Luxury Watch Purchase
I bought a fancy watch from this site not too long ago, and man, I gotta tell you, I'm super let down. The folks there haven't been paying their bills to suppliers, leaving them in a tough spot. On top of that, they've been straight up ignoring emails for months. This lack of ownership and communication is just not cool, and it's making me wonder if this platform is even worth trusting as a customer.

Gift card issues
I just wanted to share my recent experience with a gift card I bought from this company. It was a total headache because every time I tried to use it, it got rejected. Customer service wasn't much help either - one of the reps even faked technical problems to get off the phone with me. And now they're asking for a bunch of extra paperwork to fix the problem, which is just making me more frustrated.
All in all, this whole ordeal has been really disappointing and I'd advise others to think twice before dealing with this company.Review about: DTLR VILLA
Shoes
I bought some shoes from this store not too long ago and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. I got them as a Christmas present for my son, but when the package showed up, there was only one shoe inside. I called customer service twice and got the boot from the automated system both times. Finally, when I did get to talk to someone, they told me to send an email. But wouldn't you know it, when I tried to email them, the inbox was slammed. I'm super bummed about the way things went down and I definitely won't be shopping there again.

CD purchase gone wrong
I got the CD back in 2015 and it was pretty good for a while. Then I switched to the online version, which was fine at first but then started acting up after a few months. I gave it another shot in 2023 with a different CD, but that darn thing wouldn't accept the serial number that was right on the envelope! And let me tell you, the customer service was a joke - it's like they don't even exist or care about helping out.

Wall shelf
I really wish I had checked out reviews before I bought that wall shelf. I was under the impression that it was in stock, but turns out they were lying - they claimed there was a delay in shipping. To make matters worse, they provided me with a bogus tracking number that actually belonged to someone in Canada. And now I can't even get in touch with them to try and resolve the issue.
