Holiday gift credit issue
I got a $75 holiday gift credit from this company, but when I tried to use it, the code didn't work. I emailed them since their phone number just told me to do that. But I didn't get any response for a whole week, even after I checked in again. It's not cool for a big company like them to not communicate well and fix the problem fast.

Electric toothbrush purchase
I just got this electric toothbrush as a Christmas present to myself, but it was a huge letdown. Didn't even come with a charger and conked out on me the first time I used it. Now I've got this useless hunk of plastic that I'll have to replace, costing me even more money. Pretty bummed about the crappy quality and lack of care in putting it all together.

I just bought a skincare product from this company and I am really impressed. The packaging was nice and the product worked great on my sensitive skin. I've had trouble finding something that doesn't irritate my skin, but this one did the job. I'll definitely be buying from them again.

Fashionable choices, variety, design, XL sizes, shoes, great experience
As a customer on the online store, I gotta say I was really impressed by all the stylish choices they had. The outfits were super unique and trendy, which made browsing through the site a lot of fun. But, I was kinda let down by the lack of XL and 1XL sizes. It would be awesome if they offered more sizes to fit more people. And it would've been nice to see a bigger selection of shoes and heels to match the outfits. Overall, my shopping experience was good, but they could definitely do better with more size options and shoe choices to make everyone happy.

I tried to buy a home warranty from this company, but man, it was a mess. I couldn't pay online with my credit card no matter what I did. Turns out there were seven pending charges on my American Express account. So, I ended up just canceling the whole thing.

I got the Whistle with health monitoring back in 2017 when my rescue pup made a break for it out the front door on day one. Ever since, it's been a game-changer in tracking his activity and health stats. The new version has been even better, giving me important info on his scratching, licking, drinking, and resting habits. I'd definitely suggest Whistle to any pet parent wanting to keep their four-legged buddy in tip-top shape and high spirits.

Bidding on stuff at Tophatter has been pretty great for me. It's easy to find my way around the site, and I like that they make it easy if you need to return something. I just bought a Schneider plc module from this company thinking I'd get it pretty quick since they said it was in stock. But it's been 15 days and still no sign of it. When I asked, they blamed delays from their supplier and said they didn't actually have it in stock like they said online. It's really frustrating when companies aren't upfront and don't deliver on what they promise.

Tommy Ruell was really helpful, but unfortunately I found a better deal somewhere else so couldn't stick around as a customer. They did process my refund quickly though, so I had a pretty good overall customer service experience.

Ride booking with poor communication
I just booked a ride with this service and I gotta say, I'm really disappointed with how things are going. I never got a confirmation email or text after booking, even though I already paid. I tried emailing customer service, but haven't gotten a response. It's making me feel really uneasy, especially with other people saying they got scammed. It's frustrating that there's no phone number to call and get some answers about my booking.
