Amazing customer service, quick response, resolved order requests, unique and pretty dresses, highly recommended
I was so impressed by the customer service I got at this store. Larissa was super fast in getting back to me and took care of all my order changes, like adjusting the price and changing the size. The staff went out of their way to make sure I was happy, and I'm really grateful for that. And let me tell you, the dresses are amazing! They're all really unique and beautiful, and I always get compliments when I wear them. I can't say enough good things about this place!
Online order cancelation
I just wanted to share how great my experience was when I had to cancel an online order. Larissa, the customer service rep, was super quick and efficient in helping me out. Her friendly and helpful attitude made everything easy and stress-free. I really appreciate the excellent customer service she provided in handling my cancelation request.
Quick delivery assistance
I had some problems with the delivery, but luckily, the customer service rep Erica Rosa really came through for me. She was super helpful and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. Thanks to her, I got my order right on time. I'll definitely be ordering from this company again because Erica's help was top-notch.
Skirt I like
I recently bought this adorable skirt that I love, but I gotta admit I'm kinda bummed about how long it's taking to get here. I'm used to getting things really fast, but this time they told me it would only take 3-5 days. Turns out, it's actually gonna be closer to 12 days! That's pretty disappointing, you know?
Late return issue resolved
I had a bit of a problem with a late return on something I bought, but the customer service folks took care of it really fast. I got in touch with them, told them what was going on, and they sent me a return label right away, along with a nice little note. I've dealt with their customer service team a few times before, and I have to say, this time was just as great as the others. They were really helpful, quick, and went out of their way to help me out.
Clothes fit great
I ordered some clothes and they fit great. The colors are so pretty and the material is comfy. I love wearing them all day long!
Dress
I will never buy from here again and advise you all not to either. Package was either not delivered or stolen despite their lack of signature options (or because of) for delivery. They did nothing, didn't attempt to resend or refund, were totally "... to be you!" about the whole thing.
Furthermore, the quality is not what you would expect for the price point. For $200-300 dresses, I would expect high quality fabric, construction and at least a lining. Everything is unlined and thin with fraying stitching.I had the same experience. I thought that since they had a mission they would be honest but I was wrong. It's shameful that they have no customer service. The brand had potential because it is different but I will never buy from them again nor will I refer anyone. I think consumers will catch on and this company will be out of business. If they were not in Brazil, I would sue them.
Several Items
I love Farm Rio , for their unusal bright patterns and designs. I love my Vest i bought over Anthropologie.
I just took advantage of the Memorial Day Sale and ordered last Wednesday.
I paid 25$ extra for faster shipping , in order to receive my items before the weekend. Since it stated 2-3Business days.
I received friday that my order has been placed and will reach me Wednesday of this week. Seven days later ... i reached out over the Customer Service and requested a refund on the faster delivery since it wouldn't be what I paid for. I understand for backlog etc. Then just dont offer it? The Customer Service seemed to be either a bot or not able to fully understand english. It was basically no help at all. I was send my package number and a nice : yay so exciting your order is on the way...
My order arrived today after 6 Business days.
Before i opened it i noticed a scent. I remembered the scent but blanked the name. The entire package smelled like it. And I asked my boyfriend if he smells it too. He said yes ! But he didnt think of it in a bad way. It reminded him of grandma.
It reminded me of Grandma , dirt and musty basement. Now that I read the other reviews PATCHOULI! of course Patchouli. I am not a big fan of the smell and i know it can be hard to get out of clothes. I wish they would use something less lingering since i actually like the idea of having a nice scent. First i thought someone send the items back and wore them before but now that I know it was not only my package I am a little relieved.
I ordered two dresses , a sweater and a blouse.
The Blouse is cute , but the print only one one side and due to ruffles the white back is visible. (This was not shown on pictures)
The first dress is of a stiffer material but very cute. I like it. I hope it will get softer over time. It comes with pockets and i really think its adorable.
The second dress has a Sunflower Pattern a big cut out Back and seemed not very showing in the front. Because the Model had no ... I assume.
The dress is very open hearted (i wear a M it fits nicely but the cleavage is huge)
The buttons are also little sunflowers and absolutely horrible to close be ause the petals get kinda stuck in the hole.
The pullover is really cute i like it a lot. But i noticed that it was kind of scratchy so i checked the label and it somehow made me feel duped.
Farm Rio caught my attention since they were talking about diversity, changing fast Clothing. Having a deeper meaning behind their label and i somehow had in mind they produce in Brazil. I remember seeing something about different indigenous women world wide , who worked on the designs etc. Well, the clothes are made in China...
This left open , i am glad i at least planted a tree with my purchase, to make me feel better. ?
I still love the designs and i assume i would buy again. But the prices in consideration with the knowledge where everything came from makes me think I'd rather buy somewhere else.It's a bot. As a matter of fact every time I sent an email, although my question was different, I received the same response. It insults the intelligence.
I'm on a committee that supports and fundraises for women owned businesses and it disgust me to see a company so dishonest claim to have a moral mission.
I do most of my shopping at Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus. They both sell this brand but I intend to contact the corporate offices to tell them they should not promote a company that "rips off" people.A dress
I bought this pretty summer dress on line on Farm Rio's site. It was expensive but it was on sale. Still it was about $200 Canadian. I was so looking to receive my dress. Well when I open the box, it was the right colour but it looked like there was a lot of fabric, I mean a lot of fabric. I put it on, I looked like a giant piñata... All the pipping in between each panel makes the dress rigid and very puffy in a very bad way... You have to be a size zero to wear a dress like that and even then one would look like a Christmas tree. It's unwearable... It looks nothing like the picture on their website. They won't take a return... And they have the audacity to ask me how I would rate their customer service representative... SO BUYER BEWARE... I will never buy from them online. You have to try the stuff... And don't buy on sale, no return... AAAARGH... I've been had... Geez
a woman's long-sleeved dress
Fast shipping, good quality, accurate fit, and cute packaging. Contrary to the crybaby complainers, I thought the mild patchouli scent was a nice touch.
Dresses
Beautiful dress !! Perfect length for my frame and perfectly packaged. I have one MAJOR COMPLAINT, the smell. I was born to a Baby Boomer who loved the smell of Patchouli. I hate it!! In fact, I'm absolutely repulsed by the scent. Searching for ways to get the scent out bc I don't want to have to return the stinky dress. Hoping my orders on the way don't have the same scent. Whomever it is I charge of such things.....PLEASE STOP and understand Patchouli is an acquired scent to love. I think it stinks.
a dress and a jumpsuit
The sizing on these products is ridiculous. If you look at the models they have small ... unlike most of us. So a small is like a child's small. Not to mention the low cut fronts. I mean to your waist. Who wears something like this. I loved the fun fabrics! But they sizing, cuts and fabric is horrible. Oh not to mention the smell from the fabric. I thought my jumpsuit was a return worked by someone who had Bengay all over her body. Not thrilled.
Fruit lovers dress in bright linen
What in heaven’s name is that Oder? Fell in❤️With this dress at Nordstrom’s, but looked like a sausage in XS. Up sizes were completely sold out all over so nice associate gave me brand name for online. No real problems with order or delivery, But the Smell ! ! and it was packaged with style. After reading customer reviews I guess I’ll hang in there with the dress. Surrounded it with bamboo sachets…hope it helps.

Cute stuff but ABYSMAL customer service and the quality really isn't there for the price. I purchased a few items, kept two, and returned two more. I got refunded for one of the items promptly, but the other ($250) hasn't been refunded and it's been a month since I sent the return back. During that time I have sent about 10 emails to their customer service team with no response and ended up having to report the charge to my credit card company. Of the items I kept, one had a beaded tassle. I washed it before wearing because they put some sort of strong perfume on their clothes (following the care instructions exactly - delicate/cold) and the beads all fell off.
If you must buy their stuff, do it through Nordstrom or something so your purchase is protected with actual customer service.Dresses, blouses
Negative customer service, very difficult to get any response from their customer service, period. They need to absolutely improve their customer service and you should be able to speak to someone in customer service

I purchased a maxi dress for my trip to Hawaii in July. I wasn’t sure on their sizing and there were no reviews about this specific dress. So, I took a chance and boy am I glad I did. I am tall, almost 5 foot nine and the dress slightly dragged on the floor. So, I will have to wear a small heel. The only offputting thing about the entire process was that when I received the purchase it was beautifully wrapped but there was a horrible coyingly sweet smell emanating from inside the box and on the garment.

I never received a refund for some thing I returned eight months ago, I contacted them and after a week of emails we finally sorted it out and they gave me a gift card refund. I had two things in my cart on the website which were on sale one for $115 and one for $88 as soon as I put my gift card coupon in the prices jumped up to $165 and $128. I think they are a dodgy company they wouldn’t acknowledge my return for eight months finally did and then you try and buy some thing with your voucher and the prices go up significantly so you would have to pay more again. They said it’s a problem with the website but I think it’s on purpose. It’s pretty strange those were the prices until I put my gift voucher in.
Several Black Friday Pieces
WORST shipping/customer experience. 11+ days and I still have not received confirmation that my order is shipped, even though I paid for express service. I am leaving the country now and will need to cancel my order. SO disappointed, will never shop there again.

Never sent product. Emailed me that they ran out. They asked how I would like to be reimbursed-I said back on my card-they never reimbursed me and just kept my nearly 50 dollars. Fraudulent company
