost mid-December, and still no sign of it. I contacted customer service hoping for a solution, but all they gave me was a tracking link and said I could return it if it ever shows up. No compensation, no real help. Just left me feeling ignored and frustrated. It's kind of sad to see how little they seem to care about getting customers their stuff on time and keeping them in the loop about what's going on.

    Overpriced and disappointing products

    I gotta be honest with you, stay away from this 'luxury' brand. I bought some stuff from them and it was a total disaster. The things I got were defective and super ugly. The pictures online are not at all what you actually get. The material, color, and fit were all way off. Plus, when I tried to return them, all they offered was a store credit that I doubt will even work. It's a total scam. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

    Four items purchased for Christmas

    I bought four things from this place for Christmas, thinking I had everything planned out and under control. But nope, that wasn't the case at all! I placed my order on December 1st, expecting everything to arrive before Christmas. Turns out, only one item actually shipped on the 16th, and to make matters worse, one of the things I ordered was out of stock. So there I was, scrambling at the last minute to find a replacement gift because this place promised fast shipping but didn't deliver. And guess what? I never even received the missing item before Christmas. It's like they didn't even care about making my Christmas special or something! So disappointed.

    Oversized jacket with sticky zipper

    The jacket I got was way too big and didn't fit right at all. Plus, the zipper was all sticky which made it a pain to wear. When I tried to send it back, I ran into a bunch of problems. The return labels they gave me wouldn't work on any of my computers or printers, not even at home or at my office, or even my husband's office. I wasted so much time trying to figure it out, restarting everything, but nothing helped. And to make it even worse, their customer service was non-existent. I reached out multiple times and got no response at all. It's really disappointing how bad their service is, especially for how expensive their stuff is. There are way better companies out there in the same price range that actually care about their customers. I'm never buying from them again.

    I just bought some organic cotton from your shop. I really liked the quality of the fabric and the great corner-cutting skills that were used to make it. But, I gotta admit, I was kinda bummed to find out about the downsides of Indian cotton production, especially because of the environmental issues and government corruption.

    Man, I really messed up by not checking out the reviews before buying from this company. Their customer service is seriously lacking - I mean, come on, I ordered two items during a 40% off sale and only got one of them. And on top of that, I paid for next day delivery and the thing didn't show up until way later, plus they charged me full price. No phone number to call for help either, just a dumb "bot" to deal with. Couldn't even get anywhere by contacting a store. Do yourself a favor and skip buying online from these guys, go visit a physical store instead. Plenty of other brands out there with way better customer service that you should check out instead of this one. Trust me on this.

    Online purchase delivery issue

    My first time ordering online was a bit of a mess when it came to getting my stuff delivered. I was pretty annoyed at first, but I gotta give credit to the customer service team - they really came through to fix things. They were quick to respond and showed they cared, which made all the difference. Despite the rocky start, the clothes I got were awesome quality, and I really liked the service I received.     Sales items from the EU shop

    I was actually a big fan of this brand back in the day when I was living in the US, but then they kind of messed up with their sizes. But luckily, I decided to give them another shot and ordered some stuff from the EU store. And guess what? Everything showed up in just a week, and not only did they fit perfectly, but the material is super nice. Even though the dress is a little tight, I'm gonna hold onto it and hopefully lose some weight to rock it better.

    I had a rough time with my return request on this website. I tried to get a return receipt twice but got no response. I was annoyed so I tried again a third time, only to be told it was too late to return. The lack of communication and customer service was super frustrating, especially since I've spent a lot of money on their products before.
