THINK TWICE. Horrible experience w/ this brand . . . I was a new customer and placed and order for a belt, it didn't fit and I sent it back immediately -- exactly as I had received it. They claimed the tags were missing and wouldn't refund me. They also took moths to resolve, customer service was not helpful . . . the whole thing was a mess. Beware.

Bought a Valentino bag for my girlfirend, it got delivered quickly and the quality was good.
I ordered a Valentino supervee bag the other day and got it within 4 days. Checked everything including the bag and the packaging - everything was perfect. It's definitely authentic!
Cettire response time is poor.You ask customers to contact you through email and its take for ages for you to reply.email is the only way to contact this company so their response time should be quick.
Common Project Achilles Low
Bought a pair of shoes tried them on once and they would not accept them as a return because a very small amount of dirt on the bottom of one shoe. Sent them back to me without giving me a notice.
Lost a potential long term customer.Omg I read the reviews on the other site that seemed so positive and purchased a Gucci wallet!! I feel sick now knowing it’s probably a fake and I’m probably not getting my money back. ????
I was able to email and got Josie. She said they will cancel my order for $25 since I placed my order Friday.

Buyer’s beware. This company advertise low price by selling used product and charge you $25 on each item refunded. Their practice it’s a scam. I wish I can give them zero star.
product was not as described (but not, to my knowledge, counterfeit as some other customers have claimed). three attempts to return via their carrier, three occasions when their carrier did not show up. cettire then claimed that the window for returns had passed! fortunately, credit card company seems to be taking my side so i should get a refund. but other potential customers need to take note of this obvious effort to defraud. you've been warned.
