Air purifier purchase
I decided to buy my air purifier from this company because they had good prices on their website. When I placed my order, I was happy to see that it arrived earlier than I expected. But there was a moment of worry when I saw the shipping box was all beat up - one side was missing and the top of the box was smushed. Despite that, the Bonaire air purifier inside was totally fine, no damage at all, and it works perfectly. It was sent through UPS, so I'm not sure what happened to the box. But all in all, I'm happy with my purchase because the purifier is just what I wanted and it works great.
Electronic device purchase
I just bought this gadget from Tanga and at first, I was all impressed with the killer price I snagged it for. But let me tell ya, it didn't work like I thought it would. So, I had to go through the whole return process and deal with the warranty I got. Despite the hassle, Tanga's customer service blew me away. They sorted out all the return labels quick and easy, and I got my money back fast. They were on top of replying to my emails and giving me top-notch support the whole time. I gotta say, they really nailed the customer service game.
Gross razor
I recently bought a razor to remove some hair, but when I received it, there were tiny hairs all over it. It was so gross to think about someone else's hair being on it. To make matters worse, it wasn't even shipped by Tanga, but by some sneaky third-party. Tanga really needs to improve their quality control before allowing items to be sold on their site. After reading other reviews mentioning the same issue, I knew it wasn't just me. Thankfully, I was able to get a refund quickly and without any complications.
Curtains
I wasn't sure about buying from this site at first since I'd never heard of it before and the prices seemed too good to be true. But after looking into it, I decided to go for it and buy some curtains. I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived quickly and were exactly what I wanted. It looks like they're more of a third-party seller, but the prices can't be beat, especially since my curtains came directly from a popular store's warehouse. Tanga is definitely my new favorite place to shop now.
Just couldn't order
I attempted to order something, but got a strange message about a duplicate order that stopped me. It was annoying, so I just decided to stop trying. Amazon has better prices and with Prime, the delivery is fast and free!
Fast shipping, great customer service
I was so happy with how fast my order came and how helpful the customer service was. I was worried about when it would get here, so I decided to ask them for more info. They got back to me right away and cleared up all my concerns. It was a relief. And then, to my surprise, the package showed up earlier than I thought, which was awesome. I really had a good experience with my purchase.
Clothing items
I just got some clothes from this online store and I gotta say, I'm seriously impressed with how everything went down. Ordering was a breeze, I found what I wanted without a hitch. The customer service team was top-notch, handled an issue I had like pros. They really cared about fixing things for me. The prices were fair for the quality I got. Shipping was quick and my stuff came in perfect shape. Can't complain one bit about my shopping trip here, definitely would tell others to check it out.
Stainless steel water bottles
The stainless steel water bottles I bought were top-notch and a great deal, but man, the packaging was a major letdown. They shoved all three bottles into this flimsy plastic envelope, which ended up smashing one of them during shipping. When you're sending delicate stuff like these bottles, you need to pack 'em right, and it was obvious that they didn't do that here. If they had used a bubble envelope or even wrapped each bottle in bubble wrap, that damage could've been avoided.
Bedding set purchase
I just bought a bedding set from this company and I have to say, I'm really happy with how everything turned out. Ordering was a snap thanks to their user-friendly website, and they were quick to answer questions and help out with any issues I had. The prices were fair and the quality of the product was top-notch. Plus, the delivery was super fast and the package got to me in great shape, even sooner than I thought it would. Overall, it was a great experience and I'm a satisfied customer.
Water flosser purchase
I just got a water flosser from this place, and man, it was quite a ride. Ordering was easy peasy, and I lucked out getting the last one at a killer deal. But when the package showed up, I was relieved and bummed at the same time. The box looked like it had been roughed up, and the flosser bag was torn open. Obviously not brand spankin' new, but the cord and tips were in great shape. I'm happy with what I got, but not super stoked about the packaging drama.
Air fryer ad
I was watching TV and saw this awesome air fryer ad, and I was like, "I need that!" So, I went ahead and ordered it online. Surprisingly, it arrived at my doorstep just 2 days later. It felt like magic! I tried it out immediately, and man, it really does work just like they showed on TV. I ended up making the most delicious chicken nuggets ever! Huge thanks to the online store for this great purchase!
Burger holders
I bought these burger holders thinking they would make it easier for me to enjoy my burgers by keeping them secure. But when I got them, they were way less sturdy than I expected. The pictures online made them look like they were made of strong plastic, but in reality, they were weak and tough to use, especially for someone like me with arthritis. It was a letdown because they didn't live up to what I thought they would be like.
Got a cool beanie
I bought this really cool beanie online, but it ended up going to the wrong person. They gave me a refund, but it stinks because I was really looking forward to that beanie. The postal service said the label had the wrong info on it, so maybe they gave me the wrong tracking number. The store got back to me quickly, but it would've been nice to have a phone number to call instead of just emailing.

When I got my order, I was bummed to see that the box was all messed up and looked like it got tossed around. Plus, the item inside wasn't protected well and had some wear and tear, making me think it might've been used before. It was a letdown to see the lack of care in packaging and quality control from the online store.
Tablet purchase
The ad for the tablet I bought was totally misleading. It made me think the tablet had all these cool learning games and coloring pages for kids, but it was really just a plain old doodling tablet. It’s fine for saving paper, but I was bummed that it didn’t have all the stuff the ad promised.

I got this gadget online and it crapped out on me in less than 5 weeks. I tried hitting up customer service a bunch of times to fix it, but all they did was brush me off and give me no real help. Their advice was to buy a warranty, which didn't really solve my problem. I felt let down by their customer service and lack of support when it came to my faulty purchase.

They have a really good selection of stuff and you can find things that you wouldn't see anywhere else. I checked out prices at my local stores and Tanga definitely has better deals. Slippers purchase
I have to say, these slippers I got from here are just amazing. They fit like a glove and are so soft inside, which makes them super comfy for wearing around the house. I'm really impressed with how good they are that I'm thinking of getting another pair. If you're on the hunt for cozy and comfy slippers, I totally suggest taking a look at the options they have on this platform.
Popiah and Kueh Pie Tee purchase
I recently bought Popiah and Kueh Pie Tee at Tangs Market, and man, I was so disappointed. The hygiene at one of the stalls was just not up to par. I was waiting in line to order my food and I saw the stall owner using packaging bags and disposable cutlery straight from a box placed on the same chopping board they were using to prepare the food. The box was right next to the fried turnip, wide open and exposed, which is a big no-no when it comes to food safety. And even after they finally moved the box, they didn't even bother cleaning the chopping board. It made me really question the cleanliness of the whole stall. It was so gross and unacceptable. I'm seriously thinking twice about eating at Tangs Market again.
