Pellet smoker purchase
I recently tried to buy a pellet smoker, but it was a letdown. I ordered one and was told it was sent out, but the tracking number they gave me didn't work. I contacted customer support a few times, and they were nice, but they never followed through on checking into the problem like they said they would. After trying three times with no solution, I decided to cancel my order since the smoker still hadn't shown up by the delivery date they gave me. Dealing with all of that was super annoying and made me think the company's customer service needs major improvement.
BBQ grill and accessories
I recently bought a BBQ grill and some accessories from your company. Unfortunately, I had a bunch of issues with my order that really disappointed me with the service I received. The first problem was that part of my order was late and set to arrive while I was away. I tried multiple times to cancel it through phone and email, but my requests were ignored. Finally, after getting through to someone, a priority cancellation was submitted - but the order still got shipped three days later and was just left over the gate by FEDEX. On top of that, I haven't been able to get a return tag for the stuff that was delivered, and another part of my order that I canceled is somehow being shipped to me. This lack of communication and not listening to customer requests is just not okay with me. I would recommend that other buyers look at other stores like Amazon or Best Buy that actually care about customer service.
Grill purchase confusion
I just bought a new grill, thinking it had certain features from the ads, but when I got it, it was all wrong. The grill had a sear on one side, which was good, but instead of a griddle, it came with an ice bucket. I was so confused by this mix-up. Who needs an ice bucket right beside a 500-degree grill?
Outdoor kitchen components
My landscaper guy got everything for my outdoor kitchen from this website. The AOG grill, the double side burner, Blaze drawers, trash/recycle pullout, and access doors all came in great shape. I also got an AOG grill cover that came pretty fast. Whenever I had questions or needed help with caring for something, they always emailed me back the next day. Their customer service was awesome and they were really nice to deal with.
"Showroom model" grill head purchase
I recently bought a grill that I would call a "showroom model." It had a few small flaws on the outside, but worked just fine. It came with an in-ground mount and a cover, all for a much lower price than a brand new one. The online ordering was easy, and I was happy with how quickly everything arrived and how securely it was packed. I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely shop there again in the future.
Replacement grill accessories
I just had a pretty bad time ordering grill stuff from another online store, so I decided to give a different company a try. Boy, am I glad I did! The folks at BBQGUYS seriously impressed me with their top-notch customer service - they knew their stuff, were super nice, and made sure I was totally satisfied with my order. And let me tell you, the shipping was lightning fast. I placed my order last Wednesday, and before I knew it, half of my stuff was already on its way just two days later. The rest should be here early next week. I really should've gone with these guys right from the start.
BBQ grill
I just bought a BBQ grill from this company and the shipping has been a mess. The grill has been stuck at the carrier's dock in Portland for 5 days now because they used some low-quality carrier called R&L Carriers. They won't even pass it on to a different carrier to speed things up. This delay has messed up my vacation plans because I have to stay put in case the grill arrives while I'm gone. It's really annoying to see such poor efficiency and customer service from a company that's supposed to be all about quality.
Father's Day Gift Purchase
I just bought a Father's Day gift and had such a great experience with customer service. When I called to ask about when it would arrive, someone answered right away and was super helpful. They actually cared about my order and took the time to find out where it was coming from. They promised to make sure it got to me on time, and they totally delivered. The gift came quickly and was really good quality. Our son loved it, so I'll definitely be coming back for all my barbecue needs in the future.
Excellent customer service experience
I just had a problem with my order so I reached out to customer service for help. And let me tell you, they really went the extra mile to help me out. I've never seen such amazing customer service like this before. I definitely recommend buying from this company because you know you'll be taken care of. Even if it costs a bit more, it's totally worth it for the top-notch service you'll get.
Kamari Joe ceramic bbq pit
I bought a Kamari Joe ceramic bbq pit from this company recently and honestly, it was a pretty disappointing experience. When the pit arrived, the bowl was all messed up - like totally damaged. I had to send them a bunch of pictures of the messed-up bowl and the packaging just to prove it to them. I told them straight up that I wasn't gonna open the box until they sent me a new bowl, but the customer service team just kept making excuses and didn't own up to their mistake. Even though Fed-ex said it wasn't their fault, I still had to pay to send the pit back. Overall, the customer service was awful and I won't be buying from them again.
Ash pan replacement
So, I had to get a new ash pan for my grill and I ended up ordering it from this site. I gotta say, ordering it was super easy! I put in my order on a Monday and, lo and behold, it showed up before the weekend when I planned to BBQ. Talk about speedy service! The ash pan itself is really great quality, and I'm really happy with my buy. I'll for sure come back here for any other BBQ stuff I need in the future.
I bought a grill from this place
I bought this grill, really looking forward to testing it out. But then I saw a bunch of bad reviews online saying it has issues. What's interesting is that all the reviews on their site are great and don't mention any problems. So, I wrote my own review of the grill's issue and they didn't even post it! Seems a little sketchy to me. I don't think they're being fully honest.
Replacement burner and igniter for older grill
Recently, I bought a new burner and igniter for my grill that's been around for about 20 years. The order came pretty quickly, but when I tried to install the new burner, I noticed it was a bit higher than the old one. That made it tricky to line up the igniter right. It was kind of a pain, but I've been using matches to light the grill for more than a year now, so I'm used to it.
Outdoor kitchen island and grill set
I just bought an outdoor kitchen island and grill set from this company and let me tell you, the delivery was super quick, which was a nice surprise. Griddle purchase
I ordered this griddle, right? But when it showed up, it was all scratched and didn't even have all the parts. I reached out to get it replaced, but they wouldn't help me out. Now, I'm stuck having to buy a whole new one. Can you believe that?!
Gas grill purchase
I recently got a new grill from this one place and it arrived really quickly, but there were some parts that were messed up. The box seemed okay on the outside, but when I opened it, there was a problem. I contacted them about it, and they immediately sent me replacement parts. Despite the initial issues with the grill, the customer service was really great, and I would definitely recommend it to my friends.
Smoker box purchase for electric grill
At first, I wasn't sure if the smoker box would work with my electric grill, but I gave it a try and grilled some chicken halves following the instructions. Let me tell you, the hickory smoke flavor was spot on! I'm so happy I bought it.
Lakeview Woodlake Fire Pit
I just got me a new fire pit, the Lakeview Woodlake 43-Inch Rectangle Wood Burning Fire Pit, and let me tell you, the guy who helped me out, Mike Dodd, was top-notch. He knew his stuff inside and out and gave me all the deets I needed to pick the right one. Super patient, real nice, and he really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. I'm thrilled with my buy for sure!
Napoleon Prestige 500 Natural Gas Grill
I just bought the Napoleon Prestige 500 Natural Gas Grill and it was a great experience. The guy helping me out, Mike Dodd, was professional and really patient throughout the whole thing. He listened to what I needed and gave me straight-up, helpful answers. With his advice, I was able to pick out the grill that was right for me. The Napoleon Prestige 500 itself is awesome, with cool features like the Infrared Rear Burner and Infrared Side Burner. And the Rotisserie Kit is a nice bonus I can't wait to try out. I'm super happy with my purchase and the customer service from Mike Dodd was top-notch.
