Balmain blazer
I've wanted to buy a Balmain blazer for ages now but they're so ridiculously expensive. A friend recommended I check out this website because there were some good designer deals. So I was just browsing, with no intention of buying anything, and then found a blazer on sale at an amazing price...so I decided to just buy it! I was a bit nervous at first, because it was such a large amount of money and I was worried about any issues with the product or shipping etc. But the whole process went super smoothly - I received the blazer in 5 days which isn't bad and it came wrapped perfectly. I'm so beyond happy, it's beautiful and I can't believe I got it at the price I did! So pretty good experience overall! Will probably buy something else when I save up again...but will recommend to my friends in the meantime
Online shopping experience
My experience with this online store was a wild one. My first order was a disaster, had to request a refund twice before finally getting the product on the third try. Gotta say, getting the refund was surprisingly easy and quick, which is a good thing. When I finally received the item, I was super happy with the quality. The pants fit perfectly and looked even better in person. Delivery and pricing were both spot-on. The package came quickly, and the prices were unbeatable compared to other sites. Overall, even though there was a rough start, I'm happy with my purchase and might shop here again in the future.
Bottega Veneta sandals
I have been eyeing the Bottega Veneta BV lido sandals for a while now and made an impulse purchase from their recent sale. I have to say I'm very happy with my experience.
Considering the state we're in now I was expecting delays but surprisingly it arrived in 5 business days. Customer service member Jules was very quick in her response with all my questions (I like to do my research before i buy) and was extremely helpful with her product knowledge.
They have a never ending list of products to choose from and it was easy to navigate through the website. 100% would repurchase from CettireWide selection but slow support
The website's got some really great stuff to choose from, and the prices already have all the taxes included, which makes shopping a breeze. But man, their customer service is seriously lacking. It can be a bummer when you're trying to snatch up some popular items and it feels like they take forever to get back to you. If you know exactly what you want and don't mind a little wait, I'd say go for it. Just keep an eye out for any return fees or extra charges, since that's pretty standard for online stores based overseas.
defective bag
I recently bought a bag from an online store and when it arrived, it had a strong smell and some scratches on the leather. I contacted customer service to try and resolve the issue, but unfortunately, I was not happy with their response. The representative sort of ignored my concerns and told me I would have to pay to send back the defective bag, plus a $25 fee. I don't think it's fair that I should have to pay extra for the mistakes the company made.
Jacket and shoes
I recently got this jacket and shoes from this store, and let me tell you, I was pretty impressed. The price was right, shipping was lightning fast, and they really went all out with the packaging. The only downside was the return fee - seriously, who wants to pay extra just to send something back? It definitely made me hesitate about ordering from them again.
Saint Laurent tassel bag
Found Cettire when I was looking for the best price I could get for the Saint Laurent Kate tassel bag and was so happy that I did because they had it on sale! Ordered it straight away and didn't have any problems with the whole process. The bag was shipped quickly and arrived 4 days after I had placed the order, perfectly packaged. It's exactly what I had wanted and is so beautiful! I can't wait till I get the chance to wear it out!

Fast delivery, new and well-packed product
I just bought something from this website and I gotta say, I was pretty impressed. Even though there was a small delay because of bank holidays and customs, my order showed up right on time and in great shape. The website is super professional and easy to use, so ordering was a breeze. And the product was just like they said - brand new and packaged up real nice. I'm definitely satisfied with my purchase.
Leather jacket purchase
Ordering and getting my leather jacket was so easy, the service was amazing. They kept me updated the whole time, from when it was sent out to when it arrived. But when it came to sending the jacket back, it was a different story. The communication was seriously lacking. I didn't even get a receipt from the shipping company, and it took a painful 2 weeks to finally hear that they got my return.
Gucci Horsebit Loafers
Ordered Gucci shoes, took a week to process order, could not get in contact with anyone for about 4 days, they finally responded after the order shipped from Italy. Shoes are 100% authentic, i have the same pair in a different color , so was able to verify authenticity, came with all correct boxing , dust bags, rfid tags. Overall was happy with purchase, wish customer service was better.
Black leather jacket
The black leather jacket I got from this place was just gorgeous! The material was top-notch and it fit me like a glove. Only downside was the packaging. They folded the jacket up real small, which was a letdown considering how much I shelled out for it. I was hoping for a bigger box with a suit carrier like you get from other companies.
Cool deals
I always hit up this place first because they've got the best deals. I really appreciate that they do free shipping and it's always hella fast. Lately though, I've been kinda annoyed that they started charging £20 for returns. Fingers crossed I won't need to send anything back anytime soon.
Expensive Exchange Experience
That was seriously the worst service I've ever dealt with. They really tried to make us pay for shipping twice just to exchange something. And they weren't willing to compromise at all. It felt like they were just trying to take as much money as possible from us. And don't even get me started on their shady pricing tricks - offering a discount that doesn't really save you anything. It's just crazy!
Two items purchased, one item received
I bought two things from this website, and I was pretty pumped when one of them showed up soon after. But it's been more than a week now, and that second item is still MIA. What really annoys me is that my credit card got charged for everything, even though I only got one thing. I'm starting to wonder if this company is legit or if I'm being scammed. I'd like some answers from customer service before I start assuming the worst.
Recent order
I recently bought something online and honestly, I'm feeling pretty conflicted about the whole thing. I got part of my order, but my sunglasses are still MIA because they're apparently still "in process". I've tried to get in touch with customer service a bunch of times, but no luck. I feel pretty annoyed and let down by the whole situation. Oh, and another thing that caught me off guard was the $25 fee to cancel an item, which seems pretty shady to me. My trip is creeping up fast, and it doesn't look like my order will be here in time. I was really hoping to have my shades with me on my trip, so this really stinks.
Beautiful shoes at a great price
The shoes I bought were so amazing, and I scored a great deal on them. But, there was a little issue with getting them delivered. The delivery company goofed up and dropped off the package at the wrong apartment. This led to a bunch of annoying phone calls trying to sort it out. But when I finally got my hands on those shoes, I was beyond happy with how they looked and fit.
Valentino shoes
I ordered a pair of flat Valentino gladiator shoes and their prices are really good. The shoes arrived quickly and very professionally packed. I took the shoes to a Valentino Store in the Mall and they were able to authenticate them. Thank you Cettire.
I bought a Isabel Marant handbag
Do not buy from Cettire! I returned a bag exactly how it came to me and they've rejected the return because apparently the bag was "no longer new". If that's the case they sent me a used bag! Since 3 weeks I'm now trying to get a response and refund and they are not acting. WORST shopping experience EVER!
shoes
I ordered a pair of Veja tennis shoes as a Christmas gift. I ordered white and I received black. I am trying to return them for a full refund since this is their error. There is no address to send it to on the website and I can't get anyone to respond to my emails. I ordered through an influencer with over 1 million followers. I will be letting her know that she should not be recommending this site again.
If this isn't a fake review (lol) they are fake, sorry call your bank and file a chargeback to get your money back asap
