I'm a customer and I wanted to share a bit about my recent experience with the company. So basically, I ordered a bunch of stuff and then got an email a week later saying they had to cancel my order because of some "inventory problem." I was pretty bummed because I was really looking forward to getting my stuff. What made it even worse was that it's been two weeks now and I still haven't gotten my refund for the cancelled order.
Promo code issue
I totally spaced on adding my promo code to my order, but let me tell you, FarmRio's customer service team was on it! They fixed the problem right away - seriously top-notch service. Hats off to them! I'll definitely be coming back for more shopping.
Jacket
I've always loved high-quality clothing and been eyeing this brand for a while. So, I finally took the plunge and bought a jacket from them. I have to say, I am so happy with my purchase. The jacket's craftsmanship is amazing, and the material feels luxurious. Even the way it was packaged was impressive, making the whole experience even better when I received my order. I am more than satisfied with my new jacket and feel like it's totally worth it, especially since I got it on sale. Farm Rio has quickly become my favorite brand, and I can't wait to add more pieces to my wardrobe soon.
Women's dresses
I just bought two dresses from that store for women and I gotta say, I was impressed with how nice they were. The designs were really stylish and the materials were super comfy. But I kinda wish they had more sizes in stock because I had to go with one that wasn't exactly right for me.
Quick and efficient refund process
I just bought something online and totally forgot to use my discount code. So, I decided to contact customer service for help. Luckily, they were super nice and refunded me the discount amount right away. I'm grateful I didn't have to go through the hassle of canceling and reordering my stuff.
Birthday outfits didn't fit
I bought some birthday clothes from the store, but when I tried them on later, they didn't fit me. I got really worried because I was past the return date. Then Leticia came to the rescue and said, "girl, I got you!" She helped me return the clothes. She was so nice and understanding about the whole situation. Right now, the economy is scary, so losing $500 is a big deal! But thanks to Leticia, I didn't have to stress. Farm Rio has the best customer service, I will definitely shop there again!
Quick price adjustment
I needed to adjust the prices on my things, and the awesome customer service team took care of it in just 4 days. They were really friendly and made the whole process super simple for me.
e-gift Card purchase
I got an e-gift card and wanted it to be sent on a specific day, but they sent it to the wrong email, so the person never got it. I reached out to the customer service team, and they fixed the issue immediately! Erica was really nice and helped me out a lot. I definitely suggest purchasing from this place!

The folks who helped me out were super quick with answering all my questions! They made returning things I didn't want a breeze and exchanging them for something else was a piece of cake. They always kept me in the loop and reached out when they needed to.
Dresses too big, had to return
I recently bought two dresses from this company, but they ended up being too big for me so I had to send them back. The return package got lost in the mail, but thankfully Leticia Lopes from customer service was really helpful and managed to help me track it down. She was super nice and quick to respond, showing top-notch customer service for the company.
Larissa's exceptional customer service
Oh man, I gotta tell ya, Larissa really saved me big time. I messed up my order and I was freaking out, but she came to the rescue and saved the day. She was really good at keeping in touch and she fixed my mistake like a total pro. I am so grateful to her for making me feel better about everything.
Floral dresses
I absolutely love the floral dresses I bought from this store. The packaging was beautiful and you can tell they put a lot of care into it. Each piece has amazing attention to detail, and I always get so many compliments when I wear them. The quality is really great, and I can't wait to buy more from this brand. And the fact that they are environmentally friendly and plant trees just makes me love them even more.
Missing button on romper
My experience with this brand was a total nightmare. The romper I bought showed up with a missing button, and when I tried to get in touch with customer service, they totally ignored me. The quality of the product was really bad, especially for how much it cost. I definitely won't be ordering from them again.
International order gift
I placed an order for a gift for a friend in Brazil, but my bank account got drained because of some sketchy stuff from a FarmRio employee. They went ahead and used my card info to buy stuff on Uber Eats without my permission and even tried to get into my social media. I let FarmRio know what went down, but they haven't gotten back to me at all.
Easy, breezy clothes
I recently bought some super comfy clothes from this company and I gotta say, I was really impressed with how nice they looked and how well they were made. The prices were good too! They had a cool and fun vibe that I loved. Only problem was, one of the things I got didn't fit right, so I had to return it. But the customer service people were so nice and helpful the whole time. They really made sure I was happy and that my problem got fixed quickly. I really thank them for caring so much about making customers happy.
Canceled order
I was really upset when I tried to buy this adorable shirt and found out it was out of stock. I had to contact customer service to get to the bottom of it and they explained there was an issue with the inventory. But hey, they did give me a discount to make it right, so I'm not too mad. They really need to work on their website though to prevent this from happening again. Shout out to the awesome customer service team for being so helpful!
Price adjustment
I had a really good experience with the customer service at that store. Amanda was super helpful and quick to help me with getting a price adjustment on the things I bought recently. She was really nice and made sure to take care of my problem fast and well. I was really impressed with how good the service was.
Floral dresses
The floral dresses I bought were so beautiful! The fabric and designs were amazing. I had to exchange one dress, but the return process was easy. The customer service was top-notch when I had a small issue with the return. They replied to my email right away and went out of their way to make sure I was happy. I'm really impressed and will definitely shop here again. Thanks to the awesome team for the great dresses and service!
New dress purchase
I recently picked up this really adorable new dress from a store and I can't get enough of it! The customer service was amazing because I had to get a price adjustment and they took care of it right off the bat. Erica was super sweet and got back to my email in no time. I'm absolutely thrilled with my new dress and I honestly believe this store is the greatest!
Defective item, poor quality, no response
I recently bought a top from this store and it turned out to be really messed up. The quality was terrible - the buttons were falling off, the hem was all crooked, and there were loose threads everywhere. I reached out to them via email THREE times but still haven't heard back from them. It seems like they don't even care about their customers. Definitely not worth it.
