I will never buy from here again and advise you all not to either. Package was either not delivered or stolen despite their lack of signature options (or because of) for delivery. They did nothing, didn't attempt to resend or refund, were totally "... to be you!" about the whole thing.
Furthermore, the quality is not what you would expect for the price point. For $200-300 dresses, I would expect high quality fabric, construction and at least a lining. Everything is unlined and thin with fraying stitching.
I had the same experience. I thought that since they had a mission they would be honest but I was wrong. It's shameful that they have no customer service. The brand had potential because it is different but I will never buy from them again nor will I refer anyone. I think consumers will catch on and this company will be out of business. If they were not in Brazil, I would sue them.
