Replacement grill accessories
I just had a pretty bad time ordering grill stuff from another online store, so I decided to give a different company a try. Boy, am I glad I did! The folks at BBQGUYS seriously impressed me with their top-notch customer service - they knew their stuff, were super nice, and made sure I was totally satisfied with my order. And let me tell you, the shipping was lightning fast. I placed my order last Wednesday, and before I knew it, half of my stuff was already on its way just two days later. The rest should be here early next week. I really should've gone with these guys right from the start.

Unhappy with return policy
I just bought something from this company, and I gotta say I'm super disappointed with their return policy. Their website said they accept returns, but turns out it's only for exchanges for us folks in the US, no refunds.

Customer service experience
I just had a customer service experience with this company, and I gotta say, it was actually pretty decent. The support team really knew their stuff and helped me out with my problem. I liked that I could talk to someone who actually knew what they were doing, instead of getting passed around to a bunch of different people. But I will say, it was a little annoying that the prices went up without any heads up. A little transparency on that would've been appreciated.

Coat purchase
I bought a coat from this store, but I had to return it because it didn't fit right. I sent it back on December 14th, and the tracking info showed the store got it on December 18th. But, by mid-January, I still hadn't gotten my money back. I emailed customer service a bunch of times, but they said they never got my return. I even talked to the courier and got proof that they delivered it. It wasn't until I mentioned legal action that they finally agreed to give me my refund. Dealing with this whole situation was super frustrating and totally unnecessary.

I bought some stuff online and it was pretty cool, but the pictures didn't really do the clothes justice. I snagged a pair of tights for a super cheap price, but they ended up looking really cheap and didn't fit me well. Besides that mishap, everything else was awesome and it came the very next day!

I was really frustrated with the website that some old guy made for me, so I went online and found this cool theme. I used it to build a website for my mom's clinic all on my own. It was surprisingly simple, even for a kid like me who doesn't know much about that kind of thing! The customer support was great too, they helped me out whenever I got stuck.

Very smart people.Really..
Christmas is now very close I am collecting different gifts of different types. Sometimes back I had hip pack for me.I decided to add this one from online sale.And you are here provided a columns where "sale", available but when I visited only shoes for men and women's are there..You should mention "sale of shoes"instead.Almost one thousand plus shoes for all genders are there but no hip pack.
Finally i booked with full price ..this is not fare.Keep right update of search column.
Total nine numbers of hip packs in different colors and designs received yesterday,after six days.Thanks
But keep my concern as a complain and share with tour team.
