Review about: Gitzo
Gitzo Mini Traveler Tripod
I was super pumped to buy the Gitzo Mini Traveler Tripod because I really liked the head design with the fixing ring instead of the usual side knob. But, when I finally got it, I was let down to see that the head wasn't as stable as I thought it would be. The connection rod between the ball and attachment plate was thinner and longer than expected, which made my camera shake too much, and it was really annoying. I think Gitzo should think about making a smaller head with a fixing ring and ball coating like their Traveler series 1 head, but without the Arca Swiss-like attachment plate. Overall, the tripod itself is decent, but they definitely need to work on the head design.

Returned items for refund
I recently sent back some stuff worth $600 to Food52, and I gotta say, their customer service has been pretty disappointing. It's been well over a month now since I returned the items, and I still haven't seen a dime of my refund. The lack of updates and transparency from them is just not cool. They don't even have a phone number to call, just an email address to reach out to. But even when I shoot them an email, the responses I get are kind of vague and not really helpful. They just keep saying they're "working on it." This whole situation really shows a lack of respect for customers like me who are out here spending their hard-earned money. I'm definitely not going to give them my business again.

I called up customer support for help with booking my flight, and let me tell you, they were amazing! They kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and even though I wasn't very hopeful at first, they managed to fix everything up just fine in the end. I was really blown away by how committed they were to assisting me.

Difficult product cancellation
I bought this thing thinking it could help with my back pain, but it didn't do anything. I'm getting up there in age and living on a fixed income, so I really need to cancel my subscription. It's just frustrating because every time I try to call the numbers they gave me, it's either busy or not working. On top of that, I got some random package in the mail that I definitely didn't ask for and I don't want to be stuck paying for it. It's a whole ordeal and all I want is to cancel this thing once and for all!

The running shoes I bought were top-notch in quality and lasted a long time, so they were definitely worth the money. I'd definitely suggest checking out this store if you need some dependable athletic shoes.

Misleading return policy
I bought two dresses, had to return them, and then got hit with a hidden restocking fee. The customer service was no help and didn't even say sorry. Definitely won't be shopping here again.
