Positive review, i have never purchased from DTLR firts time buyer and I'm very satisfied with their customer service and their fast handling and delivery of my Air Jordan 6 DMP. Arrived intact and just a beautiful pair of Jordans I've been wanting to purchase for very long time. I give them AAAA+ in all aspects and would recommend to my freinds and sneaker family. Thank you

I just bought a bunch of stuff from this store the other day. Even though I saw some bad reviews, I figured I'd take a chance. I placed my order on January 17th and got it on January 22nd, right in the middle of a big snowstorm up north. I was kinda freaking out about the delays, but my stuff showed up right on time.
Rare shoes purchase
I just bought these super cool rare shoes and man, they really impressed me. The shipping was crazy fast, which is always a win in my book. The price wasn't the cheapest, but you know what they say - you get what you pay for. Honestly, I had zero problems with my order and I would totally shop with them again.
Nike court vintage
Bro best store out there, 6 fat stars to this store, there shipping was very quick and shoes was perfect no damage in box either btw, would recommend this to everyone and there prices are competitive also ????
Unauthorized Transactions
My experience with DTLR VILLA was completely unacceptable. I found out that they somehow got a hold of my credit card and billing info from their app and charged me for two things I didn't authorize. So, I contacted their customer service for help but they were super unhelpful and wouldn't tell me anything about the sketchy charges. It was obvious they only cared once I called them out on it. Their customer service team's smug attitude really ticked me off, and I definitely won't be shopping there again. Just a heads up for anyone thinking about shopping there - their security and customer privacy are seriously lacking.
Shoes
I bought some shoes from this store not too long ago and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. I got them as a Christmas present for my son, but when the package showed up, there was only one shoe inside. I called customer service twice and got the boot from the automated system both times. Finally, when I did get to talk to someone, they told me to send an email. But wouldn't you know it, when I tried to email them, the inbox was slammed. I'm super bummed about the way things went down and I definitely won't be shopping there again.

Its was my first purchase from DTLR VILLA. and its was amazing experience. I odered on 28 augest and they ship my order the same day. I am got my order on september 3... Its super fast. great service

Surprised that they had the shoes in stock when all other sites were sold out and check out was easy checkout and the delivery was really fast

Jordan 4 Breds
I just bought the Jordan 4 Breds, but my order got canceled out of the blue just two days after I got the confirmation. It's frustrating that there was no explanation or communication about it. The customer service has really let me down and I'm pretty disappointed with how everything went down.
Sneakers
I ordered some sneakers from this store recently, and I gotta say, I'm not too happy with how things are going. The website said my order would be shipped out in 2 business days, so I placed my order on March 16th and it looked like it got shipped out the same day. But now it's March 22nd and I still haven't heard anything about when my order will actually get here. I have a feeling it's coming from overseas, maybe China, and they should have told me upfront about the longer delivery time.

Dtlr is a joke..sent jordans in a Air Max box, label torn off and another label placed on Air MAX BOX..when did jordan start sending his shoe in a AIR MAX BOX..Left shoe different color than the right and that's because these idiots sent me a f?g DISPLAY..Please notify as many customers as possible on other social media sites and platforms. Doing this will MAKE them Authenticate THEIR PRODUCTS..

I will never order from this site again due to the fact that clearly no one is allowed to have an order cancelled.. CSRs can't cancel it, you can't cancel it.. You're just stuck with the order.. then after it does send and you want your money back, YOU are responsible for paying to have it shipped back. I wanted this order cancelled 3 seconds after it placed now I have to wait on them to get here and go through paying and sending them back just to get my money back. That's ridiculous! For all of this trouble to be avoided, they need to allow orders to be cancelled online before they're shipped.

I’m working class citizen who works during business hours and I recently went to one of your store locations and they were closed at 7 pm I go to work at 9 am and don’t get off til 6 pm I thinking the business hours is only for y’all benefit been trying to purchase shoes for 2 weeks
I really appreciate if business hours changed for paying customer who buys numerous pairs of shoes

U ordered on day of release waited a week only not to ever receive them . I got a confirmation of my order and everything to then be told a week later they were sold out .. never got a hold of anyone in customer service and as they were posting on their social media I also tried to contact them on all platforms and never recieved a response .. on a generic email ..m shady buisness would never shop or recomend.... thanks for nothing
So you never got them either? They keep saying they’ll be shipped out but feels like that’s not happening

I never get a ticket for the online raffle I enter 1000 times ..DTLR don’t send me any type email no I’m never able to get the shoes
