Cool new kicks
I ordered these really awesome shoes online, but now I can't find any info on my order. I tried emailing them, but no one's getting back to me! I'm starting to stress out that I won't get my shoes at all. I noticed a bunch of other folks had the same issue, so I'm not feeling too confident. If my sneakers don't show up soon, I might have to figure out how to report them. Crossing my fingers they come through!
Recent boot purchases
I had such a great experience with OnlineShoes recently! Their website has so many styles to choose from, which made it super easy to find exactly what I wanted. I was really impressed with how quickly they responded to my questions and their prices were more than fair. Their return policies are also great, which definitely made me feel better about buying from them. The customer service was amazing - top-notch all around. I've already bought three pairs of boots from them and I definitely plan on using their services again in the future.
Order Confirmation Email Issue
I recently bought something from this online store and had a problem with their confirmation emails. So after I placed my order, they sent me an email to confirm it. But when I opened it up, the email was totally empty. I tried to contact customer service to double-check my order, but I couldn't reach anyone. Then, things got even more frustrating when I got another email saying my order was shipped, but, yep, you guessed it, it was blank too. They did give me a partial tracking number in the subject line, but without knowing which delivery company was handling it, I had no clue where my order was. This whole lack of communication and transparency has me second-guessing if I'll even get what I bought.
Fake Bombas socks
I just made a purchase from this company and man, it was a complete disaster. I thought I was getting a good deal on those Bombas socks, but turns out I was totally scammed. I got a notification saying my package was ready for pick up in Chicago, but then it never showed up. After waiting for weeks, I finally contacted customer service and their response was half English, half Chinese. They had the nerve to tell me I had to ship the fake stuff back to China on my own dime if I wanted a refund. Can you believe that?
Baffin boots for my mom
Ugh, this online shoe store, I tell ya, it's the absolute worst! So, get this - I ordered these super cute Baffin boots for my mom, right? Well, let me tell you, it was a total disaster. First off, they took FOREVER to give me a tracking number. Every time I called, they just gave me the run-around. I mean, seriously, all I wanted to know was where my mom's boots are! Then, on the day they were supposed to be delivered, the status changed to "canceled/ no longer available" without even giving me a reason! I mean, seriously, that's just plain rude. I was so annoyed because I missed out on all the Presidents Day sales at other stores thanks to them. And guess what? They still have those boots advertised on their website, even though they don't actually have them in stock. I mean, how shady can you get, right? Let me tell you, I am definitely not buying from them again!
Refund for merchandise that did not fit
I just returned some shoes that didn't fit, and I gotta say, Klarna was on top of it with that refund. Super easy and quick, no headaches. I really appreciate how they handled everything so smoothly. Hopefully, this helps out anyone else dealing with the same thing.
Socks
The socks I got were definitely fake and not at all what I expected. I tried contacting customer service through email, but they totally ignored my concerns. I'm definitely planning on reporting this to the right people so this sketchy business can get sorted out.
Wallet and purse
I ordered a wallet and a purse, but only got a confirmation email for the wallet. When I reached out to customer service, they said they needed to check my billing address and gave me a number to call. Unfortunately, the number didn't work since I'm outside the US. They gave me another number, but the person couldn't find my order, even though they charged my credit card. I decided to cancel the purse order because of the disorganization and unprofessionalism. I won't be shopping here anymore.
Sandals purchased and returned
I bought these sandals from this company not too long ago, but man, before I could even get my money back, they up and shut down out of nowhere. When I asked for a return label, they conveniently left out the fact that they were about to close up shop. So, I sent the sandals back, tried calling them, and guess what? Phone number wasn't even active. Now I'm in a tough spot because I mailed the sandals back and there's no way to get my refund.
Three pairs of boots
So I bought three pairs of boots from this online store, and let me tell you, it's been a total disaster. The first pair didn't even make it to my door because of a dumb address mistake. The second pair, I've been trying to exchange, but it's been a real pain and taking up so much of my time. And to top it off, the third pair I got was defective! Can you believe it? How can a company mess up three times in a row like that? It's like they don't care about keeping their customers happy and coming back for more. Online shopping is supposed to be convenient and save you money, not stress you out like this. I've never had so many issues with online orders before. I should have really checked the reviews before buying. Learn from my experience and don't make the same mistakes I did!
Poor customer service experience
I've had some pretty bad experiences with the customer service from this online store. Whenever I've tried to get help with problems on my orders, all I've gotten is frustration and letdown. Even though I tried to be understanding, their lack of response and unprofessional behavior made me decide I'm never shopping there again. It's really disappointing to see them not caring about keeping customers happy, especially in a market as competitive as today's.
Converse Shearling shoes
I just bought a pair of Converse Shearling shoes online, but man, I was so let down when I got them. They were nothing like what was shown on the website. The quality was super low, and they didn't even look like the Converse store I checked out last weekend. I'm so mad about the false advertising, and it sucks that the return policy only gives store credit, not my money back. I wish I could rate this zero stars, it was that bad.
Tight desert boots
I'm a first-time buyer from OnlineShoes and I just bought a pair of desert boots that ended up being too tight. I tried to return or exchange them but had trouble getting a shipping label. I contacted customer service for help but still haven't gotten it resolved. It's frustrating to see other customers have the same issues in their reviews. I'm thinking about giving the boots away and finding a different online store that treats new customers better and has better service.
Customer experience
As someone who shops a lot, I was really bummed out when the online store closed without warning. Man, I ordered these shoes online and they were so adorable, but when they arrived, they were way too big! I tried contacting customer service, but I never heard back. I just ordered some shoes online and man, let me tell you, it was a total letdown. So I placed my order and then didn't hear squat about it for 3 whole days - no updates, no tracking, nada. So I decided to hit up customer service, right? And they tell me that everything's delayed because of some system update, but they couldn't even give me a decent estimate on when my shoes would be on their way. And get this, they wouldn't even let me cancel my order! So yeah, I'd suggest steering clear of this website, 'cause their lack of communication and customer service is just plain unacceptable.
Hey dudes shoes purchase
I finally got my shoes but it took forever, like 3 months overdue. And guess what? They're totally not what I ordered! The cheap $5 pair they sent me are painfully uncomfortable, might as well go barefoot. Definitely not recommending this place to my friends, they should be blacklisted from social media!
Huge collections

Christmas is now very close I am collecting different gifts of different types. Sometimes back I had hip pack for me.I decided to add this one from online sale.And you are here provided a columns where "sale", available but when I visited only shoes for men and women's are there..You should mention "sale of shoes"instead.Almost one thousand plus shoes for all genders are there but no hip pack.
Finally i booked with full price ..this is not fare.Keep right update of search column.
Total nine numbers of hip packs in different colors and designs received yesterday,after six days.Thanks
But keep my concern as a complain and share with tour team.
