I really appreciate how quick you guys are with updating me on my order and letting me know when it's expected to arrive. But man, it's a bummer when some of the stuff I wanted isn't available. And the wait time for delivery is pretty long. Still, I gotta say, I'm really happy with the clothes I did get. They look just as good in person as they did online.
Oversized and poor quality shirt
I bought a shirt from this website recently and I was really disappointed with how it turned out. The fabric was cheap and kind of flimsy, the sewing job was sloppy, and the buttons didn't even fit through the holes. Plus, the shirt was way bigger than I expected. On top of all that, the delivery took forever, which just made me even more annoyed. When I asked for my money back, they said I had to ship the shirt all the way back to China myself, which felt unfair. Overall, my time dealing with this company was pretty lousy and I wouldn't recommend buying from them.
Fashionable clothing
When I first checked out the website, I was really intrigued by the cool designs of the products. It made me want to dig deeper and see what else they had. I just bought some clothes from this company, and I have to say, I was really impressed. The quality of the stuff I got was amazing, and everything fit perfectly. Dress purchase
I bought a dress from this company not too long ago and it was a total nightmare. The dress didn't fit me at all, so I decided to return it. But, let me tell you, they were so difficult to work with! They didn't want to take the dress back and instead tried to give me a discount. I had to send several emails just to get them to agree to take the dress back. And get this, they even asked me to provide tracking info before they would start the return process. Eventually, they refunded me, but it was £8 less than what I paid and I had to cover the cost of return shipping. All in all, it was a terrible experience dealing with this company.
5 pairs of glasses purchased
I bought 5 pairs of glasses from this company recently. I was supposed to get 3 bifocal pairs and 2 reading glasses. However, I ended up getting all 5 pairs as reading glasses. On top of that, the left lens on all of them is blurry, which makes it impossible for me to use them for reading. I'm really disappointed because I was planning on buying more glasses from this company. The mix-up with the prescription has made it hard for me to get a refund or exchange. Overall, my experience with this purchase has been pretty disappointing.
Stylish clothes, hoping for a good fit.
I just bought some really cool clothes from this website and I really hope they fit well. The styles were all on point and I found some pieces I absolutely loved. But I'm a little nervous about the sizes because you know how it is shopping online. Here's hoping everything fits like I want it to!
Re-sent package due to lost delivery
I was super bummed when my first order got lost or sent back, but I'm grateful that customer service acted quickly in sending me another one. Still, now I gotta wait all over again for my package to show up, and that's definitely annoying.
Size change request
I just ordered from this company for the first time and then realized I needed to switch the size right before it was going to ship. I reached out to customer service, and they actually were able to make the change for me without any problems. I was impressed by how fast they got back to me and how willing they were to help with my request. This good experience makes me trust their customer service and I'll definitely be coming back to order from them again.
Unique styles, quick sell-outs
I just bought some things from this company and they are seriously top-notch. The clothes they have are super unique and nothing like what you see in regular stores. Most of the sizes fit me pretty well, which was awesome, but things go out of stock fast. My only issue is that it takes forever to get my orders. The last time I bought something, it took over a month to show up, which was kind of annoying.
Laser Machine Purchase
I bought a laser machine from this place and it's taking forever to get here! I've sent so many emails and they keep telling me it's on the way, but I don't see anything! Once they even said it was at my house, but I looked and nothing was there! Ughhhh

I've been shopping on this website a lot, and so far, I've had a good experience. The products are good quality and they've got some trendy styles. One thing I'd recommend to anyone looking to buy is to check the size chart and know your measurements beforehand. The clothes are just as described, and they're consistently good. One thing I wish they had is pictures of the back of the clothes, so you can see the whole design. It would also be great if they offered bigger sizes for tops to accommodate more customers. But in general, I've been happy with what I've bought and I like all the different styles they have.

I gotta say, the photos on the website match up with the products you actually get. It's like what you see is what you get, and I really like that. I was hoping to get two super cute dresses from this store, but when I asked if I could combine my orders to save some money on shipping, they shot me down! I mean, I only placed the orders a day apart, but they still wouldn't budge. I was totally disappointed because those dresses were a must-have for me, and now I gotta fork out extra for shipping.
Pre-sale order, Late Arrival, Poor Fit, Terrible Return Policy
I bought this item on pre-sale and it took forever to arrive, like 4 or 5 months. When I finally got it, the stuff was already out of season which was a major letdown. Not to mention, the outfit didn't fit right at all. The pants were too short and too big, and the top was way too big too. The sizing was definitely off. On top of all that, the return policy is a joke. I was so annoyed with everything that I just decided to keep the items, even though I couldn't really wear them. It's a bummer that such a cool website has terrible customer service and policies.

I recently bought some sweaters from this website and I have to say, I'm really happy with how they turned out. The quality and fit of each one is top-notch.
