Honestly, it's usable — not like the picture and the fabric's thin, but I still wear it for quick errands and lounging; kinda glad I tried it, overall.
Partial delivery surprise
annoying mix-up; I'll wait to reorder until they send the missing item.
Purchased a unit from Wigsis
Took over 3 weeks to receive the unit. It was nothing like the pic and it was supposed to be custom made at my request. It look very plastic and fit like a mop. Went back and forth for over 2 weeks trying to return and get a refund. Not cooperative at all and I only ended up with a $32 refund. The unit cots $118.00 and they wanted me to pay shipping cost to return something that wasn't even worth $5.00 Never again will I purchase anything from them.
Thin shirts, messy refund
Bought shirts for casual work and weekends — fabric felt thin, pilled after two washes and seams started to loosen. Asked for a refund and only got partial. Kinda bummed.
Still waiting after three weeks
Placed my order three weeks ago; at first the site looked legit and checkout was easy. I was kind of excited, but no tracking, no updates — nothing. Feeling scammed, so I’m canceling and want my money back.
Half a fix
Movers here and I'm waiting — I hesitated because of bad fit and my bad back needed something quick. Only 3 of 10 showed, parts missing, had to push for refunds, but those three helped.
Nice dress, sketchy shipping
I actually spotted this on a friend's story and ordered on impulse. Fabric feels soft, fits nicely, I get compliments — but it's annoying there's been no tracking email for three weeks. Not perfect, but I still wear it.

Too-Big Dress, Finally Fixed
not great at first, but things got sorted — eventually. I ordered a jean dress three sizes too big and never got the promised return email, which left me stuck and annoyed. After a curt back-and-forth (and remembering worse experiences with other shops), customer service finally helped, so I'm relieved.
Not what I hoped
I bought this because I needed new chairs for my move and I was nervous about the seller. I had doubts up front, and honestly they didn't fully disappear. One chair finally showed up after nine weeks and it looked different. I'm a bit relieved something arrived, but still waiting on two items.
When it finally fit
I kept bringing in shirts that were huge despite ordering small, and each alteration bumped the price up, which annoyed me. This last time they actually nailed the fit — shoulders and waist lined up and I knew it was done. I'd tell others to ask for a trial pin.
Sizing hiccups but nice fabric
I nearly skipped ordering because the size charts looked all over the place, but I took a chance for two event dresses. Both fit lengthwise — big relief — yet sleeves and waist were too tight. Returns were a pain, still annoying. On the plus side the material surprised me, feels pricey for everyday wear.
Return drama, turned out okay
Honestly, not a fan at first — returns were a circus and the USPS label they emailed wouldn't print at the post office, so I went back and forth. Dresses looked thin, felt cheap. After some nagging customer service sorted it out though, got a partial refund, so I'm cautiously relieved overall.
Almost walked away

Placed an order, hit a glitch (address mix-up, duplicates—ugh), but customer support actually fixed it after a nudge. That moment when I saw the corrected refund hit my account? I was relieved, honestly.
Almost missed it but it worked
I ordered July 22 because I needed this for an early September event and kept refreshing the status — it stayed 'Processing' too long. When it finally arrived a few days before the event and actually worked, I relaxed. Communication could be better and packaging was rough, but it still saved the day.
Sizing took a minute
way too tight, not my usual fit, which annoyed me. I reordered two sizes up, kind of a hassle, but when the replacements arrived and I tried one on, that’s when I knew — finally the fit was what I expected. Not perfect, but satisfied.
Nice fit, messy payment
Overall I like the clothes — they fit my style and are comfy, but the payment/stock mix-up was annoying. I needed new pieces for an upcoming move. One item wasn't in stock yet I was charged via my payment method and nobody told me; I had to contact seller and payment provider to pause payment. Good fit, though.
Half my order showed up
Weirdly, part of my order arrived — pants showed up, the jacket didn't, and my invoice listed the Elegant Color Block Maxi Dress as unshipped. No one from customer service bothered to update me. Happy the pants fit though, but they should fix shipping and communication. Check reviews first

Not what I expected
I needed new clothes after a move and some back pain left me wanting softer fabrics. Ordered a handful of pieces. Shipping dragged on almost two months. Fabrics felt thin and cheaper than in the photos. A couple items work, light and wearable, but most disappointed. Customer service barely replied and replies were slow. Not awful but not worth the price. Would be cautious ordering again.
