decent weight, fits my day-to-day runs to work and walking the dog, looks better than the photos. Returning was a hassle and they offered 20% back — not ideal — but overall I’m using the item and it surprised me in a good way.
Wrong outfit, slow refund
Standing in my kitchen with the box on the table, I knew right away this wasn't what I ordered. I needed a decent outfit for a work conference and was trying to save time. The jacket and pantsuit looked like a costume — garish colors, sloppy seams, and the fit was all wrong. I spent about $140 and felt cheated. Chat support made me wait almost ten minutes, then they agreed to issue a refund. That part finally worked and I'm glad I got my money back, but the photos online are misleading and the whole thing wasted time. Lesson learned, very disappointing indeed.
Cute stuff, vanishing stock
the site looks great, but availability is weird. I’ve had more orders stuck in “paid” limbo than delivered packages. A couple times they told me “3 weeks” which apparently means “we’ll maybe put it on pre-sale and then wait another 3 weeks” — while my card already shows the charge. That holding-of-money thing is the worst part, honestly. Customer service replies are slow and often don’t clear anything up (except once, oddly, they refunded one order quickly — that was a surprise). When an item does arrive, the fabric and cut are nicer than I expected and it actually gets worn into rotation for errands or casual nights out. Still, the buying experience and delivery tracking need work; I’d shop here again cautiously, but I wouldn’t rely on them for anything time-sensitive.
Nice pics, disappointing clothes
not for me — a bit disappointed but also kinda relieved I only ordered a few things. The two pieces that actually arrived look cheap up close; the slacks have a flower decal glued on, doesn’t even line up, so no way I’m wearing those to work. The dress looked okay in the photos but in person it feels flimsy and not office-appropriate. Two other items were preorders and have been pushed back, so that didn’t help. Paid over $40 each and expected better — I’ve bought cheaper stuff from other sites (Shein, for example) that felt nicer. Anyway, I’m glad it wasn’t worse, but I’m done ordering more here.
Slow but helpful
they answered quickly, offered fixes and were polite, so that part relieved me. Delivery, though, is a different story — roughly a month and I’m still waiting on two items they said were shipped. Also, matching sets didn’t always match; colors and small details were off compared to the photos. I didn’t want to deal with return costs, so I donated one piece to Goodwill. Not perfect, but works overall if you can be patient.
Faux leather surprise
Sat down with my morning coffee when I realized I'd been waiting ages for an outfit that never quite matched the order. I ordered a turtleneck faux leather top and two pairs of pants, but what arrived and what was confirmed kept changing — cancellation, duplicates, you name it. The top itself feels nice though, soft fake leather, cozy at the neck and not too stiff, so I've been wearing it around the house and even out to run errands. The pants? One pair did show up and they fit okay, but the mix-up with the second pair and the duplicate blouses was annoying. I sent a return and UPS logged it, but getting a refund and anyone on the phone took forever. Still, the pieces I kept feel good in daily wear, so I'm cautiously happy.
Slow delivery but decent help
I ordered pants and they finally showed up after nearly three weeks — way longer than I expected. The fit was smaller than the chart said; I always aim for a 16 so nothing clings and this XL felt tighter than it should. I could have swapped, but after waiting forever I just didn't want another round of waiting. I mailed it back, emailed customer support, and yeah, they did process a refund — not the full amount since they took a return shipping charge, but the team replied and handled it without drama. It wasn't perfect — the wait and the extra fees annoyed me — but the rep I dealt with was polite and got things moving. Compared to other shops that ship in a few days, this was slow, but the communication made it tolerable. So, if you don't need stuff ASAP and you're okay with possible return fees, it's workable. I'd use them again, just with lower expectations on speed.
Brunch dress turned disappointment
if you’re tempted by the site’s photos, buy one piece and check it first. I like the styles shown, but quality and support need to be fixed. Disappointing, honestly.
Finally felt like it was worth it
one item was supposed to be free but after checkout I saw a charge. Customer chat said they'd refund once I received it, which felt annoying, but they did refund after I messaged back. I ordered three dresses, all medium, and sizing was all over the place—one fit like it was made for me, one was a bit roomy, and the last I couldn't get into at all. Material and cut, though, are lovely: classy, flattering, altogether professional. I’ll keep buying because the style works for my office and the quality is there. A tiny bit annoyed by the inconsistency and the temporary charge, but overall pleased and already told a couple friends to try it.
Clothing order
I really appreciate how quick you guys are with updating me on my order and letting me know when it's expected to arrive. But man, it's a bummer when some of the stuff I wanted isn't available. And the wait time for delivery is pretty long. Still, I gotta say, I'm really happy with the clothes I did get. They look just as good in person as they did online.
Oversized and poor quality shirt
I bought a shirt from this website recently and I was really disappointed with how it turned out. The fabric was cheap and kind of flimsy, the sewing job was sloppy, and the buttons didn't even fit through the holes. Plus, the shirt was way bigger than I expected. On top of all that, the delivery took forever, which just made me even more annoyed. When I asked for my money back, they said I had to ship the shirt all the way back to China myself, which felt unfair. Overall, my time dealing with this company was pretty lousy and I wouldn't recommend buying from them.

When I first checked out the website, I was really intrigued by the cool designs of the products. It made me want to dig deeper and see what else they had. The quality of the items really stood out to me, and I could tell that a lot of creativity went into each one. Dress purchase
I bought a dress from this company not too long ago and it was a total nightmare. The dress didn't fit me at all, so I decided to return it. But, let me tell you, they were so difficult to work with! They didn't want to take the dress back and instead tried to give me a discount. I had to send several emails just to get them to agree to take the dress back. And get this, they even asked me to provide tracking info before they would start the return process. Eventually, they refunded me, but it was £8 less than what I paid and I had to cover the cost of return shipping. All in all, it was a terrible experience dealing with this company.
5 pairs of glasses purchased
I bought 5 pairs of glasses from this company recently. I was supposed to get 3 bifocal pairs and 2 reading glasses. However, I ended up getting all 5 pairs as reading glasses. On top of that, the left lens on all of them is blurry, which makes it impossible for me to use them for reading. I'm really disappointed because I was planning on buying more glasses from this company. The mix-up with the prescription has made it hard for me to get a refund or exchange. Overall, my experience with this purchase has been pretty disappointing.
Stylish clothes, hoping for a good fit.
I just bought some really cool clothes from this website and I really hope they fit well. The styles were all on point and I found some pieces I absolutely loved. But I'm a little nervous about the sizes because you know how it is shopping online. Here's hoping everything fits like I want it to!
Re-sent package due to lost delivery
I was super bummed when my first order got lost or sent back, but I'm grateful that customer service acted quickly in sending me another one. Still, now I gotta wait all over again for my package to show up, and that's definitely annoying.
Size change request
I just ordered from this company for the first time and then realized I needed to switch the size right before it was going to ship. I reached out to customer service, and they actually were able to make the change for me without any problems. I was impressed by how fast they got back to me and how willing they were to help with my request. This good experience makes me trust their customer service and I'll definitely be coming back to order from them again.
Unique styles, quick sell-outs
I just bought some things from this company and they are seriously top-notch. The clothes they have are super unique and nothing like what you see in regular stores. Most of the sizes fit me pretty well, which was awesome, but things go out of stock fast. My only issue is that it takes forever to get my orders. The last time I bought something, it took over a month to show up, which was kind of annoying.
