the packing slip shows the same order number I entered but the contact form kept saying they didn’t match, and the phone line is always busy. Other shops made returns easier, so that part spoiled it a bit.
Long Wait, Mixed Feelings
I first spotted them on Instagram and told a coworker about a cute skirt. It's been almost 30 days and two orders from late January/early February still haven't arrived, yeah I'm worried. I emailed both and, silly me, I placed the same skirt by mistake. I asked to cancel the third order and I'm waiting on customer service — hoping for a reply soon, they looked nice.
Partial delivery, poor follow-up
I wouldn’t trust them for a time-sensitive order. I needed a few things for a move and some ergonomic gear because my back was acting up, so I couldn’t wait. Cute stuff, vanishing stock
the site looks great, but availability is weird. I’ve had more orders stuck in “paid” limbo than delivered packages. A couple times they told me “3 weeks” which apparently means “we’ll maybe put it on pre-sale and then wait another 3 weeks” — while my card already shows the charge. That holding-of-money thing is the worst part, honestly. When an item does arrive, the fabric and cut are nicer than I expected and it actually gets worn into rotation for errands or casual nights out. Still, the buying experience and delivery tracking need work; I’d shop here again cautiously, but I wouldn’t rely on them for anything time-sensitive.
Nice pics, disappointing clothes
not for me — a bit disappointed but also kinda relieved I only ordered a few things. The two pieces that actually arrived look cheap up close; the slacks have a flower decal glued on, doesn’t even line up, so no way I’m wearing those to work. The dress looked okay in the photos but in person it feels flimsy and not office-appropriate. Two other items were preorders and have been pushed back, so that didn’t help. Paid over $40 each and expected better — I’ve bought cheaper stuff from other sites (Shein, for example) that felt nicer. Anyway, I’m glad it wasn’t worse, but I’m done ordering more here.

Brunch dress turned disappointment
if you’re tempted by the site’s photos, buy one piece and check it first. I like the styles shown, but quality and support need to be fixed. Disappointing, honestly.
Finally felt like it was worth it
one item was supposed to be free but after checkout I saw a charge. Customer chat said they'd refund once I received it, which felt annoying, but they did refund after I messaged back. I ordered three dresses, all medium, and sizing was all over the place—one fit like it was made for me, one was a bit roomy, and the last I couldn't get into at all. Material and cut, though, are lovely: classy, flattering, altogether professional. I’ll keep buying because the style works for my office and the quality is there. A tiny bit annoyed by the inconsistency and the temporary charge, but overall pleased and already told a couple friends to try it.
Clothing order
I really appreciate how quick you guys are with updating me on my order and letting me know when it's expected to arrive. But man, it's a bummer when some of the stuff I wanted isn't available. And the wait time for delivery is pretty long. Still, I gotta say, I'm really happy with the clothes I did get. They look just as good in person as they did online.
Oversized and poor quality shirt
I bought a shirt from this website recently and I was really disappointed with how it turned out. The fabric was cheap and kind of flimsy, the sewing job was sloppy, and the buttons didn't even fit through the holes. Plus, the shirt was way bigger than I expected. On top of all that, the delivery took forever, which just made me even more annoyed. When I asked for my money back, they said I had to ship the shirt all the way back to China myself, which felt unfair. Overall, my time dealing with this company was pretty lousy and I wouldn't recommend buying from them.
